Even if the Mavericks lose this playoffs game it will be a great experience for young Luka.
But it will be sweeter if they win the 1st round also taking out one of the strongest team in the West.
That is one great achievement.

It's 2-1 now in favor of the Clippers but we saw how Mavericks are fighting back. The lead is not that high which also gives a good impression for fans and analysts out there.
Most of the bettors right now are betting the Clippers in this series against the Mavs and I agree with them since we know already that they are a better team.
They can give them a good fight maybe so I think that this will end in 6-7 games.

On the other hand if the Mavs will win this series then it will be a huge upset for Doc Rivers' team since the roster is loaded with talented and good players.

You are right with that since they have Leonard which was the Finals MVP last season, and losing in the first round is not good for him, this team might be dismantled if that will happen. It looks like Paul George are struggling in game 3, luckily Leonard always stay consistent to give the team a win.

Coming up, we have the Blazers vs Lakers, I'm not gonna bet on this now, I'll wait during the live game and see if Lillard is still the same.

It's still far from over, if Mavericks will win in game 4, this would be a very exciting series and it could reach to game 7. The way I see it, the last 3 games was a close game, so this is a great series and even if Mavericks would lose in the series, they'll earn experience, not only Luka but their young squad.

AD and KCP are on fire, especially AD. A facebook even made a photo of it calling it "Brow time", maybe a tease to Dame's Dame time. I don't know but that hype would really fell with this result still, I think Blazers can do better. We also see Damian injuring his finger with his steal on AD, will that affect the future games of the team?
As I expected, I don't think that the Lakers will make themselves down 0-2 in the first round. I still remember when LBJ said to Kobe that he will bring the champion back to LA. He has still a mission to do so I don't think that they will lose on this game 2. Same with the Bucks and Magic. I didn't expect that Bucks will put themselves down 0-2 against the possible weakest team in the Playoffs.

The injury of Dame can affect their game but not that much if he will come out strong in Game 3. I just hope that it will not get re-injured on their next game or this will be a one-sided match up.

I don't know, any injury to a finger for a shooter is devastating.  Now if someone like anthony Davis had that happened he can just play more inside and adjust but dames game is 15 feet and out.  Be interested to see how this effects the series.  A shame because I actually think portland is a tough match up for the lakers...but thats with dame playing at 100%

I hope he can still play at a 100, though.

They went through hard games just to prove that they are worthy of going in the playoffs but I think it will be really sad if they will not put a good fight against these great teams. Also, as far as I know it is his non-shooting finger that got dislocated so I really hope he can get back. I am not a fan of Portland, it is just that seeing him playing this great means something and I hope he can still get that acknolwedgement he deserves, he is not just a hype, he is proving something.

Conley is back with the Jazz, and it looks like another day in the office for the Jazz, up by 21 points now and conley had a very good 3 point shooting with 6/7 FG, just missed one now.  Just like game 2, I think Jazz would still continue to dominate here.

I'm so sad that Bojan is not part of this playoffs, he would be great and it would help Jazz a lot, but I'm happy to see that Jazz is doing good even without him which is a good sign for the future. Shows that Jazz can do more in coming years with some wise trades and additions to this core.

I thought Conley would destroy the rhythm Jazz got from their previous game, but it was him who give a big contribution to the team now.
Mitchell is always so consistent, but here's my evaluation on the series so for and I'd like to cite the key players for the team, win/loss result.

game 1 - Mitchell
game 2 - Clarkson
game 3- Conley

Who would step up in game 4? make a wild guess/

If its x15 for Brooklyn again then I might bet with it.
I trust Dinwiddie but Raptors is just too strong.
It cannot be handled by 3 role players or even 4.

Raptors is improving both in offensive and defensive end.
The possibility of a win is so low which is why I think they give them a better moneyline.  Grin
I am sure I will bet at that amount.

Finally Lakers showed like a true team last night as they concede only 1 Quarter to Portland and that was more than enough for them to secure the win. I do think from now one, Blazers won't get another win against Lakers. However, on the other Los Angeles team I have my fears now as Mavs seems to have one good ride this year and I won't be surprised to see them winning overall over Clippers.

Never underestimate Kawhi.  Dude is just a beast in these situations.  I just think the clips will end up being too strong for the mass but hey anything is possible in these neutral court games.  Clips lost home court advantage...but I would never bet against Kawhi.

Every stars have the pride on their own, seeing that game 2 for sure adjustment will be done. Kawhi and PG are both good defenders
and with the skills that they've got, they will easily adopt and adjust to whatever help they can provide for  the team.
It's an interesting series though as Mavs also showing great blends and the rotations of players are well balanced, the will of those
superstars will be the deciding factors in winning this series.

As if Warriors got the second pick! I know most of the time second pick may not become a huge super star, and they usually do not provide skill right away, but remember last year's second pick was Ja Morant and we all know how that turned out. I think warriors are already quite amazing, they just had a bad season because of all the injuries. They still have Steph, they have Klay and they have Wiggins now and they have Dray, these are all great players, plus they are going to get the second pick as well, which will be something huge for them.

If they draft well (and considering they drafted steph, klay, dray all themselves I think they are good at drafting) that is another 5-10 years of awesome team for them, it is unfair what happened with them, but they were one of the worst teams this season and played g-league players all year so it makes sense.

It is a redemption game, I'm happy because I won when I made a bet in LAL. I'm really sure that it is a revenge game where the LAL will beat the Blazers. At 1st half, we saw the biggest difference when it comes to points where Liliard was having a hard time to make a score because of the tough defense of the Lakers. But it doesn't mean that the defense of the Blazers is weak because their center is really strong which is Hassan Whiteside where he has a lot of shot blocks in every game. On the game 3, I will make a bet to Lakers again. I'm just predicting that they will have consecutively 4 wins especially Liliard injured his index finger when he reach the ball while Davis Driving.

The series is tied and I think this is going to be a long series for these two teams. I haven't followed any other game, what's good series to follow? I mean all of them are but what's hyping you guys?

Since the ejection of Porzingis, I've been following the game of Mavericks and Clippers.
Oh yes.

It's also one of the hottest series that's popping on my news feed. Gotta start following them.

Damian Lillard is good and said that he might not be back at game 3 which gives it away that it would be a clear 2-1 lead by the LA Lakers, if Dame is not there. He's been the score leader of the team and I think it would be a hard game without him.
He's good taking a rest for a while and get back when he's good again.

The 2020 NBA draft lottery just finished. Sorry Knicks fans, you got the 8th pick.  Cheesy

Here are the results, the number 1 pick goes to T'Wolves, the second pick is for Golden State and third are Charlotte Hornets.
Prior to the lottery, the three teams with the worst winning % (GSW, Cavs, and T'wolves) had all the best shot of taking the number 1 pick sitting at 14%.
As of right now, the NBA draft is set to take place on October 16, but that may change if the new season is delayed.

Which young prospect do you think Minnesota will pick at #1, Anthony Edwards, LaMelo Ball, or James Wiseman?

Yeah great another disappointing seeding for the Knicks whats new lol.  They haven't nailed the lottery since the Ewing draft.  Slot 8 is the worst spot.  Makes me cringe thinking back to when GS picked steph 7 and the Knicks ended up with jordon hill 8th lol.  Ever since I'd rather have the knicks a spot lower Smiley  either way its an unimpressive draft this year, think minnesota should go with Edwards or Wiseman, I'd steer clear of the ball family

If it's just a minor injury, there's no need to worry.

Quote

DAMIAN LILLARD
PG, PORTLAND TRAIL BLAZERS

Damian Lillard suffered a dislocated left index finger on his left (non-shooting) hand in Thursday's probable loss to the Lakers, but X-rays were negative.
Lillard threw a towel in anger on his way to the locker room, leading some to believe that he might have broken the finger, so the fact X-rays were negative is great news in the grand scheme of things.

He won't return, but is back on the bench and our guess is he'll be out there for Game 3 on Saturday. And it will probably take more than a sore finger on his non-shooting hand to slow him down in that one.

Damian Lillard is good and said that he might not be back at game 3 which gives it away that it would be a clear 2-1 lead by the LA Lakers, if Dame is not there. He's been the score leader of the team and I think it would be a hard game without him.
