I thought they are returning the Deposited amount atleast  once they find you breaking their Rules? that is according to what i am seeing here for months now that the players must be lucky as their deposit being returned even they have been found cheating the company.

I disagree. The win may or may not be fraudulent, but they aren't disclosing evidence for different reasons and not the ones that you mentioned. Disclosing evidence would help improve their credibility which is common sense.

If people violate the rules, you have to come up with an explanation which rules were broken.
Security did also not want to provide me this information on my Email. And they will never provide it, as I did not violate any thing and they know that very well.

I don't know, why still people using this scam Gambling website!! There are a ton of alternative trusted Gambling websites available. But still, people using this exchange lose their money. I suggest people stay away from this site. They are still promoting this scam site in this forum. A few people also promoting this scam website, but sooner they will get red trust for sure.

Your story is one of the heartaches of those with similar stories 1XBIT wants you to deposit and bet, but they don't want you to win if you win they will charge you with violating the rules without stating what rules that you violated, but if you keep losing they will let you play, they want people who will deposit and play and lose because they are paying their promoters and 1XBIT can't sustain their resort vacation and lavish lifestyle if you're going to win.

This has been asked many times , but there is none that they release instead speculative belief that there is a cheating happen and your creation of new account here in bitcointalk becomes their another evidence as they claimed proof of you being cheater .(of course according to them)

I'm afraid this will ever happen , they will never release this amount as they have standing against this from Day 1.
