They already tarnished their own reputation so they should expect that this going to be tough if they want to resolve the issues and able to regain the trust of the users. Solving the issues may be hard but the real challenge for them is how they will attract gamblers again. I'm a gambler also and for me even if they resolve their issues, I will not trust them easily especially if there will be mo signs of improvement. If they still want to promote the site here, they need to solve all problems, including what happened in the past. After that, they can try to convince people that they really regret and apologize to all people here and don't do it again in the future. Explaining without solving the problem is not good, if they are serious to solve this problem they can do it within a month or a week at the first place, but since the problems escalated their reputation are on a bigger risk now that they want to comeback again. There's a big trust issue right now considering the account is just a newbie with multiple scam accusations.

I think they can try it within a month to solve the problem. With goodwill to do that, I am sure that every problem will be solved. After that, they can try to gain their reputation by doing something. Too many gamblers who get the problem from them, so that is not an easy work to solve it. Maybe we can give their time first to see if they really want to solve or not.
