It's not normal that every week or month there are so many people complaining and curiously I haven't seen anyone old on the forum complaining about this site, I think there's something wrong here... do they select people from a specific country to block accounts? Will they research the user to find out if it's someone from the forum or not before blocking the person's account? Could it be that they are blocking accounts of people who bet on tennis and win? there has to be some explanation for everything that is happening

It is normally better to solve it directly with someone from the 1xbit support. But since you've broached the topic here on the forum, could you perhaps post an overview of all your bets placed on the forum? I think that only then can we better judge what is going on and then people can give their opinion better. For sure, something is going on. Did you tried to use courtsiding to place your bets for example?

Im bit aware of those times about Yobit signature participants does have the risk on getting banned or some of them had been on that particular state.Hopefully it would really be applied into 1xbit
signature participants as well but we know that if Theymos would really be imposing such banned then it would really be making another issue about this forum decentralization aspect
which would really be putting some question thats why there are some cautions about scams which arent moderated thats why we should be careful.Its just a shame or it do sucks

But they said in the email to me that I can withdraw my funds. Then I login again and made withdraw, and after some minutes they blocked again and telling me in the next email I am not able to withdraw and close account. This is so retarded and I not understanding what is this?

let me guess: you also played tennis and won and then when you withdraw your winnings your account was blocked?

Theymos would only interfere if their signature campaign was spamming the forum. I believe that with persistence it will be possible to alert as many people as possible so that they do not fall for this scam

The problem is they use their Terms of Service as an excuse to seize funds from any customer they want and this is the most common pattern they have been employing ever since the scam accusations started against them.

I am new here on forum and I want to share my problem from 1xbit and hope some support here if works in 1xbit can explain me what is this?

I created account yesterday and deposit  5 times in total amount of around 400 Usdt Trc 20.
First 4 deposits I lost my money and then deposit 5 th time 200 usdt trc 20 and made 395 usdt trc 20.
And I tried to withdraw my all funds to be able to get on my wallet. Was waiting for withdraw request and it not come to me, tried to refresh the page and I was logged out.

I write to security 1xbit email provided from live chat and after some time they said:


"The bookmaker reservs the right to refuse to accept a bet form any individual without a reason. Withcrawal is allowed.

They back to me this time this:
"good day we want to inform you that company decided to stop collaboration .... and they dont give me withdraw my money inside my account who are mine and I have deposited them.

It's basically a battle at this point between members like us who actively advise other members of this forum to avoid this scam site and their shills who keep advertising their site in different parts of the forum in order to continue getting paid.

Honestly, I don't see an end to this particular battle unless Theymos intervenes and bans anything related to this site from this forum(Like Yobit).

They should have done that instead but we are seeing the opposite thing on where they are avoiding to resolve out such issues and remain to do operations and ignore those complaints but instead
putting up some budget or allocation for marketing instead on minding on clearing up their name.Honestly basing up on what we do observed that this company had soo much hate and criticisms

1xbit has no interest maybe to increase their reputation. Because no change has been seen in their activities so far. The amount of money they are spending on marketing to get more new players shows that their purpose is not to run the business honestly. Because it is more important to solve the unresolved issues of the community than to spend that money on marketing on a large scale.

The chances of the 1xbit scammers drawing a line under and then turning a page and putting all their shady, underhanded and illegal activities in past - is unlikely to happen as that would mean they would have to own up to their past scams.

Just imagine though for a moment, if they came out here and apologised to the community and apologised to all their victims then made them whole again by returning the stolen funds and after all that were a transparent scam-free business, it would be a great achievement but as you correctly stated it is not going to happen.

Of course they can. All they need to do is work with the community and address all accusations that have accumulated against them, show evidence if the players violated their terms of service, and stop further scamming... But we already know that will never happen.

They keep pointing to the same stuff again and again to try and justify themselves even though no legit member of this forum trusts them.

They probably did return some of the funds linked to certain victims, but they only constitute the minority while the majority still have issues which implies that they scammed way more funds than the amount that they returned.

They are trying but they are not really honest, what they say is very much different from what they are doing, they have a thread about fixing issues but they keep scamming people.
Once they felt that players are leaving their casinos and they cannot recruit new members, that will be the time that they are going to be serious about fixing issues, but they will need a huge amount of money to settle what they've scammed to people.

Regarding the reputational issue, it is a foregone conclusion that their reputation cannot be recovered nor repaired and they only have themselves to blame for their demise. You are right their reputation cannot be salvaged now.

About the searching for evidence about 1xbit paying funds to victims of their scam, I never found any evidence in this forum that can prove beyond reasonable doubt that they investigated and repaid stolen funds. Their forum representative seems to go around in circles spouting the same message but there is a complete lack of evidence on their part.

I've been searching for answers or definite names/users that have been paid back their funds that came from the claims of 1xbit, but can't seem to find anything. It's easy to claim that you've done something in the field of crypto without providing any concrete evidence to back up your claim (CSW anyone?), and some people will believe but not us here.

I don't think there is any way 1xbit can salvage their reputation. It is way beyond salvation now.

I read the post you linked but cannot add anything to it except that it has to be dismissed. I another you posted about the 13 BTC returned to those that made scam accusations against 1xbit does not really satisfy the bigger question: why are there so may scam allegations against 1xbit?

The second question is who exactly did you pay money (if any at all) and where is the evidence?

What is the help of 24/7 support and live chats when the actual case wasn't address at all? the team will push the claimants to wait for their security team in which a BOT and again will wait months before the formal response and that will only happen after them posting here in this thread or in another thread of scam accusation against 1xbit?
maybe it is better not to have those long period of support but answering and addressing the case directly and worth a listen  .
