Fck Milwaukee Bucks destroy my 6 game parlay with 27 odds. I thought they can best NOP in a fair match without Giannis. Bookmaker is so nasty by giving an odds still in favor of Bucks with current roster. I wish I click the cash-out button when I still have time.  Undecided

Any news on health condition of Giannis, I will stay away from now on betting with bucks, They seems not consistent right now.

Sorry for the lost mate, me too was trapped with a -3.5 for the Bucks. I only thought that was just Giannis who are going to missed the games, but Portis and Middelton too. So it was a very tough game for the Bucks with Giannis and Khris on the roster. Although Holiday did everything, as they go into OT, but they fell short. Maybe it's better to bet in-game now to see who is going to play or not. And I would say that Bucks is not consistent, it's that players are absent due to injuries and safety and health protocols imposed by NBA.

~ He is being paid for nothing.
Isn't it that the policy for unvaccinated players is no payment for missed games or was it reversed?

Fck Milwaukee Bucks destroy my 6 game parlay with 27 odds.
That was a bold bet and it almost paid off. To be honest, I usually don't go beyond a 3 game parlay especially if I'm betting over $20. What was the other 5?

That's what you called a trap, sorry for your loss, better luck next time.

If we only knew the outcome, we could have made the right decision all the time.
It's okay mate, just relax, next time you hit it right.

Not timetable of return yet, but here's the latest update.

Bucks' Giannis Antetokounmpo: In COVID protocols, out Wednesday
Rotowire  DEC 15, 2021
Antetokounmpo has entered the league's COVID-19 health and safety protocols and has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Pacers.

Antetokounmpo delivered 20 points (7-14 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 6-8 FT), eight rebounds, three assists and one steal in 34 minutes during Monday's loss to the Celtics, and he's now sidelined in the health and safety protocols. The 27-year-old is likely facing a multi-game absence and will be unavailable until he fully clears said protocols.

The Lakers vs Timberwolves game today is crowded both in the court and the online stream again. Hope to see Isiah Thomas doing his best to regain his credibility and somehow get an extension or sign in by other teams. But the Minnesota is not an easy opponents especially when the rookie Edwards is playing well, in his last game he just managed to score 30+ points, if they can stop him in the early quarters, that would be good advantage for the Lakers.

But Davis seems out for the rest of the game after a possible injury, need more updates on this one.

fyi heard when tony brothers is reffing CP3 games he always loses. also ejects jokic very often too if you can bet on that.
Scott Foster. 0-6 record for Chris Paul in playoffs which makes you question why?!  Cheesy Was it coincidence or not?
Looks like Kyrie is back with the Nets, at least for the road games for now:

With the unfolding circumstances of Brooklyn’s season – including injuries, Covid losses and an inordinate minutes load on their superstar players – the Nets are bringing back All-Star guard Kyrie Irving as a part-time player for games outside of New York.
I don't know if this is bad news or good news for the Nets. They are doing good with Kevin Durant leading them and had been winning at the 4th streak.
Now the narrative will become the Nets road stats vs their home stats to see just how much value Kyrie adds to the team.
This I want to see. Give him a chance but look at how much impact he can make if it's for the good of the team or not. He may be a star and they want to make the most out of his salary but if it will not be for the best of the team, I don't think they should force it.

It's a good decision by Nets to bring Kyrie back. I hope he's in shape to play a lot of minutes and obedient enough to follow health protocols in place even if he's still unvaccinated.

Let's see if the team gets a better record if he's on the game and when he's not.

It's not a decision that the Nets do as they are always welcome to Kyrie anytime. It's Kyrie's decision to play for I don't know the reason why he become interested now. It's good that he's now coming back. I don't understand why he should not play for most games where there are only 3 states that do have a rule of restricting a person to play in-game activities unvaccinated.

It was a team decision.  The Nets made the decision to try and get Kyrie to crack.  After NJ lifted the rules that would have kept Kyrie from the practice facilities, they still would not let him return for fear that he might infect the team or something...  Now that it's clear the vaccine doesn't stop transmission there was no reason why Kyrie shouldn't be allowed to play road games.  The Nets believe this, so Kyrie is back.  I'm sure Kevin Durant probably let them know he was getting a little fed up with the decision and wanted to start getting some minutes with Kyrie on the floor.  Now the narrative will become the Nets road stats vs their home stats to see just how much value Kyrie adds to the team.

So the hard-headed Kyrie Irving is now coming back. Then good. He is being paid for nothing. The Nets gambled getting him but he didn't show any appreciation in return just because of this vaccine-related issue. The Nets need him badly now as they are handicapped because of the Covid protocols. The playing time for their youngsters who are doing a great job will now be limited but I'm sure Steve Nash can manage it properly. As long Nash will able to properly rotate those, there should be no problem.

But as far as the latest reports are concerned, there's no official date yet when he will return.

Ya, it’s nice he won’t be losing out on so much money and so many games from his legacy building career as a result of his personal beliefs. He showed a lot of heart leaving so much money on the table and risking being blackballed from a career he worked his whole life for in order to stand behind what he believed. I still think he’s a bit crazy, but he has my respect.

Isaiah Thomas is a good fit for a team really needs to have a point guard who can score and pass. I think he's not gonna be a good piece for the Lakers. I mean the Lakers are so stacked. They have a lot of guards who could basically do what Isiah Thomas can do.
Well, I might be too quick to judge, but ok let's see what he can do to save the Lakers from having a really bad season.
I'm also happy seeing him stepping inside the NBA again. If he'll provide significant impact to the Lakers he'll most probably going to get a contract.
Yeah, you're right that the Lakers have a lot of point guards. However, I guess Thomas may be very helpful to the Lakers because there was news that Westbrook and Bradley were placed into covid-19 protocols, and they may miss a few matches because of this. In addition, Rondo is also inactive, given that he hasn't played a single game this month.

He is not a huge problem, Luka is, and the Lakers are lucky that Luka was out. It's a hard-fought victory and therefore they deserve the credit for beating a good team, but it's good to watch next time if Luka is going to play as he can play head to head with Lebron.
You probably need to edit your reply. By the way, even if Luka was out the Lakers was still struggling to get that win since most are lucky bunch on both teams. That was hell of a good game for both of them raining some threes during the overtime. Sure it will have a different outcome if Luka was playing with the Mavs.
Indeed, even though Luka Doncic wasn't on the court the Mavs were playing like he was with them and Lakers were struggling if you ask me. It was indeed a hell of a game to watch. It would have been much enjoyable if Luka was playing, always a pleasure to watch him in the big games.
I also think Lakers are the most intriguing team this season, as in what will they do next? Can they win the big games or can they have a strong play off performance this season? I always watch them with high interest.
An Irving less Nets would beat them, we saw how Durant played this season and he is carrying the team, so I don't think even if Lebron will man Durant, they cannot stop the production of Durant as the Nets will find a way for him to score and bring enough energy to the team to win.

Lebron is the leader of the Lakers, as the Lakers are struggling, which tells us that he is not a capable leader this season.
Besides, it's him who probably decides whom he will play with, reasons why these veterans are in the team now.

I'm not so confident with that, right now the Nets are playing well as they are in the number 1 spot in the East, but comes playoffs time, things would be different as it's a best of 7 games and adjustment will be made. Since the Lakers are a playoff experienced team and some players especially Lebron had won multiple championships, I think that's an advantage already and I like to see them as an underdog so I will bet on them.

I guess we are talking of a possible NBA finals here as it's the battle of East and West teams.

Not totally an NBA Finals as I still have doubts if the Lakers would really make it to the finals this season after seeing their inconsistent performance. If I would choose a team to be in the Finals based on my personal opinion, I'm gonna choose either the Warriors or the Suns as by far they are the most consistent team in the West.

Anyway, anything is possible though, so I'm not discounting the Lakers chance to be in the NBA Finals though like I said I still have doubts.

Everything would have to fall in the right places for the Lakers to get to the finals.  They will probably have to go through at least 2 tops teams if not 3 to get there.  Beating the likes of the Suns, Jazz, etc will be tough for them given the amount of miles that will be on their legs by then.  Building an old team never works let's see if the Lakers can break that trend, my money is against it.

KD is definitely a great player and he has been amazing on offense ever since he came into the league but the reality is that he has been growing in defense for the past few seasons as well and I love to see him doing this better. We can't forget about Griffin neither, dude managed to play as well as he could with whatever knee he has left honesty and him becoming more of a "shooter" is the most important thing for Nets right now because that is exactly what they need.

Let's see how they will do, they are still doing great even without Irving so I am not sure what they could do with him, even if they could get Dinwiddle back would be awesome for them to be fair.

By the way, there is also news that the Lakers decided to sign a 10-day contract with Isaiah Thomas. Honestly, I'm happy for him because he finally has the opportunity to return to the NBA. Let's hope coach Vogel will allow him to prove himself on the court.
I think he still deserves a full contract in any team in the NBA but this should be fine for him. His performance at the world cup definitely created some attention. If he could do a double-double on the few games he'll play, his agent will have an easier task of putting him back on the top league.

I have no doubt to Isaiah Thomas skills right now after he stepped down to NBA spotlight. He shows an impressive performance on all the minor league and Olympics. The problem is the team he will gonna enter again. Lakers right now is full All star team that struggling on there own respective role. I want him to go on underdog team so that he can show his full potential without relying on star player like LeBron and others.

After showcasing his skills with that 10-day deal with the Lakers,

For sure interest from other teams will come up, I believe that he still has the capabilities, like how DRose managed
to return Isaiah also has that potential.

Just be in the team who can give him enough minutes to play. Let the Lakers start them all and Isaiah will do the rest for his career.

This is his best chance, if he will show up and impress the management, then he might get an extension, not only that, other teams might also be interested on him and they might think of getting him once his contract with the Lakers is over. hopefully, IT still has that kind of anger in his heart so he can show his talent once again and help the struggling LA Lakers.
