Are you able to explain why so many scam accusations are lined up against 1xbit?
We tried to do so in this post.

What about all the other complaints that you are not addressing? Are you able to explain why so many scam accusations are lined up against 1xbit? The 1xbit reputation is in the gutter no matter how much signature campaign fee you pay to those wanting to promote the scam.

Anyone can make this list and claim that these issues are resolved. Do you have the evidence that these issues are actually resolved

Your problem is that you don't understand what customer support is and what its responsibilities are, and what you should report to the security team with.
Then can you tell us the responsibilities of the customer support? I thought they're existing to solve the problem of their users.

Of course, customer support, as the name suggests, is there to help customers, simply not all problems can be solved within the scope of their competences.

Its understandable why you're defending 1xbit, the reason is pretty obvious. But its not a type of casino that you can recommend to gamblers, be honest.

I sympathize with 1xbit because it has been honestly paying me for almost a year and that is natural. I have never persuaded anyone to use 1xbit, everyone has different preferences and should choose casino (after own research) that suits him best.

In fact, I think it is one of the few sites that offers 24/7 support to the players. Live chat is very important nowadays. Many sites have a live chat but that is with limited times that they are available. I did read that 1xbit puts a limit on accounts with the maximum bet, but that is nothing new or more unusual. Often when you win a lot, you get a limit on your account. There are worse things.

It gets sadder and more painful when you see that they have all these means of communication but they ignore and don't respond to people's complaints when they contact support. where is the support at these times? I would like to know the following:

how many campaign members on this site use this site to play games or place bets?

how many campaign members on this site are referring their friends to use this site?

With your approach, even if someone from the participants of the signature campaign writes that he is a 1xBit user, you won't believe in it anyway, so why do you ask?

When it comes to support, it is visible here and the fact that you will try to depreciate its importance will not do anything, because you know well that complaints related to blocking accounts are solved by the security team, not support. The work of the security team and the waiting time for a response does not depend on the support. And if you don't know it, the time to resolve the complaint in (as far as I know from most countries in the world) is 31 days, so don't make drama.

There are cases of exchanges and gaming/gambling websites which clearly stated no KYC was required in order to lure customers in but then used various clauses in their Terms and Conditions to seize funds and close accounts. Many of those had sent KYC only to be told the legitimacy of the documents could not be validated therefore the victim first lost the funds and then lost their ID too.

Sending KYC to any website is something that must be avoided in all circumstances.

After they receive the KYC does anybody think they will just file them away and forget about them? No. They will sell them on to make more money.
I don't understand why anyone would feel like providing their KYC to 1xbit where it's not even safe to invest money. Scamming money and selling KYC is basically a double blow for the victims. This is the worst case scenario basically.

It is quite common among casinos and exchanges that they do not inform users that KYC verification may be required under certain circumstances.
In the case of 1xBit, there was probably not a single situation in which the user was asked to verify documents. (At least I haven't seen such a situation)

Hello,

Just sent you a message.

hello

any update about my issue?

Could you say something more about your case, because your post may inform some people that support has no contact with you at all.
In the last post about your case, 1xbit_official wrote that they sent to you a private message, does that mean you did not receive this message or did your case stand at some other point?
he sent me this message 2 weeks ago   https://imgur.com/aPthHLu

Then you just have to be patient and wait for an official response.
Unfortunately, from what I noticed, replies to this type of complaint may take up to about 3 weeks.
I hope your case will be recognized positively.

I don't think they have a security team honestly speaking. They will keep providing various excuses and most probably use these excuses to not resolve your issue.

The 1xbit forum representative logged in earlier today but ignored all allegations against them. I checked their replies, they last posted on 18th March 2022 to a user that was asking about his funds being stolen.

Apart from that they post regularly with their "promotions" inviting gullible people to sign up to their website but they are not addressing scam allegations therefore do not expect a reply from them any time soon.

Oh, and here's a shocker... 1xbit does not have its own customer support; they never had one!  Grin

I don't know about their support because I never visited their site because of the too many complaints but if it's true that they don't have their own customer support, that's already a warning sign, support is what defines a casino the best support the best rating and how reputable is the casino, players should make it a habit to look on how responsive is the support before joining depositing and playing to avoid any future issues.

I am in no doubt that once these shady online websites manage to get hold of KYC they will sell them on to criminals. They will use various claims in their Terms of Service to freeze accounts and withhold funds in order to force customers to send their KYC and in many will still refuse to release seized funds claiming the IP address and ID are from different countries  Roll Eyes

After they receive the KYC does anybody think they will just file them away and forget about them? No. They will sell them on to make more money.

They are most probably already selling KYC here and there for extra money and the gamblers will never know sadly. This is 1xbit we are talking about after all who are more than capable of doing such illegal acts.

What you think is irrelevant since you are a 1xbit shill which implies that no one in this forum are willing to trust whatever you are trying to say.

This site is not afraid anymore to do unwanted things and they can sell your kyc for extra money because they are not earning enough to the fact that lots and lots of people know that they are a scam and now avoiding this casino.

Eloncoin.org - Mars, here we come!
If they have had not problem with you and also they do not need any type of kyc verification, then why a lot of people creating scam accusation and from their announcement thread we came to know often about the scam activity of them? I am very curious to know, about it.
or maybe because he is one of the luckiest gambler in 1xbit that does not experience any issue.

but he is one of the rarest lol , because there are so many of players in that site that has now become a victim of scamming lol.
But, will he wait before that happens to him? He is happy defending 1xbit for now but soon he will join the majority that accuse this site for scamming. Asking for kyc/verification is not a problem because some sites can ask for the same thing but it will still be dangerous to trust your kyc on a site with lots of scam accusations.

They can say that they resolve some cases but that will not be enough.
this will be depending on His out view in this gambling site, but also he clearly mentioned that he played in this site "BEFORE" and has no Issue meaning that is in the past right and not in present meaning if he is lucky to be not one of those who put accusations here then he will not be another one because he had stopped playing in here.
but you are correct that will he wait this to happen in his part before believing and stop collaborating/playing/betting/depositing in 1xbit?

🇺🇦 Glory to Ukraine!
It is you who show your ignorance and a complete lack of understanding of what you are talking about.

Okay, you're a special case then, are you? Let me spell it out for you: 1xbit HAS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Period.

Your problem is that you don't understand what customer support is and what its responsibilities are, and what you should report to the security team with.

It seems that your understanding of customer support is completely different from that of 1xbit. Perhaps you should explain it to them?

We are not the same but still use a lot of 1xbet options including customer support.

Oh, and here's a shocker... 1xbit does not have its own customer support; they never had one!  Grin
