Warriors destroyed Memphis in their home court with a huge win.
Ja Morant was again spectacular until he gets injured late in the 3rd if I'm not mistaken.
Warriors big 3 was big in this game, specially Klay who seems to bounce back from a bad performance in game 2.
If Ja Morant's injury is serious and chances are that he can't play in their next game, it will be hard to overcome the Warriors in their series.

He's spectacular, but he can't carry it alone. Just like Luka, he's facing a super team where every player

are willing to contribute. If there's no help from his teammates, it will be hard for Memphis to pass the Warriors, hope that
Injuries are not that critical to sit him in the remaining games in this series. Else, the campaign to go to the finals will end
competing with the Warriors.

The Celtics had a chance to win, but, as you said, Tatum had a terrible performance, and he didn't even try to be active in the 4th quarter even though Horford and Brown really needed his help as the final minutes of this match were very tight. In any case, it was a very exciting match, and I hope that the winner of this series will be determined only in the seventh match.

It was Al Horford who tried his best to win the game by successfully shooting some crucial shots but in the end, he didn't make it because of the buzzer. As I always said, Playoff games are different and this time, we witnessed yet another unforgettable performance by both teams. The fans are really happy to see such play from the Bucks especially since they're on their homecourt today. It's another big trial for the Boston Celtics since they need to stop the Bucks to get one win because it's hard to catch up when you're behind in a 1-3 series against a monster team like Milwaukee Bucks.

If Tatum shoots like that of course they don't have any chance. It's a must win game and your star player shot %20 fg, that's unacceptable. Jaylen Brown and Al Horford tried Boston to stay in the game but Tatum is just horrible today. It's also weird that Bucks couldn't finish the game early despite Antetokounmpo's 42. He didn't get any help from other players except Jrue Holiday. Bucks got the leverage but they desperately need Middleton against better opponents.
Great ending for watchers though, last tip from Horford was a little late and there is no overtime. Dedication until the last millisecond, that's some play-off basketball.

Bucks - Celtics was a really tight game but still Bucks managed to be the winner at the end. They won by only two points and it was very enjoyable to watch this game. Giannis was the best player of the game by far after scoring 42 points and making almost a triple-double. Celtics seem to be very determined to eliminate their opponent still. So it is very likely for us to watch a very competitive series like 4-3. But the winner of the series would be Bucks I think. They still seem like a little ahead of Celtics.

Yeah, very close game, Al Horford was instrumental in their comeback, down 7 points, he made a 3 and then a hook shot to make it to a 2 point lead by Bucks with 4 minutes left. But it was not enough. Giannis 42 big points, wanted to see an OT, but the tip of Horford is not made in time (after the buzzer). Now the Bucks lead 2-1.

Milwaukee Bucks really made it by a very slight gap at the end, 103-101. Now they are leading the series 2-1. This was such an incredible and competitive game by the way. Giannis' amazing performance was a big help for his team to win this game. Because his statistics were like this: 42 points, 12 rebounds, 8 assist. This is just perfect I mean. He did his job incredibly well and Celtics must be very unhappy to lose like this now. But I hope the series will continue this much competitive.

I can't remember the last time I saw a team stay under 80 points, definitely not that common anymore in the NBA because of the pace and how many threes are attempted. I read everywhere that Embiid was out for the season during the first days of the injury, everyone kept saying that Sixers would lose and get swept.

However, looking at what we are seeing today, Embiid managed to comeback and play, if he was injured small enough that he could comeback on the third game, then why did we saw that Embiid wouldn't play. I mean even Doc Rivers said he wasn't ready for the third game just the other day, and somehow he magically appeared, I don't know how, but I lost a good money because of it lol.

Harden might play well and bring the 76ers to the NBA Finals.
Possible but unlikely. a team that starts with 2-0 lead has a good chance of winning the series as per NBA trends.
If we believe 76ers will win, then taking the odds now would give us a great value.

I know it's still too early and 76ers are likely to lose the series, but like I said, who knows.
yes, there's no one who can ascertain the outcome of the game, losing 2 in a row does not mean they'll lose the series.
Like what happened on the Bucks las season, lose against Nets on the road twice and beat the Nets in the series, same with the NBA finals against the Suns.

I commend Coach Doc Rivers for making such a play. Embiid doesn't even have to be physical, all he needs to do is suck all the defense to him and it worked. Then, there's one play that I admired, a two-man play consisting of Green and Maxey.

I am glad I can see Danny Green moving again without the ball. Don't be stuck in one corner waiting for it, look for your own opening while messing up the Heat defense. I will bet for them in Game 4, no doubt.

That's an effective strategy but I hope Danny Green or Maxey will have the same performance next game. They are on and off in the court. In other words, they can't maintain that kind of performance and that will result in a waste of using Embiid.

Now that Heat is focused on defending Joel Embiid, it's time now for his teammates to do their role.

I'm still waiting for the Playoffs James Harden to be released. He is known to always have a big production in every playoff but he is still not on his usual.

It was only Maxey that is somewhat consistent to help Harden when Joel was out. Danny Green? not that much except for this game at their home court. I guess the savvy veteran in himself tells him to really get aggressive and shot the ball effectively. James Harden is also known for choking in playoffs, so still up to Embiid to carry the Sixers get passed the Heat but it will be not that easy.
Embiid has to be on the court, this is his team, Harden was only hired as an addition so he could help the team to improve. Known for choking? maybe, but who knows, with a new pair of superstars, Harden might play well and bring the 76ers to the NBA Finals. I know it's still too early and 76ers are likely to lose the series, but like I said, who knows.

Embiid is just a decoy to the Heat. They thought that he will be the one who will be scoring but it didn't go that way.
Most of them stepped up offensively. Their 4 starters has double digits and Harris got an almost triple double. One thing more is their defense. 2 players only in Heat are in double digits and Herro shot 5/15 in the field while Butler is 12/22. If they will play like this in Game 4, I think they will tie the series. I just hope that Embiid will play the whole series.

Embiid is just a decoy to the Heat.
He was not a total decoy, Embiid had 18 points and 11 rebounds.
That's big enough as a contribution for the team, so I believe that he is a big factor for that win, and it was a low scoring game, means it's a defensive game.

They thought that he will be the one who will be scoring but it didn't go that way.

76ers knows how to win, that's the most important, and if they can even the series, 76ers has a good chance to beat the heat.

Embiid will not be available for the third game
~
Last minute changes and he played and I think its the right decision for the Sixers to let him play if he can play since if he will not play, they will be down 0-3 and we know what will happen after that.
Its a good decision for them since he played well though less efficient and its understandable. His presence alone affects the whole team and they won by 20.

Green's contributions create that huge difference between these two teams, though it's Embiid's presence inside that collapse the defense outside and allow those shooters to throw and make those raining 3's. It's good to see Sixers playing like this.

They are the one who did show dominance both their defense and offense though Butler try to fight, but without the productions of Herro and Bam, they can't win it. Adjustments for the visiting team would be expected in the next upcoming games they need to play solid to avoid Sixers to gain that momentum.

Joel Embiid's presence really plays a big role. Even though he didn't meet his usual game average in that Game 3, his presence really lifts up the spirit and morale of his teammates. It's pretty not usual to see Miami Heat performing slow like that where almost the entire roster is not contributing.

But the Sixers should not rely on Embiid alone. They should be pumped regardless of whether Embiid is there or not. Just look at their recent game, they were able to win even though Embiid is low scoring. It means they can have that performance that can match the Miami Heat.

And it looks like my scenario can happen for the Suns - Mavericks matchup. It is still early for it though but we will see. I thought that Mavericks would win 2 or 3 games the most after Suns brought the series to 2-0. Mavericks won last night by a good effort. And the next game is going to be in home court for them. Mavericks can win this game too in my opinion but they will need to make the same amount of effort at least. Because Suns would be stronger next time. After the series come to 2-2, I will be expecting Suns to take control of it.

Old school Danny Green.  Wink
76ers played way different with Embiid's presence. Miami Heat's defense is not that bad but if they can space the floor with so many shooters and Embiid being a big threat for an easy two the defense will be broken. Heat will need to adjust again or come up to a solution on how they could stop the shooters and also cage Embiid to avoid him getting near the rim.

Mavs Luka Doncic may have found the solution in their problem. Ball rotation. All of a sudden the Mavs became a passing team and points where spread better unlike their past 2 games. 8 turnovers and 12 steals. Superb.

Sixers - Heat game is about to start in less than minutes. And it looks like we still don't know anything about Embiid's final condition. Sixers must be begging for him to be able to play in this game. Because I believe that this is a crucial game in the series. Sixers must be winning this no matter what. Otherwise they will need to work incredibly hard to be able to turn the series around from 0-3. I expect Sixers to win this game.

There's no such thing, even in any team, that will beg for their superstar to play amid injuries lol.

Anyways, Joel Embiid is currently playing and as far as the current game progress, they are in the lead of over double-digit in the 2nd quarter.

If they will maintain that lead, we don't know. Looking good for the Sixers now.
Right, personally, I don't think that the Sixers will not let Joel play because of his injuries. But it seems is not that worse as the media may have put it. So he played today and surprisingly, bring back the confidence of the team to win against the Heat.

So now this series has a momentum shift, Sixers now will try to even out the series next game with Embiid still at the center. Time for the Heat to make some adjustments, specially allowing Green to score 20++ this game.
