The community needs to abandon completely such websites because they are a disgrace to the community and they are paying review sites money to promote them which shows their desperation to scam more members.

yes totally agree, since they are back here in this forum, there are EVEN MORE cases of scam and fraud.

They are very active with their advertisement outside the forum, with their bad reputation in the forum, they might not need it anymore, but they could come back if they could fix all the accusations against them that has a real basis, as you know, there are still people accusing a site without some basis, so let's see if they will make an effort to clean their reputation so they can get gamblers from this popular forum.

Many people doubting about that and might this will be the same to others also but if they fix this issue maybe it can lessen their sin in this forum, but I doubt this could gain the trust back of forum users since still those pending case made before still there.

Purpose? To acquire bettor that's the target but they are not actually doing the bumping right now since the aware people about their reputation doing this for them. And I think the one they are doing right now is waiting game to see if there's unknowledgeable guy will deposit some amount on their platform.

You have a lot of accusations 1xBit why are you still operating? Are you not satisfied with what you've scammed before from the previous users? Too bad many peoples still playing on this website and becomes the victim of this platform.

1xbit has not returned to the forum to resolve situations. They have only come back hoping to gain confidence so that they can make even more victims and scam others.

summarizing all your complaints here, i would like to give a few answers:

Why not resolving accusation?

- first of all, I have to clarify a picture: 1xbit has a few departments ie. marketing, security, and others. I represent marketing, and from my perspective, I can only ask our security for re-investigation of a specific case. They will check if a player got banned by a mistake. In other cases, I wouldn't be able to resolve such accusations.

If you are so sure that a player violated the ToS, why wouldn't you give any proofs?

- our security is based on the basis of data safety, and no one but the security department has access to the data. Support can't provide any evidence too. That fact doesn't help our reputation a bit, it does quite the opposite here. Yet currently I'm trying to rebuild this basis and make the process of provision of evidence clear and friendly to a player, but it definitely will take some time. (don't forget I'm a marketing manager)

Why would anyone (new team) want to work on a project with a bad reputation?

- some of you guys already answered this question. Our reputation here and in a few more places on the web is poor, but there is also a good side with constant players, who never experienced difficulties playing on 1xbit. You can check our web performance via the free tool similarweb.com, it shows that we have stats even comparable to bitcointalk stats in some ways, including daily time on site. The main point is on "direct" traffic, it shows returned players and it's about 15%. 15% out of 700k+ every month.  That's a meh proof, but it shows that we have some constant players. This percnatage dropped down recently due to active display advertising.

I agree that it will be hard to restore our reputation here, but i will try, and I'm glad that there are some people who post suggestions how to do that.
