They have sent a mail to me from "[email protected]" without the DKIM signature. So, it doesn't prove anything about OP's legitimate IMO. According to the OP, he is in charge of the advertising department and the mail mentioned above not belongs to him but controlled by his colleagues. Furthermore, he will ask his colleagues to resolve all the issues. I am not satisfied with their answer at all. So only one solution as already @yahoo62278 said. I just want to add few more points below. If you really friendly enough to solve the issues, then you should go with the below processor.

1. Create a resolution team with multiple DT members who are experienced with gambling. Probably you will have to give some access to the website if you deny paying for a better resolution. (But I don't think someone will give you free service)

2. Escrow funds with multiple trusted escrow on a multi-sig wallet. So they will pay to the victims once the resolution team approved. I don't think escrow 10 BTC is a big deal for 1xbit. For a easier solution, just solve the all issues raised on your support.

I am sure it isn't going to happen. But at least you can resolve all the issues raised on the forum very easily.

I have not used 1xbit but I have heard a lot about 1xbit scam here and there, even in the facebook community, not only here. Who is going to take care of that?
Suchmoon had a good point. If you are real, go and check all the support ticket and fix the issue. That's how you can get back.

And even if they "solve" all public complaints it wouldn't mean they changed their ways or compensated (probably) 90%+ of victims who didn't complain on Bitcointalk.

The more I think about this whole scheme, the more backwards it sounds to me. They know whom they've stiffed, right? They have all the data, customer service tickets, etc. They could easily fix that if they wanted.

And then you have shit like this on their website: "1xBit.com is one of the bitcoin betting sites where everyone can earn bitcoins." Sounds more like a "double your bitcoins in 10 minutes" scam than a reputable gambling site.

If you really want to make fresh start and solve all problems, it's good step, but knowing your history, I'm very sceptical about it.
You say that 1xBit now is controled by new team. So, you want to say that you're not owned by 1xBet anymore? Let's say, but I doubt about it.
And you're saying that you doubt that there is way to solve 2+ years old issues. Why? Because not all users who posted scam accusations against you are inactive now. You can begin with @SyGambler issue for example.
But it will be difficult to solve all accusations because there is so many of it.

That would work only if the escrow has full access to 1xbit's data and whatever else is necessary to adjudicate those complaints. Which means they would have to trust 1xbit to a significant extent so basically back to square one.

I'm all for giving sites another chance, but 1xbit/1xbet cheated players, then made 2 or 3 shill casinos and continued doing the same being shady as hell the whole way once red trusted. I wouldn't think they all the sudden turned over a new leaf.

I also want to point out that not all scam accusations against all casinos are valid scam accusations. There are clear cases where a player is trying to damage the casinos reputation or get away with cheating and being caught, but some cases are in fact the fault of the casino and they should be held liable. If this casino is under new management, they would be responsible for paying old scam accusations.

I'm willing to bet they aren't going to accept responsibility and escrow 10btc.

Sending emails from any given email address is not going to prove anything. You can email anyone by using any from address. Pick a bitcoin address that belongs to 1xBet and sign that address with the current date. That will prove something.

Please make sure to verify DKIM signature. Without it any e-mail address can be spoofed.

And I still would say that they don't need to ask for account numbers to be posted publicly or to have this thread at all. Sounds like a lame PR move and now an attempt to have reputable members involved in validating something.
