it is hard to say what is going to happen in the future, because Bitcoin is a currency and it is hard to say what is going to happen.
Looking at how it goes up now I am thrilled that it may be the year of bitcoin. Im sorry if I am getting too much excited. The price is really going up as we comment here. Lovely bitcoin profits are coming again.
this price ups and downs are casuals.. price is only rise up 10$. but yes we hope bitcoin price will go up and touch a different mark in next few months. and we'll get some profit for our collected bitcoins.
In my opinion this was surely not the year of the Bitcoin this year was just to slow for me. I could not make really any moves whether I should buy Bitcoins or sell them I hope I still get to do it this year.
This is still early in the year so calm down. anything can happen disisa 8 this month. so do not judge that this year bitcoin will not make progress. so cal and keep watching 
Yeah, anything can happen. we are just in the 4th month of 2016. Sometimes this might be a year of bitcoin, if the halving gives a big rise in the price.

quite the opposite. this year is the year of bitcoin indeed.
there has been a lot of interesting incidents in bitcoin and there are a lot of more interesting things in the future until the end of this year.
from the past i can name the FUD push down from 450 to below 400 which showed that even the biggest lies can only affect bitcoin temporary and short.
and the future as we all know hold the big event of halving on the way.
what else do you need to call this year interesting?
this is a online connection to people of the world and a online trust business with different people. and yes this is a year of bitcoin because ratio of joining people at BTC is high and it is rising.

We can already see now signs of this has already started, price of Bitcoin now is over 440 USD, and if it makes to over 600-700 USD after the halving which takes place after few months, then this is definitely the year of Bitcoin in which we all hope to be. 
2016 is the year of bitcoin this month bitcoin havent gone down to $300 and it looking good have a steady price which is a good time to invest in it.
I think we just need to be patient and wait for halving occurs. I strongly believe that halving have happened then bitcoin will be sought and used by everyone in the world in conducting financial transactions. bitcoin will continue rising to 700 USD. I believe !

I was very much excited and waiting for halving to come, as I can see a great price rise, we can expect more demands for bitcoin within few days, hope this will continue in future too. yes 2016 is the time of occurrence of halving. and after halving finished the bitcoin prices are expected to rise. bitcoin will be more and more in demand. will be more widely used. and bitcoin will become a financial payment media globally.
I don't think all your wishlist above can happens at once and a year.There always a long process, and I estimate bitcoin can be a payment media globally in 5 or 7 years from now.

Yes, it will take some longer time that bitcoin will be the payment media globally, it will be about in 2020 when about more than 70% people and online businessmen will use bitcoin for their business, but will not happen in this year.

Well if you think about it. There are big players now who are taking Bitcoin more seriously. Big players and popular franchises and merchants.. May not be this year but i doubt it would take long as 5years. Perhaps 2 to 3..

Well very new to bitcoin but excited to see what happens, I guess I'm way late to the game. If new users like me is a testament to what 2016 is, can't wait to see what 2017 brings.

what? 2016 will be the year of bitcoin wait after halving, the price of bitcoin will high possible around $700.I also think its the year of the bitcoin because of the halving that is gonna take place soon this year.
There is just a good chance it will let the bitcoin rise to a high amount and also gain popularity.
The halving will double the price to $800 at least. This happened in 2013. The price rose a lot that year.

Not now, price won't go down that low until halving happens, after the halving, there might still be a possibility for a price drop...But still, this is the year of the bitcoin since it was just april and there are already news and events that could take down bitcoin, but no success...
The price around this time is always stable and that is bad for the people who are waiting.
