interestingly all of this is happening just at a time when they are trying to run a campaign to clean up their reputation. Probably they hold your money to pay out their 1xbit.com honest review campaign and 1xbit.com signature campaign

I want to show you that 1xbit total scammed me.

I created account on 1xbit before 8 days for the first time. I saw it can be deposit money with TRX . Then I deposited 8499.80 TRON money to my account, and started to bet. I made around
 11000 TRX , and they logged me out from my account. I sent email to security. and they told me we will close your account because i have violated any rules!? what? What rules? I have clearly bet on games and I have not won any big money so I can violate any rules. I am just man who want to bet and not broke any rules. At least if you think I have violated any rules you must give me back my deposit money, because I have read in rules 1xbit must give back deposited money to costumers and clear all winnings as void i! And they refused to give me my deposited money, and told on trust pilot that I have did any withdrawal, what is not TRUE ,and they LIE. My account is ACCOUNT NUMBER: 306419881
Hope you will fix this. and give me my deposited money back to me because I need to have it!  I sent pictures and everything to them, but they not want to give me my hard earn money!
I must post here what problem I have, and I will post now pictures here because this scam website, can scam every costumer who want to join them, and they are fake, they don't have even licence for betting, I am so angry what they did to me, this is internet criminal, this website must be reported and shutdown!!!

1xbit always use their ToS to every sc accusations against them. It is really obvious that they are abusing the power of their trashy ToS. In fact, most of the time they say that the player violated their ToS to avoid paying them gor their winnings. Thieves.

It is very difficult to disagree with what you wrote 1xbit being thieves and scammers.

Do not be surprised if the 1xbit scammers keep you or others waiting for refunds or replies.... it is part of the smokescreen process they are trying to apply to fool people.

So what happens to this account, is it already resolved? the last login was June 11 if this member cannot give us an update at least give us an update on what happened to this account since you asked for his account ID, it's been two weeks there should be a resolution on this account, so you can prove to us that you are indeed addressing all concerns.

Most wallets are governed by people with non-custodial wallets like Electrum, and addresses on exchanges should not be considered as real wallets because we don't have priv keys for them.

Most of the cryptocurrency wallets are governed by exchangers like Binance, blockchain and etc.
This payment systems might take a fee for proceeding a transaction to your wallet.

1xbit is thieves and scammers!

They stole my 2 LTC deposit and they aren't responding! SCAM!

I had some interesting chats with 1xbit customer support after I wanted to test their website, and this is the answers I got after I simply asked them to tell me if they have any betting license for operating.
I also asked them about their withdrawal fees and they first told me that they don't charge anything but I could be charged by my payment system, and I don't what that even means.
They probably don't have any license at all and they have one of the worst customer support I ever saw in my life so I wouldn't suggest anyone to send any coins to this website.

This is interesting. Here is no explanation of what fraudulent activity we have here. This is not an explanation and for sure not a way of solving the issue.

Yeah, that shit sailed a mile over OP's head.  I'm guessing this is strictly a standard PR-speaking (although in broken English) account, and the person behind it will ignore any direct criticism and keep repeating the same parrot-crap instead.

This looks very much like 1xbit is making a public attempt to rehabilitate their busted-ass reputation by seemingly addressing their customers' complaints on the same forum they're advertising on, when they ought to be doing so when said complaints are brought to their attention on their own site.  I'm also guessing that nobody is going to get any of their issues resolved here.  I'd love to see if any of them actually do.
