I was shocked to read this news about Kyrie. And you're right that it's still fine that it happened not during the regular season because if it does, for sure that he'd miss a lot of games. Although he might still miss from the regular season but with the start of today, he'll be able to have more time to recover. I guess that Klay's on the move then if ever Kyrie won't recover at the very start of this season.
With what happened, Klay will have more touches on the ball and more shot attempts since he is now the second-best player on the team. I hope Kyrie is fine and will be able to come back on time, but I'm excited to see how Klay Thompson will play with Dallas. It was a disappointment for him with the Warriors. A new environment will hopefully work well for him and provide a fresh start.
We'd see how their plays are when the actual season starts and that's interesting because they're able to reach the finals last season, and with this line up, they've just became stronger.
I guess realizing the importance that some of the benchies have been traded is there.
They traded to acquire players, those players acquired will be trained as well to fit with the system, so don't expect they'll struggle, as long as Luka is playing, everything should be fine.
That's the hard part, they've got their main stays and although he's not prone to injuries, you'll never know when it happens.
