I have to say if you are waiting for over 3 months on a place that is wildly talked about as "scam", then maybe it is time to give up?

Erdogan gets paid to defend this place, he has been here for many many months now and that is understandable that he will keep on defending it. You could try to argue against it, but dude literally has a negative trust because of defending here, meaning if he wants to leave here and starts promoting any other place, no other place would take him. This is why he is forced to defend this place to earn money or earn no money at all, those are the only options available for him right now.

Well, That's how he works for the Scam project. I have put him on my Ignore list so that I don't have to garbage anymore. He is a real asshole who trying to defend the scammers. Remember one thing, dogs will eat poop whenever get a chance. No matter how much you expense. The dog will eat poop. It's natural.
No matter how many proofs you submit, he will defend it.

To be completely honest here I am pleasantly surprised at the manner in which you posted. You articulated yourself and your views very well. It goes to show with time forum members can

Also to be completely fair to the victim, he is claiming a loss of $500 in crypto and that is an extremely huge amount of money in certain parts of the world therefore if he is worried first about getting scammed out of $500 and second being worried about never getting his funds back then he probably acted on impulse.

On a slightly different note, your account was created in 2013, you may or not be the original owner of the account because it might have changed hands but you have deep red negative feedback mostly because of your supporting the 1xbit scammers. You seem to be an intelligent and articulate person therefore I hope you reconsider your support for 1xbit and instead use this forum in a more productive manner because you seem to have a lot to offer here.

Still defending the 1xbit scammers.... here is another account I had to temporarily remove from my ignore list because I was curious whether a reply was given to a victim and to see how the sock-puppets were defending the 1xbit scammers.

In short, if the security team do not even bother to reply to the victim because he has been selectively scammed then there is not much else he can do apart from visit this forum to complain. The last reply the 1xbit scammers made to the victim in the dedicated thread was on 18th March 2022 therefore asking in that thread after 6 days for a reply showed patience by the victim: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.59594304

This user asks for an answer in this thread every day, which will not help him, because the answer will not be in this thread and he knows about it. In fact, I suspect he has already received this reply in an email, and now his goal is to spam this thread as this same make many accounts before him. Anyway, I informed him in the hope that I am wrong and his case would be resolved positively.

If you complain about waiting too long for an answer, you should know that quite often such cases are dealt with not only a few days but much longer.

And I am not defending anyone here, I am just informing how it looks like.

In my opinion, the situation is improving. For a long time, 1xbit's problem was that complaints were not considered at all. When the support team changed, complaints began to be considered, but there were still a lot of them. From what I observe now, there are few complaints, and what the accusation are about is for a long period of waiting for a response. A little more, and that will also be improved. It is not easy to rebuild opinion in such a difficult situation, but as you can see, 1xbit is moving forward all the time.

I don't know what kind of improving you are saying. No change has been observed so far, which is being closely monitored by community members. They are running their website in a way that allows them to easily scam their customers by showing various issues. So no matter how hard you try to convince us, it will not work, because we are seeing the reality and how the victims are trying to get their hard earned money back.

It's evident to anyone with half a brain that there hasn't been any improvement and that 1xbit casino doesn't care much about their reputation or this community. Yes I know, a lot of people here are already familiar with the dangers of this site but a lot more are probably simply unaware. It's almost like 1xbit casino is designed to appeal to the most uneducated players in the hope they will believe what the rest of us know to be a scam. And as for the scammers and shills who work for them, it's clearly obvious they have zero respect for the players on this site. A large amount of them are quite frankly idiots, but others are blatant phonies who are simply trying to scam unsuspecting new players by lying about the site's legitimacy.

I'm very glad I got out when I did. I feel completely demoralised after having an account on this site for several months and having to encounter all the bullshit they were pulling to entice players in to give them their money. It's probably the single biggest scammer site I've ever been a part of.

they have built this reputation by themselves. there are no external circumstances.
we have seen many complaints that are badly handled or not handled at all.
the fact that now these are fewer or at least discussed in public does not mean that the situation has improved. I can understand you have their signatures, but do you get paid extra if you write positive comments about them? Sad I hope no... but in any case there is always a limit to everything ... in my opinion a minimum of ethics is always necessary.

Why do you think 1xbit does not resolve the complaints of its users? They do it all the time. From what I can see, the waiting period for a response may not be very pleasant, but it depends rather individually on the complexity of the case and the overall number of cases in the queue.

Why do they take so long to solve a problem? They are doing business here so they have to work in a professional way, they should have given utmost importance to their customers. They claim they have solved a few problems so far but there is no way to verify whether they are real or not. This is actually a 1xbit strategy to give their customers a little hope that they are working to solve the problems. Any player who observes the activities of 1xbit will think of them as scammers. Because there are so many complaints against a website, and they are not paying any attention to those complaints. As a result, it is clear from here what their purpose is.

I don't think 1xbit is doing ANYTHING to address the past issues they have brought upon themselves. They have tainted their name so much in the past that no kind of redemption will fit to what they've done in the past. Even their bonuses and promotions don't do anything even if they're more generous than other platforms.

1xbit's reputation is beyond repair, and no matter how hard they try to fix their reputation, people who are familiar enough with the gambling scene will know how to avoid this platform like the plague.

Are you crazy? I am waiting 3 months already for my account to be oppened and get back my money.
I have there deposited 500 usd in cryptocurecny and it is not ok to be stolen like that. That money are mine, and cannot be stolen like that because they can steal winnings, but why deposit of money to be stolen>? Iti s really not fair . Still not answer and still not able to login to my account and get back my money.

I'm not crazy. Support wrote that you should have information in your e-mail, if you didn't get anything, they forwarded your question to the security team. Bitcointalk is not an official way to sort things like this out, so it will definitely take more than a few days. You just need to be patient and you will surely get an official reply in the dedicated thread here: 1xBit.com Coming back to Bitcointalk, Solving all the issues.
What security team? the automated team that answers the same thing over and over again? the security team that will tell the victim that The company stops working with Him  because he Violated the T&C?

Wrong shill. More silly reasons. Grow up already. Anyone with a half-decent brain can see that you are spewing nonsense and spamming as usual in order to complete your signature campaign quota and continue getting paid every week.

You shills do realise that literally no one in this forum except for your 1xbit buddies believe your crap, don't you?

Lets take that there were 50 such cases (but I think there were a lot less, just because a few accounts were spamming this thread there seemed to be a lot of it).
50 x $ 500 = $25k
The expense for a signature campaign is about $2k - $2.5k per week, so $25k would cover only about 3 months of the campaign and it has been going on for 10 months.
However, the point is not that it would not cover the costs of campaigns. The point is, it would be silly to risk such a huge loss of reputation trying to cover the costs of a signature campaign.

I believe there must have been more than 50 scam cases already and with people who lost much more than $500, that's why they have funds to pay the participants of the signature campaign.

In our free time, we can count all negatively considered complaints from the last six months and then there will have no doubts Smiley

But leaving that aside, I have a question:

do you play on this site?

Have you already recommended a friend of yours to play on this site?

did any participant in the subscription campaign for this site play on this site? and have you already recommended your friends to use this site?

I have already answered this question several times ..

Yes, I was playing on 1xbit platform with the money I deposited, but unfortunately without any successes that would make withdrawal meaningful.
I promised that if I manage to win something nice, I will withdraw it and definitely tell here about it.

When it comes to recommending my friends, I don't really have that option, because none of them play online. I only know 2-3 people who like gambling, but all of them play in classic land-based casinos..

Maybe there will be some trusted high ranked member that would like to try his luck, so I will give $50 for that and honest review.. Let me know in PM.

Asking in this thread every day is not going to make it any faster.

Why 1xbit support doesn't want to solve their customers' problems, if they can solve these problems through support then those customers would not have to post here anymore. Instead of showing this user various ways to solve his problem, tell 1xbit to change their activities and stop cheating gamblers. This kind of defending will not work for you unless 1xbit is trying to be honest.

After all this time, it has now become clear that 1xbit does not really want to solve any customer's problems. This is just what scammers want you to believe so that they can lure new victims to their casino and continue scamming. All this time I thought 1xbit actually wanted to make a casino that we could trust, but I now know that the truth is that 1xbit is yet another scammer with no real plans to do anything but operate a Ponzi-type scheme with no bottom line.

For anyone who is still tempted to take their offer, please do your research and look for other better, more responsible and trustworthy casino sites that actually have plans to run a profitable online casino for everyone to enjoy.

I guess he found the site from the advertisements on many websites but he was not searching for more information. My question is how he can deal on a deposit of over $2,000 on a site that he doesn't even know is a reputable or scam site.
I think you are right that he has find out this gambling site from sponsor ads from a site. And probably the person has made small amount and it worked fine to the person. And while deposited big amount eg: 2000$ then the site scammed the person. And it is the basic format for a scammer. Scammer first insist by giving small payment and then scam large amount.

Once again. You do not have to believe me.

Once again, it would be foolish and naive for anyone here to believe someone who has been proven as a liar and scammer. It is superfluous to discuss this further.

So look only on facts.

So should you. And yet, you are expressing a lot of false and unverified information.

I present to you the facts:
- 1xbit has been paying me honestly for 10 months.
- list of positively considered complaints:

Once again, your first argument has nothing to do with proving the integrity of 1xBit casino.

1xbit pays me honestly for 10 months. Why should I say something else?

Because this has nothing to do with the topic we are discussing. A signature campaign has nothing to do with their reputation. If you must discuss a signature campaign, please do so in the appropriate topic.

The fact that they pay proven liars to promote their lies on the forum only adds to the suspicion that they are being dishonest. How else to explain statements like this:
We aim to grow up the quality of campaigns, all our managers are instructed not to accept negative trusted person.

Your second argument cannot be considered a fact as it hasn't been proved or confirmed by another party. These are just empty claims made by a corrupt casino trying to justify its criminal actions.

So, in your opinion, all these resolved complaints are fake?

This is not my opinion but a pure observation. By definition, facts are something that actually exists, reality, truth. 1xbit's statements are not facts because there is no evidence to support them. Of course scammers will claim they don't scam.

1xbit is not paying me for this discussion, I'm taking part in a signature campaign and if you don't know how it works, just educate yourself.

Once again, the words of a known scammer are just words, but as we can see from the facts, the members that defend 1xbit scam are all exclusively being paid by 1xbit. Why is that? This is very specific only to scam companies, as was the case with Adkinsbet scam before.

Fortunately, things don't work that way on this forum and we have many excellent, respected members who are willing to debunk these lies.

Basically what you wrote is a lie. If it is not, give an example of the lie you are accusing me of.

Not a lie, but a fact. Here's proof:

What happened:: I was buying $30 amazon giftcard from Erdogan for $21 btc and i decided to go first since he was a hero member. But as soon as i sent him money he stopped replying even coming online every once in a while. After a whole bunch of messages he finally replied saying he'll send me the agc in 4 hours or he can refund me, i decided to wait a bit then ask for a refund but as soon as i asked for a refund he transfered all the money from his bitcoin wallet to another wallet and still continues to ignore me.
