It's totally clear that this site intentionally steals from their users but I'm surprised and wonder how inexperienced some people could be despite all the accusations, negative reviews, advice and warning giving about this site some people still make use of the site.
esjohnes, if you can still report the situation on 2plus2 or the crypto forum where they launch their campaign after they are not allowed on this forum maybe you'll get lucky.

Sorry to disappoint you but I doubt if your problem will be solved just like the hundreds of other complainants. Scamming and the frustrating their customers is part of their aim/goal and therefore when cases like yours come up, they will come up with an excuse to hold on to your money.i misses his topic.can you solve my problem? my withdrawal was rejected

This thread was intentionally created to get rid of the negative feedback they have already received in the past due to their scam gambling site while pretending to be "Solving all issues" and yet they weren't actually solving them.
For example, you brought up your complaint here yesterday, the OP (1xbit_official) has been online today, yet they didn't bother replying or PMing you about how to solve it.
So I wish you luck in recovering your money because you need a lot of it when it comes to 1xbit

Given the history of this bookmaker and its status, I think you should be happy if you get your deposit back. It seems like this bookmaker's scam is only getting worse.
Every time this 1xbit representative comes onto the forum, he writes that he has communicated with the security department and that nothing can be done about it and that there is a violation of the terms and conditions.
He does not even want to say what breach, because there is not any breach.
He calls that "helping". Stay away from 1xbit.

@nafrik86 was you able to withdraw your funds?? I see many accusations against 1xbit but if they start resolving them then I guess they can be trusted..but again this depends on the resolutions of accusations.

Can you send some proof that 1xbit really fixed your issue as they are claiming that it was already resolved?
Even though the issue above has been resolved, I think it's not enough to regain your reputation here in the forum. It's either you need to resolved all those backlog issue that happened since last 2 years or leave the forum and stop your dream about doing fresh start because you are new team. You can always rebrand if you really want to start all over since you take over the business.

If you have evidence to back your accusations, go to ask gambler site and report the issue but it will be better if you also report the situation on a forum where they are currently doing signature campaign after they are not allow on here due to there unresolved accusations.Meanwhile, i'm just telling the victim what he could do, if he get lucky he may get back his fund.

This really says more than enough. 1xbit never had the intention to resolve matters. Only thing they seem to be after is to create some brand awareness again, in the hope of attracting players. I do wonder why people continue to gamble on this site despite all allegations and allegations including evidence. Everyone, hopefully, cared about this one. I hope you get your money's worth Blogab and therepresentative from 1xbit on the forum is a sham he has supposedly been in contact with the security team and says he cannot do anything. So he is only here to acquire customers, unable to solve problems. It really is a shame that 99% of all websites out there don't care at all and keep promoting those thiefs - including huge websites with tons of traffic. A shame really...
Money doesn't stink I guess. But it's not just website. Even biggest leagues like EPL, Serie A, La Liga,some clubs have nothing against promoting their main company 1xbet - they are official sponsors of it. Their banners is everywhere. I guess this company have bigger budget for marketing than giants like Bet365.

Yeah, they seem to be super serious about upping their reputation here on bitcointalk - they obviously couldn't care less. The guy I was talking with also told me he would do his best in order to solve case(s) but guess what? Nada...

They blocked the option to withdraw funds. Whenever I contact support, they also refer me to a email address: [email protected]
If you send an email to this address they never respond though.
Live chat always keeps coming back with the following reply:
"Sir, information regarding your request was provided. We do not comment on the work of other Departments and cannot influence it. If you have no further questions, I am pushed to end the conversation."
Of course they never provided this information.
Im running out of ideas at this point, any suggestions?

Coming back to bitcointalk to solve all the issues was never their aim. They thought that in order to make a comeback here they would buy postive reviews and trust to bury their ugly past negative ratings through a signature campaign which they tried to launch while pretending to be solving issues on the reputations board, but they found the forum members on alert.You can clearly see what kind of Gambling platform they are. Outright SCAMMERS!

- I am from germany, here you have to pay 5% tax on every bet you place !!! ( except bitcoin bookmakers) so how to stake against yourself with paying 5% double times?
- You DONT HAVE ANY evidence/proof of making arbitrage bets!
- so if you say I bet against my own bets that should mean that I should have lost 500 mbtc ( or similar value amount in EUR = 5000€ ) in other sportsbook??? Lost 5000 EURO Huh to win 500 mbtc in your book?

I was customer there for some months...its my first and only Account there and everything worked fine for months ( smaller deposits and withdraws possible without any problem).
Then I made deposit of 223 MBTC and had a good run up to 563 MBTC. Account got limited and I couldnt place any more bets so I made a withdraw request of the full amount. They declined it and said that my Account is under investigation. On the next day they told me that I made violation against the rules ( didnt want to tell me which rule I broke!) and I am only allowed to withdraw the ''deposit Sum of 63mbtc'' ( But made deposit of223 mbtc) and THEY VOIDED all my bets and STOLE 500 ( fivehundred!!!!) MBTC !!!!
Always asked why and which rules I broke but everything they wrote to me the whole time was:
