1xbit is with sportsbet.io the biggest scam site ever.
1xbit refuses to show any proof of license. Even a company name is not displayed on the site. That should raise enough red flags.

Even if you ask 1xbit security directly via Email WHY they deleted your bets and steal your money they dont answer!



LOL, you are in gambling business, over 90% of the people lose money longterm. Those people/customers who come back to you and are ''satisfied'' are customers that lose their money and never make withdraw requests. So they dont even come in touch with your real ''face''.

You have not solved a single case here after several weeks - thumbs up! All I can see is some alibi talk that may sound good to people with no clue but other than that - even contentual, 99% of what you are stating is bs. We all have understood you are a marketing manager by now but if you are serious about what you claim you try to achieve, you obviously need to work closely with other departments. summarizing all your complaints here, i would like to give a few answers:

Why not resolving accusation?

- first of all, I have to clarify a picture: 1xbit has a few departments ie. marketing, security, and others. I represent marketing, and from my perspective, I can only ask our security for re-investigation of a specific case. They will check if a player got banned by a mistake. In other cases, I wouldn't be able to resolve such accusations.

If you are so sure that a player violated the ToS, why wouldn't you give any proofs?

- our security is based on the basis of data safety, and no one but the security department has access to the data. Support can't provide any evidence too. That fact doesn't help our reputation a bit, it does quite the opposite here. Yet currently I'm trying to rebuild this basis and make the process of provision of evidence clear and friendly to a player, but it definitely will take some time. (don't forget I'm a marketing manager)

Why would anyone (new team) want to work on a project with a bad reputation?

Our reputation here and in a few more places on the web is poor, but there is also a good side with constant players, who never experienced difficulties playing on 1xbit. You can check our web performance via the free tool similarweb.com, it shows that we have stats even comparable to bitcointalk stats in some ways, including daily time on site. The main point is on "direct" traffic, it shows returned players and it's about 15%. 15% out of 700k+ every month.  That's a meh proof, but it shows that we have some constant players. This percnatage dropped down recently due to active display advertising.

I hope you realize how dangerous your "opinion" is. Most probably 1xbit hired you to  make this comment. Otherweise, you would never talk trash like this.
Just take a look how many people got scammed by this organisation. 1xbit does not deserve to get bumped like this. It is better not to make any comments here, or only realistic comments that people get scammed, so people can be warned.

1xbit is still controlled by the same group thieves, according to my information from the license issuer in Curacao.
And believe me, this information is 100% proper and legit.

the issue might be big before and the staffs are only limited or they are busy , resulting for the issue to not solved imediately till it comes to the point that issues piled up . for old users its not easy to heal especially if the damage that has been done is big but for the users that havent been scamed they are looking forward for the reopening of this site and as well as newbies that doesnt know anything about the history of this casino .

We don't need to wait for that because if they really concern with their reputations, I am sure they will solve the issue one by one, and they will try to serve people better than before.
They have a bad experience before, so they need to manage their site seriously, and they must eliminate the things that might be a problem for them in the future.
It really needs hard work to recover their reputations, and as @Bitinity said, it would need a long time to convince people to come back to their site because people already get a bad experience.
This time, they need to explain the issue's details and don't make the customer have bad memories of them in the future.

Too late for them since most of people that have experience problem in their gambling site is not all is still active today. They should resolve that issue that year when there are many accusation throw to them.

One reason that I think why they want to resolve it today because they want to back their business and be live again . But we as users that experience problem before  are also afraid that something much worse will happen if they really return and trust again by users.

Even if if 1xbit is able to resolve all the issues, it does not mean that they will get good reputation instantly after resolving all the issues. It will take years for them to prove that they are completely changed to be a better site with no serious accusations. Although there is saying "no late to be better", but 1xbit waited too long time before they try to resolve all the issues. If they could do it earlier when there was the first scam accusation, I think their reputation wont be as bad as now.

The dev is very active in the scam section trying to resolve some of the issues that were reported by their users, this gambling sites claimed that they started 2016 but unfortunately they have gone in the wrong directions, and with so many bad reports and scam accusations I don't think they can get back to business again, this is a lesson to all gambling sites to resolve the issues in their support system, or you will be reported here and you will have to deal with defending your reputation.

There are no other ways or solution but to clear up those mess that happened in the past if this one is on new management then its unfortunate that they do end up on buying something which had really
a bad reputation or simply a shit gambling site.

If they dont have plans on fixing things up and just it seems they dont care and doesnt make any response on what people been discussing on this thread then i wont be surprised that they
would closed their doors.

Its not feasible nor ideal to run up a site when theres no one is playing.

To be fair, it will be meaningless to do that. Everyone knows that 1xbit is scam, their support doesn't respond, they don't care about reputation on this forum and also don't care about anything at all that's related to their reputation. Their account is already tagged for multiple times so what's more?

 If we think it's old , we can try to look for more recent reviews or include bitcointalk forum on keywords when searching for a review on the net because users here are active on posting comments and can also give feedbacks  . If they are a legit site , they will stop operating until all problems are fixed but if they continue  , you know what that means .

They are already tagged multiple times, not sure what another tag will bring. Have you tried contacting the member 1xbit_official? He is working with them, it might help to present your case to him. Who knows...

1xbit stole 0.97 BTC from me.

They blocked the option to withdraw funds. Whenever I contact support, they also refer me to a email address: [email protected]

If you send an email to this address they never respond though.

Live chat always keeps coming back with the following reply:

"Sir, information regarding your request was provided. We do not comment on the work of other Departments and cannot influence it. If you have no further questions, I am pushed to end the conversation."

Of course they never provided this information.

I think they just want to serve on their casino even there's only few players until none's left, well I can make sure that no one from the forum is using or playing on their platform as of now.
