Cleveland was trash, the Celtics should've swept this team but glad Celtics now get time to rest and now it's on to the next road.
I wouldn't say that they are. They're able to make it that far and not all teams are reaching what they've reached.

Well, there's still a lot of things needed for them to adjust for their roster to get some buff. They're strong and they'll become stronger if they add a bigger man that and a scorer that will help Donovan together with Garland.

Mobley is good but he needs someone to help him with his posting or he needs to thicken his body more.

I'm always rooting for the Mavs to win the series against the Thunder. OKC took a lot of 3-point attempts, but they only made 10 out of 40. SGA scored 30 points, but the second-highest scorer, Chet, only made 13. The Mavs lead the series and will play at home in Game 6. As long as they can't stop Luka's offense, which is likely to happen, they are bound to lose.

>.. though like what you mentioned Kyrie's productions is not that impacting....

I like the kind of contribution from Irving, better that way as he makes his teammates better. I've seen some games of the Dallas in the regular season where Luka and Irving scored 30+ points, and IIRC, most of the outcome are not good. So here, Irving just being the facilitator, and making timely shots, that's what matters most, and that way also he'll not be tired in the 4th quarter so he can make his own shot if its really needed.

Luka Doncic did it again. Triple-double against the rough defense of Dort. That's tough. 31/10/11

3-2 Dallas Mavericks now have the advantage and they are going back home to Dallas to possibly end this series against the OKC Thunder.
The key players today are Derrick Jones Jr. and PJ Washington, still no show on the offensive end for Kyrie Irving. I hope he is preserving all that power in Game 6 because they will need him to show up. It's like his confidence is shattered or he is just too focused on passing the ball. Twice, he had the opportunity to shoot the ball near the rim and yet he still passed it to the big man which led to a turnover and one got lucky that Gafford was fouled.
Still, Luka was so unstoppable in the offensive end shooting threes way outside and distributing the ball so accurately to give his team an open shot.

Mavs is still doing good even if Kyrie is not putting the points that we expect him to do in this playoff. But with Luka's triple double and then the Lively, Jones and Washington giving enough support for Luka to steal one at OKC homecourt. I don't know though the crowd there, they are not that loud as compare to other fans to let's say Madison Square Garden.

Anyhow, it's the inexperience of the Thunder are in full display here, it's only SGA that putting points. There was one instance that Chet was block for a great dunk by Jones Jr and it stop their run as they were able to cut the lead into single digit. So finals in the West could be Nuggets vs Mavs.

It's really good to see that those fresh legs are really lifting and helping Luka in producing numbers, though like what you mentioned Kyrie's productions is not that impacting but he's presence already creates impacts as the respect on the defensive side really giving his teammates enough spaces to create thier shots.

Meanwhile, with OKC that inexperieced side the support for SGA is barely needed if they want to extend this series he can't carry the load alone, the competition between him and Luka will rely on how the super cores will bring all in helping them in winning the series.

Mavs steal another win on the road, it's time to close the game in 6. Actually, Mavs could have ended the series already if they were more careful in game 4.

There's no other players from the OKC stepping up, unlike with the Mavs where their bigs have stepped up. SGA is good as we can see on his output, but him alone carrying the team would give them a slim chance of coming back. Well, a win in game 6 would bring this game to 7,  but how sure they are they can win game 7?  I don't know, the OKC have the chance to take the lead as they are at home, but that two losses at home resulting them to be down 3-2 in the series.

OKC only shoots 25% from 3, it was suppose to be their strength, so when they struggle in that area, we know they'll likely loss.

their average this season was almost 40%.

I wouldn't say trash but it's just unfortunate that their best player good injured and so when Mitchell went down, it's obvious that they will not go and win the series and as you have said, the Celtics should have swept them. And as expected, the Boston Celtics is already in the Eastern conference finals again, and waiting for their opponents, either the Knicks or Pacers.
I guess even if Mitchell played the result is still the same, but who knows the series will be extended. Cavaliers playing undermanned or missing their best player knows already that the end is near for them, and just what most of us predicted, it ended in the home court of the Celtics.

As to their opponent, it's not certain yet because if the Pacers will take this to game 7, I'd say it's 50-50 even if the pacers are playing on the road.

On the West side, Mavs looking good and as we have seen Jokic and Doncic elevated their games in game 5 to push their team to a commanding 3-2 lead.

The game is still close on this 3rd quarter. Cavs might make it but I am for the Celtics on this game and they'd go home happy while the Cavs will have to take the rest and wait this season ends.

Let's see what's about to happen for this last quarter.

Although I really doubt that Cavs will prolong this series and will able to survive.

Cavs did enough for me to lose my -10.5 bet on Celtics last time so I'm going to pick Cavs +15.5 @1.96 this time hehe.
Good luck, the ball is definitely balanced and round and no one will know until the game ends.
All I really care is winning the bet to be honest hehe. The first half is over and the Cavs are still holding on despite the absence of several key players. Garland is expected to carry this team again but Marcus Morris is playing surprisingly well. I'll be happy if they can keep the score close to the Celtics in the second half too.

Looks like Knicks vs Celtics in East Conference Finals - Celtics in 4. What do you think?
In 4? No.

I’m with you on only caring about the bet. The Cavs aren’t going to win and everyone knows it. So far it’s looking good. They’re losing but pacing to beat the spread so I’m a happy guy.

I also don’t know if Boston is going to sweep the Knicks or not, but I feel pretty good about their chances to win that series as well.

Do any of you think the Cavs will have their last hurrah in game 5? Injury reports says that Mitchell is likely to miss this game again but I doubt he will pass the chance to play even if he is 80% fit. I think the Celtics will still wrap up the series later. Those extra days for rest and preparation in the conference Finals are important.
The majority is thinking that's going to be their last game. It's gonna be Celtics which will get in first than the others.
The bookies clearly agree to this with Celtics winning @1.05.

And with the other match, Nuggets and Timberwolves. Many were counting on the Timberwolves to win against the Nuggets and thought that they're the team that's going to stop them.

But being 3-2 and having 3 straight wins against them, okay, we move back to our boi Denver Nuggets.  Grin
It's looking like a reverse sweep. Jokic already figured out how to deal with the soft and slow Gobert.
Defensive man of the years versus the MVP, Jokic is really a genius on this one.

We all thought that they'd be the rival that can easily take the Nuggets down but no.

Not just Michell, but also LeVert and Allen are out for tonight's game. It's the end of the Cleveland Cavaliers' run for this season. If it weren't for the injuries, they might have had a chance against the Celtics. It could have been like the Magic that reached game 7, but of course the Celtics would still win. The Cavaliers ran out of energy because of their 7 games against the Magic.

Brunson doing everything right now with 28 points already in the first half. I wonder if he could keep that intensity up in the second but it looks like he's saving up in the third and he'll do it all over again in the fourth. Pacers are not that far behind and they may outlast the knicks in the final five minutes.

And they did, Brunson carry the team again, but there are some unsung heroes in the Knicks uniform. Donte only had 8 points, Mcbride and then Burks did contribute in this game. But for me the biggest unheralded star is Isaiah Hartenstein, grabbing a big 17 rebounds and some few blocks. And for those who didn't know, Hartenstein is black as his father Florian is black,

https://basketnews.com/news-203932-isaiah-hartenstein-is-black-knicks-players-in-shock-after-such-reveal.html

Denver though is leading the over the Wolves and there is good chance that they might take a 3-2 lead in this series.

First off yeah jalen brunson had himself a game, nobody could stop him they were throwing constant doubles on him and he still was shredding the team.

And yeah Hartenstein was a beast on the boards.  12 offensive rebounds by himself.  Just not sure why you had to add in that his dad is black amd send a link lol I don't know how that's even relevent here
