No game 7 for the Dallas Mavericks versus the Oklahoma City Thunder series.

The Mavs ended it now with an amazing performance. They were down by 16 in the first half but somehow got it back in the second half. With the help of Jones Jr.'s three-point shooting and Kyrie Irving's aggressive attack on the paint and some outside shots. But Lively was the key player in this game as his offensive rebounds were so helpful to give the Mavs second chance opportunities.
PJ Washington on the other hand activated his game-winning talent. He was scoreless in the first half after receiving 3 could and benched for the whole 2nd quarter if I remember it right. But then, most of the points in the 4th came from him including the free-throw win.

Mavs advances to the WCF.
OKC is a great talented young team. Next year they will come back better.

I still see Dallas as favourites, a lot of people are not happy with Luka during this playoffs period, but I think he is doing fine (with a 30 point triple double he shut the doubters up) but it is still his team meaning that if he plays well then they will probably win, and all depends on what he will do this game too.

OKC is a good "team", like they have SGA but they have a good team around him, whereas Luka is a star that team is built around, so it all depends on how he plays, sure others help but if Luka doesn't play well, others can't help getting a win because of the strategy they have, if SGA plays badly, they do not emphasize him alone, they can just play with others. That matters a lot, and I think what will happen all depends on how Luka ends up playing tonight for sure.
Dallas Mavericks is no doubt the favorite on this game 7. I agree to what you've said that if Luka don't play well, it's a domino effect to the entire team.

That seems to be where they're getting their strength and how they play well. But good thing for the team that there's Kyrie and he's known and no doubt a star as well.

That's why if the other don't play well, there's still the other one that will catch all of that bad shot to try and make things right.

Luka is indeed necessary in Dallas even if there is Kyrie Irving. According to the stats, they lose when Luka performed badly. Luka had 31.6% and 30% FG when Dallas lost to OKC. In game 3 where Dallas escaped with a 4 point lead, Luka's FG was 41.2%. There rest of the 2 games where Dallas won, Lukas FG was over 50%. So it is too dangerous not to focus the defense on Luka even if his other teammates will step up. And if I am correct, Luka still have two minor injuries. So this is how good Luka is.

Still hoping for OKC to win game 6 and force a game 7 though.

It's actually only game six and yeah they are favorites pretty much because they are playing at home.  I think these 2 teams match up real well against each other.  If okc can squeeze out a win they likely will be favorites playing at home in the game 7.  I'm hoping to see that.  A 1 game win and in game between these 2 teams would be insane.

Pacers 116 - 103 New York Knicks
~

Based on the quarter results of this game, the Pacers and Knicks performed about the same except for the second quarter performance. In this quarter, the Knicks clearly performed weakly because of the low field goal percentage, which most likely was the reason for their loss in this game. Anyway, I think Game 7 will be interesting, and if Brunson turns on the berserk mode, the Knicks can probably win this series.

Brunson always steps up his game, but he cannot carry his team alone. They have already missed some key players, and now it looks like Hart is not even certain if he'll play in Game 7. Slowly, the Knicks are going down as they continue losing players due to injury, but if Hart comes back in Game 7, even without OG, I think they are capable of beating the Pacers, as they did in Game 5.

Yeah it's difficult for Brunson to carry the loads alone, as Pacers still have their cores and with that win from their homecrowd they might be pushing for this one and we never know what will be the fate of NYK, they almost have it but now they back home and will push for the last ride, without a complete core players they will again lean with Brunson's shoulders though we never know if there's someone that will step up and will help him trying to protect their home crowd and who knows they will manage to win the series and finally move forward for the conference finals.

Game 7 is going to be interesting.  If Josh hart can't play up to his potential because of his injury that's probably too much to overcome.  When he was injured and on the court the Pacers looked to attack him.  I think post injury they shot 11-18 when Josh hart was guarding.  As a knicks fan of course I'd like to see them win but don't know if they can overcome 4-5 rotation players not available because of injury.  Just too much.

I think the reason for such a big difference in the match may be that they wanted to rest the players in the last period. They didn't have much chance of winning the match anyway, they saw the superiority of their opponent from the first period. But it is quite interesting that they scored only 9 points during the entire period.
As we said before, the team that wins this series will have a huge advantage in becoming champions. I am sure that the last match will be very exciting, both teams will play at their highest performance. Let's see who will continue, Jokic or Edwards Smiley
yes, they only scored 9 points in the 4th quarter, that was their lowest this playoffs. However, I don't see it as a good basis that we should not back them in game 7 because this is a brand new game, they'll forget what happened in game 6 as they are down to 1 game only. Before that, maybe we can talk on the upcoming game tomorrow, one and only game which is the game 6 of Dallas and OKC.

What are your thoughts about this game? Dallas been killing the OKC in the paint, and their outside shooting is on point as well. So how do you see this game, does OKC still have a chance to win and force a game 7?

Last night, Minnesota beat Denver with a difference, thus taking the series to the 7th game.
It will be a very enjoyable last game.

Indiana Pacers vs New York Knicks game is tonight, New York Knicks are ahead 3-2 in the series and if they win tonight, they will play against Boston Celtics in the final.

Speaking of game 7, I would like the Dallas vs OKC and Pacers vs Knicks series to be extended to a game 7 as well.

I like the Knicks vs Pacers series but I don't want the Dallas to have a game 7, LOL.. sorry mate, I can't agree with you because I have a bet on the series, and it would be scary if the game will go back to OKC where the crowd will be supporting the young team in that game. Dallas should consider game 6 as their last game, they can't miss that opportunity, otherwise they'll have to handle a lot of pressure in game 7.

Crowd support is proven not effective on this series since they both kicking each other asses on the opponent home court.

I believe they are now countering each other strategy on every game so there’s a high chance that series with close game will probably extend to game 7 because they will just keep adjusting per game.

I will not be surprised if all the remaining matches on round 2 will be on game 7 since all of them has a tight match.

As expected on the remaining matches, Pacers manage to bounce back and get game 6 with their balance performance to beat the Knicks since the start of 2nd quarter.

This is the beauty of having all players contributing in both offense and defense which Pacers showed on this game. I will not be surprised if OKC will get game 6 too to force game 7 on their series.

Pacers 116 - 103 New York Knicks

the pacers game against the New York Knicks is being very competitive, it seems that both teams do not accept losing at home, in today's game the pacers won at home again after in the last game in which they played away from home they lost in a humiliating way , it's funny that in the last game the New York Knicks managed to score 121 points, but in today's game they couldn't score more than 103 points. This isn't a big surprise to me considering that the New York Knicks managed to score more than 120 points in the 3 games they played at home against the Pacers, but in the games they played away from home

they failed to score more than 110 points. This shows how this dispute is focused on performance at home or away and in the next game the New York Knicks will play at home, which means that they will have a huge advantage because they managed to win comfortably in the 3 games they played at home, That's why I hope that the New York Knicks win easily in the next game, looking at today's game:

Even though the Pacers won at home in today's game, in the next game I'm going to bet on the victory of the New York Knicks, who have been doing very well at home. in today's game if the New York Knicks had done well in the second period, then the point difference would have been smaller

Anyway, Game 6 between the Mavericks and the Thunder will be the next game. Will the Mavericks end it on their home, or the Thunder will force a Game 7.
Well, Wolves and Nuggets goes to game 7.

New York Knicks and Pacers goes to game 7.

It's possible that Mavs and the Thunder are also going to go for the game 7. But one series tomorrow, the Nuggets and the Wolves are going to be the decider game.

Of course as fans we wanted an extended series and have another game 7 between the Mavs and the Thunder. But OKC needs some contribution from their players and rise to the occasion otherwise the whole season that they have been working to be the top 1 will go out of the window.

They will have to find a way to win in the road here, they've done it before and so they should be positive that they can accomplished it and then go to game 7 at their homecourt and they will have the advantage then.
Not me, I want to see all of these series end quickly.  Tongue

But can't do anything with that. Everyone has got to win their remaining games tomorrow and so.

Well, Wolves and Nuggets goes to game 7.

New York Knicks and Pacers goes to game 7.

It's possible that Mavs and the Thunder are also going to go for the game 7. But one series tomorrow, the Nuggets and the Wolves are going to be the decider game.
Game 6 though is going to be in American Airlines Center, the homecourt of the Mavs, so this game for the OKC will be double harder as they will have to go to Dallas and win in the road, although they've done it before, but this time Luka might be thinking not to extend the series anymore and ended it at their homecourt so that they can at least have a break before facing the winner of the T'Wolves vs Nuggets series. And if we look at the odds right now, they are the favorite, although this series is unpredictable, the inexperience Thunder might have a hard time dealing with Luka and Kyrie next game. Initial handicap is -/+ 1.5.
I agree that OKC needs to do better on this. Playing on a home court advantage and on a game 7 is certainly a big obstacle for them and that's why the Mavs are on this.

And another Game 7 coming up.
Indiana Pacers won their game against the New York Knicks in a strong performance.
Haliburton is so aggressive but I think there's more that he could give. Pascal Siakam on the other hand was not shy about shooting the ball, he found his rhythm on that elbow shot and he kept on shooting there even with a hand on his face. TJ McConnell was also aggressive on both ends of the floor. Aaron Nesmith doing what he is good at and it's to guard Brunson at all times.

Yes Hart is a big factor and if he can't play game 7, then Knicks will be at a disadvantage. Although in the series, we thought that the Pacers are going to win it because Knicks doesn't have enough personnel. But Brunson and others are pushing themselves in this series. But just imagine though if Knicks won here, they will be facing a very strong Boston Celtics, even the Pacers, it's going to be very hard to defeat the Celtics. In any case, we will have to wait and see, this is obviously a good series to watch and so tomorrow we will also going to see if there is a extension and a game 7 between Dallas and OKC Thunder.

After seeing that Hart got injured I also think that Knicks will be at disadvantage on game 7 especially that the core of Pacers still intact.

Maybe with this for sure that Knicks rotation will be in trouble and for sure Hart's absence on the roster will be taken advantage by Pacers since they know that they can rotate well their roster while Knicks maybe got tired to adjust to fill up the absence of Hart on their rotation.

I'm so impressed with Brunson for trying out to lift up his team since for his amazing performance they reach this far. It will be more impressive achievement if they defeat Pacers in game 7 since this will be a though challenge that they pass on.

Yeah, and so justi imagine if Randle is going to be healthy next year, the Knicks could be another contender in the East with Brunson + Randle and then a lot of good role players who knows where and how they are going to contributed and be inserted in the rotation.

Brunson though is quiet in this game and it was just in the 3rd quarter when he started to rally the Knicks. But the Pacers can't be deny and doesn't want to be eliminated and so they forces a game 7 and they have a better chance at the Knicks is suffering from injuries now.
