Some of the rating sites including cryptocompare contain old reviews that have not been updating.
In trustpilot, 1xbit has a poor rating, even 85% contains bad reviews written since the last 4 months. I guess those are honest reviews and some users who have had issues with withdrawals and account frozen, and new users should have a little faith in trustpilot this time.

No, believe me they aren't doing well. From personal experience I can say that they have one private table in evolution gaming and most of the times this table is just dead, no one plays here but still they pay money, sounds curious to be fair, idk what's the point. On another hand, as far as I know, 1xbit is owned by 1xbet and in this case, yeah, 1xbet is doing very well. They have a lot of tables in Evolution studio, really a lot, not just random private tables among other generic tables but their private area with 1xbet background. Mostly they are oriented on Russian gamblers.

Idk why do they still have 1xbit, they don't really have a lot of players but just some like others and I have never seen anyone satisfied by this 1xbit casino.

Unfortunately, as alluring as this casino sounds it does not deliver. There are so many reviews written about this site that as soon as you Google their name you get the banner 'do not join'. Here, as an example, on trustpilot.

I guess outside this forum, they have good number of players and earning good amount of money. The reason why they just ignore the issues presented here in the forum. I don't think they can build their reputation here if they are not willing to resolve past issues. But let's hope that new gamblers will do their quick search in google to find out the issues involved in this site, before sending their money to this shady casino.

@OP just trying to ask about account number of customer but they are never trying to give any response of member here. How they want to solve the issue when they are not able to serve and maintain this thread properly. The relationship between community and organization will not be good if 1xbit still do the same mistake. They want to rebuild their reputation and trust, but not give an answer in their thread. So, for member who got scammed by this sites, giving a negative review on the site like Trustpilot or similar site will help other member to prevent them to be another victim in the future.

If there is really a new team behind this casino as they claim then it is possible that they were not aware of their previous history and the bad reputation they had in the forum, after all taking into account the huge number of scams going on in the market of cryptocurrencies due to the lack of due diligence then I'll not be surprised if this was the case.

However ignorance is never an excuse and all the issues of the past with the gamblers that previously played in that casino needs to be resolved otherwise it is very unlikely that they will ever be accepted in this forum and if they lose access to the players of this forum I doubt any casino could become as big and successful as it could be.

I also think 1xbit has something to hide. if we think carefully why would a thriving company put a new management and a new team on it and then also want to resolve all charges, which will only cost a lot of money. everyone deserves a new chance but I have my doubts about 1xbit whether they will really do that.

AFAIK, the new management said they are interested in resolving all the accusation but they just avoiding everything that is why they did stopped their promotion campaign as well since community mentioned they won't accept them until everything has been resolved.I know this will take time for sure but any action towards resolving is appreciated that simply promises.
