I have seen several sites who ban/disable accounts of their user for breaking their terms of service and they provide the number of their terms which has been broken by the user. And I have seen it both on skrill as well as neteller. But as 1xbit already a proven scammer they may skip to mention it.

They have never really addressed any serious allegation against them, they are simply choosing which complainants to respond to and which ones to ignore. They continue to pretend to be a genuine organisation but they have been exposed yet still they are trying to selective scam more users.

They will continue posting in this manner regardless of the rising scam accusations against them since their business seems to be in profit despite all the negativity which is most likely the sad truth.

The only way their business might fail completely is getting their site shut-down by the authorities which is very difficult thanks to the anonymous nature of this site.

If there are high ranked members who play in 1xbit, what's the point of knowing it?
Why did not you try it yourself with the money that you get from the signature campaign and you can share your own experience then.

who is going to risk their precious money playing on a site where there are dozens of scam accusations and the site owners keep using nonsense arguments just to not pay what the customers won? - A legal entity for 1xbit doesn't exist. There is no company, and no gambling license.
- You don't have access to crypto deposit wallets. All funds are deposited into 1XBET's wallets. [proof]
- You don't have access to the source code or backend of your own website. All verification meta tags from third party services are identical to those on the 1XBET. [proof]
- Your terms of service are copy-pasted from 1XBET casino.
- You don't have access to a security database, your only contact with the security team is through email (just like any other affiliate).
- Cases resolving doesn't exist; Using that as an argument is absurd since you are merely the security department's messenger.

- Previously, you even admitted that customer support falls on the 1XBET platform. So using 24/7 multilingual support as an argument is a bit silly.

Only the security team could provide you with detailed information about account closure.
In addition, you were accused in multi-accounting here on bitcointalk, not at 1xBit.  

From our side we see this situation as fulfilled:
- Just like it said in the ToS - a player consent to follow them once he places a bet on the site (this is a written contract).
- Due to the ToS, the company reserves the right to stop cooperation with a player without explanation if there is a violation committed, but with a refund provided. (We do not disclosure reason to prevent further damage, once a cheater knows how he got caught, he will know how to avoid it)
- You processed a withdrawal once your account was re-opened and the refunded sum was available for withdrawal.

It could have sound like a scam in case there weren't proofs of payments made out from the site with the way greater sums. These proofs in our signature post, and in the review thread.
We can say for sure that you weren't banned for winning, but for not following the ToS.

This could be easily proved wrong if you check how much instruments are used on this forum - contests, design work, management, reward sending right to the accounts, betslip checks and cases resolving - all this can't be done by a single person or an affiliate.
