^^ If I'm not mistaken Facu is coming off from a injury as well. But when he is inserted, you can see the Steph Curry is just manhandling him, shooting over because Facu is obviously much smaller than Steph. Jokic is so frustrated in their first 2 games that he exploded here and got ejected. This is what we have been saying, a healthy Steph and Klay and now plus Jordan Poole is really scary to watch and they will completely blow out teams. Draymond's basketball IQ defense against Jokic is also pictured in this series.

Warriors vs Nuggets later.
I wish Coach Malone has something up in his sleeves to counter attack. Judging by the way it ended at game 1, it was too far to say they have a winning chance at road or even at home. This Game 2 is to prove that wrong. Get a lead or end the game in a close battle. Just don't let it become another blowout game.
Will be supporting the Nuggets with +7.

It would be an interesting game if coach Malone will find a good system to counter Warriors offense or have a tough defensive stop

to avoid the Warriors in making more good looks with their shots, Poole covered Steph numbers, with lesser minutes for Steph

but good enough to produce decent numbers. Warriors are very deadly in terms of ball rotations. Better to keep closer and not to

let the players to build strong confidence, they will keep shooting the ball and give you a higher percentage in making those shots.

There may not be anything left. I saw Facu played after Jokic was ejected due to 2 technical fouls. Why don't they use them earlier for defensive purposes? That's the question that had been clouding my mind after the game.
Warriors have 4 threats on outside shots with Wiggins, Poole, Klay, and Curry. They need someone who can defend those guys and somehow be also effective on the offensive end. Facu is one of those guys that can do both.
The only threat I see is Jokic on the Nuggets side and Draymond Green got that covered while the others are shut down. Expecting a sweep or 4-1. Unless Murray will be forced to step in.

Stephen Curry and Jordan Poole really did a great job and I think they can welcome him as one of the splash brothers as his FG is almost good as Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson do you think scorers are good enough to have in the team? I am not yes sure about the defense of the GSW.

Warriors are leading their series against Nuggets by 1-0 now. And this morning, they are going to host Nuggets again. I see that Curry and Thompson don't have a really impressive performance for now. None of them was amazing in the first game of the series but they still managed to win. Nuggets will need to play much better as a team to have a chance against Warriors. Jokic is really great but his performance only is not enough to compete hard with an opponent like Warriors.

The Denver Nuggets need a boost from their supporting role players.

Curry and Thompson are not even on their usual average on Game 1 but still win that game without any trouble. The Denver Nuggets Game 1 performance is not the team we used to see during the season. However, we can't just conclude everything just because of what we saw in Game 1.

They should try to even the series as competing for a sudden-death situation in front of the people on Chase Center (former Oracle Arena) is really tough.

GSW is unbeatable with current Nuggets roster. They only relying on Jokic inside capability while they are lacking firepower to get an answer to GSW shooters aggression. The recent match only proves how strong GSW on there perfect roster and form. Nuggets is a strong team and no doubt with that. GSW is just stronger that’s why Nuggets looks like a weak team on this series. This is whatI’m expecting on GSW for this playoffs.

Dallas Mavericks have stole Game 2 against the Utah Jazz and they did without Doncic playing, Jalen Brunson and Max Kleber were phemomenal from the 3 point zone, both players combined 14 made 3 pointers and 61 points, from the 110 of Mavericks. Tough stuff, tbh and they've kept the series really even agian, since Doncic should be back from game.

Not too surprise with 76ers making the series 2 - 0, it was to be expected, even though the Raptors pretty much tried to make a run in the 4th, but the damage was already beyond redemption, 76ers will have the confident here on, it could easily be a 4-0 series.

Was actually a pretty good game yesterday for my Chicago Bulls. I was actually pretty surprised to see them leading at any point in the game let alone so late in the contest. But the simple matter of the fact is that they don’t have a mega-star and without one they just don’t have a chance.
They have DeRozan and Lavine, I think they can be consider as a mega star in their own right. DeRozan was even in the discussion for an MVP early in the season. Unfortunately, the Bulls suffered a lot of games as the regular season ends.

In other news ..What a game between the Nets and the Celtics! This should be one hell of a series.
Yep, this could go down in a 7 game series. KD and Kyrie Irving will not go down without a fight. Durant has a sub par performance in game 1, horrendous shooting night for him. But we all know that superstars will continue to shoot no matter what the numbers is against them until they found their shooting form.

That Nets game was a fun one to watch, that is gonna be a great series.  The other series I think is going to be fun to watch unfold is the timberwolves and Memphis series.  Memphis will be in a world of hurt if they lose the next one.  I expect some Ja highlights.

Best playoff game so far with Tatum's game winner.
I honestly underestimated the Celtics, I thought the Nets could still game 1 at road. Even with Kyrie's efficiency and Durant's scoring still not enough to beat the young Celtics.
Now, my hope for the Celtics to reach the finals has been restored. I hope they all keep healthy throughout the playoff run, coz they're 1 injury away to miss the chance to be in the finals again.

I mean the Nets are good and all but they are the 7 seed.  If Boston advances they will likely meet up against the Bucks.  Then they will have to go through likely the heat or the 4/5 spot.  Tough road in the East but yeah the cets are legit (hate saying that as a knick fan but they are).

Well it seems that the Celtics has found their rhythm after the all star break. Tatum, Brown and Smart really put together a good offense and defense effort to put them as one of the contenders in a tough Eastern conference.

And it proved that they can handle the pressure of bigtime game as last night. Irving giving us a show, but you can see that their coach didn't give a timeout and they just decide what to do next and Tatum found an opening to seal the victory for them. But it will be a tough series against Durant and Irving.

If finding a counter for Warriors was that simple, I am sure that the league would have found one already. I am not saying that they will be dominating all the time, they are not even the first seed anymore, but its more about them getting more injury and getting older than other teams finding a solution. They are not bad yet, they are still pretty good, so I am guessing that even though it may not be a sweep, Warriors will have no hard time passing Nuggets. However, I believe there are better teams out there, for example Suns, they could actually end up beating Warriors pretty easily, not because they have a better counter, but because they have a better team.

The Sixers vs Raptors are now happening. I've just posted on our local thread that the Raptors are ahead of 9 points but now the score is now tied at 18 points. Looks like the Sixers will again take this game. The Raptors have no answer while the Sixers are catching to them.

They are just exchanging scores now and the Raptors tried to keep that phase. The turning point I think will be after the half and the Raptors should do their best to make the game close or else, they will be doomed once the Sixers unleash their beast mode.

They ended up on the 7th seed because of the series of injuries on their key stars and Kyrie's pride because of his views about the vaccine. If only they didn't go through that, they might possibly end up clinching the Eastern Conference. But that doesn't matter now as more importantly, they enter the playoffs.

I like that Boston Celtics takes Game 1 as it opened up the possibility that they can deal with the healthy Brooklyn Nets. Although their Game 1 ended up in a close game, a win is a win no matter what. Hope that their series will end at Game 7 and most games will be intense. Smiley

Their series matchup is like watching already an ECF, well at least for me.

Pat Bev is annoying, nothing more. He is not really that much of a great defender, Tony Allen was the small version of Dennis Rodman, dude wasn't just an annoying person but he was also a great defender and that helped him a lot. On the other hand Pat Bev can't back up what he talks about, sure JA could be getting screwed in the head because of him, but that is mainly because Ja is a very young player and it will take time before he gets used to getting annoyed.

I am sure that over time he will grow over that. I still think that Pat Bev has absolutely no talent at all, not like me or something, I mean in NBA level of course, he could have been amazing in euroleague for example, but has no talent for NBA level and only plays because he can annoy the other team and make them play worse.

His hustle and able to destroy the focus of the player what make him unique but calling him great defender is not convincing. Maybe he has good contribution in terms of pissing off their opponents but I think many teams doesn't really need that especially many players can contribute on defensive ends as well he need to provide quality points for his team to get better output or result.

Milwaukee Bucks - Chicago Bulls matchup can be a really good one too now.

I'm not sure about that. Bucks is superior here.

Expectations: Bucks in 4
Ideal: Bucks in 5
Surprise: Bucks in 7 or Bulls

Milwaukee Bucks - Chicago Bulls matchup can be a really good one too now.
It's actually one of the most predictable series to watch so I don't really find it interesting. Bucks can match any of the Bulls offense but the latter cannot match the former's defense. Maybe they can aplly a "hack a Giannis" approach but he can make over 50% free throws now. This could be a sweep or a 4-1 for Bucks.

Milwaukee Bucks - Chicago Bulls matchup can be a really good one too now. Bucks started with a victory against Bulls by 93-86 last night. Giannis was great as usual by 27 points and 16 rebounds. And for Bulls, Vucevic played nearly the same as Giannis. He got 24 points and 17 rebounds. DeRozan and LaVine didn't have that much impressive performances in fact and this might be the reason why Bulls struggled more against Bucks. But if we take the Giannis factor into account, Bulls are going to have a really hard time against them during the whole series.
What surprises me about that first game of the series is that both teams struggled a lot offensively. Only two players scored over 20 points. It was like a euroleague game almost. Chicago scored only 15 point in the 4th quarter. Interesting thing is, Bucks scored 34 in the first quarter also. Bulls really need to increase their toughness, intensity and scoring opportunities.

On the other hand, there are exciting games tonight. I can't wait for Raptors vs 76ers game. And also Jazz vs Mavericks game but Luka Doncic is still not expected to play. Jazz is my favourite for tonight's game.
