I was not able to watch this game (Lakers vs Jazz), but did really Lebron get a T after Clarkson slap him a little?

Lebron James Got's Technical For Delaying the Game After Jordan Clarkson Slapped Him

BTW, I guess this was JC's first start as a Utah Jazz and he really did everything to win but come ups short.

Yeah, Clarkson was really instrumental in leading the Utah Jazz and force an overtime.

However, the team really come up short, KCP and Dennis Schröder, scary tandem. But I don't like the rumour that Knicks want Dennis Schröder, but are reportedly unlikely to get into ‘bidding war’ for him.

And with this win, Lakers firmly on the 5th spot, like 3 games ahead of Portland.
This match really upset many of my friend that bet on Jazz that time. Drummond miraculously show a very strong game which is sufficient to shutdown a strong team like Jazz. Actually I was surprised too that Lakers perform that well without there Aces. Ggwp to the betlords who bet on the underdog Lakers that time.  Cheesy
Jazz is really playing like a proper team, they are really good, with everyone on the floor they are going to be a huge threat in the NBA for sure. However I feel like it is not the league for teams anymore, it is the league for superstars. I mean look at teams, with Nets having so many, Lakers having 2, Clippers having 2, Bucks having an amazing one, Nuggets have Jokic (and had Murray), it is really looking weird. Look at Suns, they "look" great right? Anyone even doubts that they won't win it this year?

I mean it is obvious that they are not going to win it this year, and yet they won so many games. Which is why regular season matters but not as much as people imagine it is, obviously most of the time best team becomes the first team, but that is not required, I remember plenty of times Lebrons teams finished under first seed and still went to finals all the time.

Jazz are underrated, but the moment they won an NBA Finals, that would make this team so special. If you remember the journey of the Warriors before, during the time of Curry, Thompson, Green and other role players, you would not think they are a superteam until they won a championship, so for the Jazz, I'll give them a chance to prove because they are playing with a great team work like the Warriors did during their glory days.

Yes, they need to do this!
Yeah, thanks for reminding me, Gordon was a reinforcement for Nuggets, but they need to adjust to play without Murray.
He's one of the best players in Denver, I don't know if Nuggets will be able to get "very far" in playoffs after Murray's injury
Jamal had been more of a shooting guard lately and Campazzo and Barton had been the playmaker. Or Jokic.
What they lose is the speed in the offensive end without Murray running everywhere. Almost identical to the GSW play with Curry running without the ball.
That's what they need now because that kind of play opens a lot of opportunities for cuts and Jokic comes into play after that.
Now, their strength is in the defensive end. With large and agile players like Gordon and Porter Jr. they could make stops.
Jokic will just need to find a way to look for the open man.

Now Jokic will have to "carry the team on his back", especially since the playoffs will start soon.
Murray makes a lot of difference in Denver, I don't know how Nuggets will behave without your PG

They have to adjust, they lost Murray but they still have Gordon which they acquire recently, I think they can still be a tough team to bet in the playoffs. Nuggets team are design to play with good teamwork, they'll still have the success, but of course it's different when Murray is present but they have to live with the current situation, be more careful and avoid injury.

Utah Jazz tonight:

Lakers tonight:

Instead of watching compete the main candidates to the NBA Finals, we will be watching the reserves match. The NBA must seriously consider reducing the number of games played during the season.

I confess, this is being a dark thing for Lakers ... and others NBA teams too.

What an incredible performance from Stephen Curry last night! They lost to Celtics by 5 points but Curry did everything he can for his team undoubtedly. He got 47 PTS, 7 REB, 3 AST. But there was another insane performance at Celtics side.  Grin  J. Tatum had another marvelous performance - 44 PTS, 10 REB, 3 AST. It was really a great clash.

It was a superb game, man. We watched two great players compete against each other. Steph Curry and Jayson Tatum both were awesome to watch. Both teams deserved to win this game, imo. And Curry is on another level, man. He's not from our world.  Grin

it's not a slap its a tap, maybe because they are former teammates that JC wants to greet his former team players, and it's normal to NBA players maybe they thought it in the negative, and I don't think it a delay of the game, the refs just overreact with that one, LeBron is in disbelief with what happened in that play.

Yeah, indeed it was really a back and forth match between the teams. Celtics was the favourite in this match and GSW was a huge underdog in the betting odds. And Curry really try, they have a big lead, Celtics come back but he keep the team.

All the high favoured lost as well, Bucks, Utah and Phoenix Suns. The regular season is coming to an end so the fight specially for the last playoff spot are getting very intense that upset could really happen.

This might be the worst season for the NBA as the whole league has been bothered by major injuries and Covid.
Though the Lakers and Jazz had a great game tonight.
Jazz was able to pull a 15-0 run against the Lakers in the 4th to survive until the overtime. They even had a 2 points advantage at the stretch. However, they lost in the OT. Schröder just lead this Laker team to a W.
Another notable injury for KCP. I don't know whether that was just a muscle cramps or a more serious case.

Agree, it was a really good and interesting game.
From the information that can be found on the Internet, it appears that KCP, fortunately, nothing bad happened, it is just muscle contractions.

I just watched 2 upsets happened.
Lucky for those who took the risk betting for them. It's like 6-7 times your bet if you did it before the game.

SAS vs Suns - 2 minutes left with 21 point lead and already at garbage time.
They played without Poeltl, DeRozan, and Mills.

Grizzlies vs Bucks. Grizzlies won breaking the streak of Bucks.
Grayson Allen 7/10 3pt field goals. He's hot.

I agree with it not a good season for almost all the players, they got injured and the atmosphere is really different, it might be because players are unable to go out and practice properly, which is needed by their body, instead, they have been limited contact in the offseason, I hope that the virus will end and to be able to make players have a full practice and to do their old routines that I'm sure are removed since the pandemic.

Steph looking to expand on his league’s best 30 points per game streak tonight against the Boston Celtics on ABC. You might need a reason like this to watch the Warriors nowadays with their injury problems. I’m looking at this game starting my night and the Jake Paul vs Ben Askren fight to end things.
If this game will be a high scoring game, then we can expect that Curry would make make more 3s, probably minimum of 6. He has been unstoppable, he has improve every season and is looking like a machine due to his accuracy in 3 point shooting. Wish him to be healthy this season so he'll continue with his journey to the hall of fame.

I also think that personally, Steph is trying to win the NBA scoring for this year against Beal.

Last three games, 50+, 40+, 30+. I think he will easily can score 30+ against Boston tonight. Last game he went 0-7 in the first half, so he missed a lot of three's. But he quickly bounce back in the second half and GSW win by a large margin. Yes, this could be high scoring and we might see an upset as GSW is underdog as per odds against Boston.

He only needed 3 quarters to get 38. Looks like this 4th quarter is gonna be a good one as it’s currently tied up. Looks like Steph is going to fighting double teams the rest of the game so Wiggins might have to step it up and help them out if they want to beat the Celtics.

They are no. 9 in the western conference and they still have lots of games left that they could use to take advantage to get some winning streaks to somehow enter the playoff tree. They are getting some good winning streaks this past few days and the next game will be a real challenge for them since they will be competing with one of the best in the league. If they win this game against the Boston Celtics, they will be getting the first 5 winning streaks this season.
