You are right that these statistics do not tell you much about the number of users, as they only show the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. However, we can conclude that the popularity of 1xbit is increasing and that does not surprise me at all.

That means the only thing that matters to you is increasing the traffic! The amount of unresolved reports that are coming out, and the number of reports that would have come out a few days later, should also be kept in mind. So say 1xbit to resolve unresolved reports, then at least 1xbit does not have to run its own activities with such a low reputation.

I want to repeat to everbody that 1xbit admits they refuse to explain and tell what rules I broke. And I am sure they will use this excuse for all people that they scam.
So they scam people, and write:

Quote from: 1xbit_official
- Due to the ToS, the company reserves the right to stop cooperation with a player without explanation if there is a violation committed, but with a refund provided. (We do not disclosure reason to prevent further damage, once a cheater knows how he got caught, he will know how to avoid it)

So that basically means, they can scam everybody and take all your winnings, and then just give this argument.
1xbit stole 0.55 BTC from my account and I think that everybody can see that they do not want to solve the case.
Please support all my flag to make sure 1xbit get red card.
SCAM
I have seen several sites who ban/disable accounts of their user for breaking their terms of service and they provide the number of their terms which has been broken by the user. And I have seen it both on skrill as well as neteller. But as 1xbit already a proven scammer they may skip to mention it.

I played on many sites, so far I only have bad experience with Betnomi, but 1xbit is the worst from all. Never had any problems with other sites.
1xbit just continue scamming and they write they do not want to provide information, simply because there is not.
I wish we could stop 1xbit from everything, that scam site.

Everybody can see that 1XBIT has scammed me, since they refuse to provide the reason.
Simple because there is no reason to give.

This casino gets over a million visits per month. In your opinion, are these few complaints a lot, compared to the number of customers?

Since I was curious, I checked on the statistics site. You're a little bit right about the number, but that doesn't mean it's completely customers, just ads displays. Previously, read about what "Display" traffic mean here.

If this statistics is correct then what importance is it of? We could presume the rate if traffics generated from 1×bit and notice how frequently people jump into there site.
What else? Oh for marketing sake?
Although you have done well posting this for prior awareness and I think you deserve an accolade.
You may be wrong I hope you know?

Apparently, 1xbit did a massive marketing campaign until it reached 57% traffic (the highest among casino sites that have campaigned on this forum). However, only 11% percentage of site visitors (customers and non-customers).

I'm sure you will say these statistics are wrong, but for the time being I believe these statistics for several reasons.  :p

You have already received the answer at least several times. Everyone who is active in this thread knows it, except you. Here is a reminder for you:

~
Only the security team could provide you with detailed information about account closure.
In addition, you were accused in multi-accounting here on bitcointalk, not at 1xBit.

From our side we see this situation as fulfilled:
- Just like it said in the ToS - a player consent to follow them once he places a bet on the site (this is a written contract).
- Due to the ToS, the company reserves the right to stop cooperation with a player without explanation if there is a violation committed, but with a refund provided. (We do not disclosure reason to prevent further damage, once a cheater knows how he got caught, he will know how to avoid it)
- You processed a withdrawal once your account was re-opened and the refunded sum was available for withdrawal.

It could have sound like a scam in case there weren't proofs of payments made out from the site with the way greater sums. These proofs in our signature post, and in the review thread.
We can say for sure that you weren't banned for winning, but for not following the ToS.

Sincerely,
1xBit team

Personally, I'm not surprised they don't want to post details here. Such a description would semi-help scammers avoid being caught in the future.

First they accuse 1xbit me from multi accounting, and when I tell them I have no problems to provide my IP address to a mediator, then suddenly 1xbit tells the multi accounting is not the violation anymore.
If somebody violate the rules, you have to tell what was violated. They can give this information in PM to me, but they refuse.
That prooves again that they are blatant scam. 1xbit knows very well I won my bets fair, and now they do not see any way out to save their case and just write that they do not provide the reason.
The only correct way is that 1xbit is going to pay me, and admit they made a mistake. But they will never do. In the background, legal action is already taken, but I can not tell to much details about it.
The only way I can say is that I will get my money, one way or the other.

So again at @1xbit_official pay me my money that I won fair, and stop with your lies.

1xbit = blatant scam
DO NOT PLAY HERE
Everybody can see my case, how they void all my won bets, claiming that I violated the rules with multi account, then suddenly now multi accounts anymore.
And now they have no reason not to pay me, and then they just wrote that they can not provide the information why they void my won bets

Even if these statistics are not accurate, how large could the error rate be?
If even half of this traffic is incorrect, or it did not take place at all, is it not enough to have half a million visitors? And are a few complaints compared to such a huge number of users a lot?

- All funds are deposited into 1XBET's wallets.
You showed 1xBit's wallets as a proof that they are 1xBet's. That's wrong.

- You don't have access to a security database, your only contact with the security team is through email (just like any other affiliate).
We don't have access, and most of the marketing team don't. But still wrong — complaints here are being resolved way faster than through the personal contact.

- Cases resolving doesn't exist; Using that as an argument is absurd since you are merely the security department's messenger.
Then why people contact us here, taking a few extra steps to create an account?

Your replies are getting more emotional, just to mention.

but for the time being I believe these statistics for several reasons.  :p
They are not wrong, but they are not right at the same time - Similarweb you use calculates only the part of traffic that is available for indexation, and can be collected by their bots. And there is a decent part of traffic that can't be tracked.

You think a million visits per month is a lot? LOL!
Roobet.com, for example, has 3x more, Stake.com has 7x more, and Freebitco.in even has 60x more than that.

I didn't mean who had the more clients. My point is that with a million visits, a few complaints a month is not much in my opinion.

Has 1xbit ever published any information about the number of users on their platform? No? I wonder why.

Why would they do this?

Moreover, there is no direct correlation between the number of visitors and the number of customers on the site. Only 10% of 1xbit.com's total traffic is direct traffic, while almost 30% is referral traffic. Compare that to other gambling sites, and you'll see the difference.

Has 1xbit ever published any information about the number of users on their platform? No? I wonder why.

Correct , it is rightful to admit being banned if you cheat in any thing related to this or even not because cheating is indeed not tolerable ,
But at least provide strong proof since Money is involved here, at some point people may think that you  have only one
motive here and that is not paying your players once they Won and needed to withdraw and that is Scamming .

The 1xBit.com thing will be a never-ending story.
I think it has been proven many times here in the forum how trustworthy this casino is.
So everyone should make up his own mind....

Everyone should do their own investigations and see how 1xbit really works.
Support responds to all complaints and you think they will tolerate if someone trying to cheat the casino and dealing with such complaints positively?

How much more propaganda will you continue to post?
They will continue posting in this manner regardless of the rising scam accusations against them since their business seems to be in profit despite all the negativity which is most likely the sad truth.

The only way their business might fail completely is getting their site shut-down by the authorities which is very difficult thanks to the anonymous nature of this site.

You know well that nobody on the Internet can be anonymous (at least not for the authorities). For a website to be closed, an investigation would have to be done. An investigation could be made if there was evidence that something was wrong.
