Bulls vs. Nets
Heat vs. Bucks

Who you got?

It's the Nets turn to return the favor to the Bulls when they loss by a huge margin the last time they met.

The Heat will be without Butler and Adebayo due to their injuries so it will be tougher for them as they visit. This will be a blow out win for the Bucks most likely.

So by now we all know that Lakers will not make it to the top 3. Maybe they will have to struggle and keep that number 7 spot specially once we are closed to the playoffs and maybe they will have to go to another do or die game to stay in the contention.
Yeah, the results of the Lakers are not impressive this season. Nevertheless, I still hope that they will be able to improve their team chemistry and surprise us in the playoffs. It won't be easy for them, but they should try to finish the season in the 4-6th spot in order not to play against the Warriors or Suns in the first round of the playoffs.

Early game between the Nuggets and Knicks. This surprised me at all, I was thinking that Knicks would have the edge since they are playing at home, but it seems like they are playing undermanned based on the current score, it's now 93-113 in favor of the Nuggets and only 3 minutes left in the game.
Yeah, as usual, Jokic leads the team with a double-double record, 32 points, and 11 rebounds.
Since Jokic came back, they have been winning games already, and that's a good sign that they will slowly rise in ranking which currently now at number 8.
They aren't complete yet but they are still a playoff team as long as Jokic is healthy, he is their leader now but this team will be better with Murray coming back but he is not likely to play this season as previously reported.  Information about Murray by the way, How long is Jamal Murray out? Injury timeline, return date, latest updates on Nuggets star

Let's count Murray out for the season, he might need more rest and conditioning to make him 100% when he comes back. Liked Klay Thompson who has been out for a while, he is probably gonna return soon but we cannot expect the same Thompson that we saw before the injury as it may take some time before he can finally regain his strength and confidence.

The game between the Suns and GSW was like redemption of the latter due to their loss on their first game. I do think that we have a brand new rivalry on the NBA- Suns vs GSW! I am so excited to see them compete neck-and-neck in the playoffs given their exceptional talents and skills as a team.

I would like to also point out that Curry had an off-night during his first game with the Suns that contributed to the loss. While other players on GSW stepped-up, Curry shot like 4/21 on the field but tonight's game is different. He showed that he can bounce back from this slight barrier and be a better player.
Yes @qwertyup23, you said a very interesting point!

I believe that if the Suns continue with the performance he is having, I have no doubts that he will be a great opponent for the Warriors.

The Lakers unfortunately are not having a relevant performance (which leaves me disappointed), but in the playoffs anything can happen and it will be at that time that they "will separate children from men".

I'm so excited for the Suns to qualify for the playoffs in 1st, 2nd or 3rd place in the conference, so they don't catch hard games in the first rounds of the playoffs.

Let's see what this regular season awaits us

Nice poster. Toscano is a rising star, too bad he has to play for Warriors tho. He can do big things in a big team.

What do you mean? Toscana is already in a good team, maybe if he became part of the Warriors championship team, then he can go and look for more lucrative contract. But up to now, he needs to play like Jordan Poole does, day in day out, just grinding and helping the team whichever they can to get more wins.

Regarding the dunk, yeah, candidate for dunk of the year. For sure McGee will be on Shaqtin a fool because of that posterized dunk by Toscano-Anderson. As for McGee, lol, just run as if nothing happens, maybe he was used to be dunked on.  Grin

The Warriors are playing the best basketball in the league right now. A shame they had to end the Suns winning streak as it was really starting to get going, but the Warriors are playing like the old dynasty days. With Klay coming back in a matter of weeks their future is looking pretty good. Having guys that can throw down dunks like that is new for the team. They could end up surprising people in the playoffs.

There is also another great game last night, battle of Los Angeles teams. But in the end it was the Clippers who won edging out the Lakers.

Kennard play clutch with back to back 3's and then Paul George too, scoring 19 and Morris Sr having a good night at 3 at well with 21 points.

That's why it's hard to bet on the Lakers, and luckily I stay away from this game and just bet on the GSW win. Davis and Lebron had a good game though, but wasn't enough as the Clippers built a good lead and Lakers are very poor in catching up.
I always assumed that offense would be fine with Lakers considering their great trio, but at the same time it looks like they actually missed out on many chances by the end. AD was cooking people inside and he had domination and size and power, but they went with threes for too long. On the other hand their defense was leaky at best, they didn't defend Kennard on that first open three, and then on second he was still sort of open, sure AD reached at the end but he got open look first.

It is really weird to see Lakers so disorganized because if Vogel is known for anything, that is mainly being organized and be ready for every single opponent and working really hard to find holes in other teams. He is sort of Bielsa of NBA with how much prep time he gets, wakes up 6 am every day, works 3 hours on data they have on their opponents and train players accordingly. On contrary to that, they look like they have no clue what to do in games this year, that is a bit shocking to me.

Yeah, they just felt so sluggish all game.

They were tied at a few points but just never managed to climb the lead.

Westbrook had another atrocious crunch time performance and honestly James wasn't that much better. There is a lot to be done chemistry wise before these guys can make a playoff run, and time is definitely not on their side right now.

Exactly, they aren't the team that will dominate in this season, I mean, their struggle is real, sometimes they win, sometimes they lose. I see the inconsistency and that is because their contributors are not consistent, especially Westbrook who's production could go up and down.

as per ranking, they are in the number 7 in the west, so they still have a chance, but I'm not used to seeing the Lakers at the rank 7, they used to be in the top 3.

And just like you guys, I didn't expect them to pull a win against a good team like the Clippers. And that's the story of the Lakers right now, they struggle and chemistry is not working.

As expected, GSW come back strong against the Suns and this dunk could have sum it all:

JTA postering Javale McGee:

The game is not over yet, but GSW with a huge lead, 113-89. Thus, they will end the Suns winning streak.

Steph with 20+ point game with 4 other players scoring in double digits.

That's some poste boy!

The dunk actually stole the show, it made the headlines more than the win and the revenge from Warriors itself..

Until Christmas again before we'll get the match up again, and Booker might get his own fair chance to make another story.

Monster dunk, great energy, great battle. Loved it. GPII is also becoming a strong player. He was one of the only good one with Otto Porter Jr on Wednesday and tonight he was fantastic. Bjelica was also very solid on both ends, trying to slow down Ayton who had another great game. Curry and Green had a nice bounce back, as expected from champions. Third match up at Christmas with a potential Klay - Booker come back.

They didn't manage to stop Curry this time as he got 23 points in their win against the Suns thus, the winning streak of Phoenix ended at 18. 118-96
Well, the Warriors didn't rely on Curry alone and they let the points spread across the whole team. 5 players in double figures and all of the players contributed in points as well.

I like though the reaction of McGee after the poster. Its like that "Ohhh yeah nothing happened. I will just run on the other side". I think its a bit expected since they played away from their home and the Suns don't have Booker that is their main scorer. At least we saw a glimpse of a possible WCF Smiley.

Chemistry wise. That's true.
They have all the pieces for a championship contender but they cannot make that happen if they are not synchronized. Some may say that's not true but looking at the difference between them and Golden State Warriors will make you think how much chemistry could impact one game.

The Miami Heat somehow managed to steal a win against the Pacers despite all the injuries in their team. Duncan Robinson may have been forced to step up his game because they are undermanned. 4/7 at the 3 point line while Lowry and Herro did their normal type of game.

Yeah, and wherever CP3 is going, there's always an upgrade for the team that he's in. Suns last season also did great and sadly they've just fell shortly.
They'll remain underrated for this season and I think that's good for them, I remember them just like Raptors with Kawhi and then took the championship.

What happen last season is good lesson experience to them since imagine no one will ever think that they will go that far and yet they prove that their rooster can able to step on the finals so that is good target to reach up again this season and learn their past flaws on why they come up short. I think the suns will give good match to each opponent since they want to go back to the finals and take the win for second time around.
Yeah, they just played with all their might and the best that they can. I like that attitude of CP3 and there's no need for such highlight and reel of the media to him. They are at a good standing for this season and I'm also commending Jazz that's very consistent.
Hoping the best for these two teams, I'm a fan and there's still a lot of games to go and we're still far from the finals.
