it's good to back the spurs when they are an underdog and most likely we will see more games where they are underdog due to their low standing now.
Next game is again in LA against the Lakers, they are -12 and I think again they'll cover this game.

Well, Spurs might be at that standing but man, they are still a good team with the best coach. Even they are 22 and 28, they are still highlighted with their best plays in the game. That is just how they really played well, it is just that they are being outplayed by other good teams.

The end of the regular season is too far away and spurs are not that far with the number 8 spot.
Since spurs doesn't have a good start so far, all they need to do is just to step in the rank 7 and 8 and they'll have a shot to win in the first round due to their experience, and you are right, they have the best coach with them, coach pop can make a difference in the playoffs.
Knowing this team being mentored and lead by a well known Coach it's still possible for them to reach the 7-8 spot to catch up into the next round. Spurs have players who also have the capabilities to stand up and lift the team. Still possible to work with their standing and win some more games to have a spot for the 2nd round.

We can only say it's different because Warriors are a different team now, why not give them a try again, they were successful without Durant so for sure they'll compete well against the tough teams in the west.

Back then, it wasn't only the Warriors which are a strong team, the Lakers and the Clippers that we are seeing now could be the Spurs and the OKC before when Westbrook and Durant was still playing together, but what they Warriors did, they beat them all.

But there is an Iggy back then and so is Livingston.
Those 2 guys had been a great addition for GSW.
We could still see that once the splash brothers go back.

2 games with former team mates.
Kawhi meeting the Spurs and on the other side Butler and the 76ers.
Spurs really did a great job preventing the Clippers to easily win the game.
While Miami dominated the 76ers with 31 point lead. Wow! Amazing Heat even against one of the strongest in the East last year.
Now they are 4th on the ranking while 76ers at the 6th seed.

I was thinking of betting the heat but Sixers are also a good team, but in this game, Heat showed how good they are at home, it's gonna be their advantage in the playoffs if they can maintain that good record, they just need to finish in the top 4 so they'll have the home court advantage.

As of now, they are tied with the Celtics and is sitting at the top 4, they should hold on that spot, and they are one of the teams with the best home record. - https://www.nba.com/standings -

Spurs almost get an upset win in LA, but good thing they cover the spread. lol

That was a good game, it was close especially in the 4th quarter and LA Clippers doing the quality of the champion team where they know how to come back when in big deficit. My player of the game in this match is Paul George, he is a big time player that makes big time shots when needed.

What an exciting game it is.

It was the 3rd quarter where Spurs made a lot of error and the lead was cut too much until Clippers made it to the front.
But still the Spurs gave them a good fight despite playing at LA home.
Paul George gained a news highlight for that monster reverse lay up. That is deep.  Grin

Is DeRozan changing the way he shoot? It looks like it is arching way high.

Looking at the stats I will also go for DLo.
Consistency? Yes, I am still with DLo now.
If we talk about before then I might really pick Andrew Wiggins against him.

GSW though is still in lack of something else.
A strong center maybe or another forward to lessen the workload of Draymond. He is getting punished so much down the rim which could lead to a lot of injuries. Better have some back up there.

Warriors were successful in the past without having a superstar center so they don't need that for sure.
Of course they need someone to help Draymond but that's not lacking, they have to focus on what they really need right now and that is to improve their defense since the Warriors although an extraordinary team in offense but they are also know for their good defense and that's their recipe for success.

We've seen enough for Dlo, he can drop 50 points or more but would that make the team better in overall?

Or health issues.  Grin
They have been filled with injured players which ain't really good.
I know those things are unexpected but still they might still want to consider improving it.
Like footworks or something new that would prevent those kind of injuries.

Regarding the roster, I am still seeing Draymond Green having a difficult time as being a center for most of the time.
He really need help. We cannot say because they did it the past means they can still do it.

LA Clippers manage to erase the big gap in the early games which they gave the chance.
And they grab the opportunity of winning the game.
And yes thenSpurs manage to limit the difference in scores which made me lose some amount Sad i picked LAC -10

I'm sure that when everyone is back healthy it won't be that evident, but with the current injuries and roster of GSW this season I don't think that trading D'Lo will be the answer.
DLO in order for him to be effective, he needs to have a lot of attempt and that would limit the attempt of Curry and Thompson, so it could probably be a good solution to trade him and get a player that is physical, knows how to play good defense and are not afraid to attack the paint, they probably need someone like Iguadala, like a younger version of him.
Indeed. Iggy types that will be fitted with the system. Though it's really hard for them find suitable player that will fill out the missing piece, lots of adjustment will be made once all the players will be there and healthy to play.

Curry and Thompson have the chemistry and whoever will be added to them will need to be willing to play according to how the system sets up it should be a role player that knows where to place himself inside.

That's their problem since they don't have a player who can contribute on the paint and it's good option for GSW to trade DLO while he's value is good but they should really look on the big mans who are great maybe I think the perfect fit for them is Capela,Drummond or maybe Tristan Thompson is a good fit for them since recently the cavs put him on the trade block so maybe it's best for the Dubs to grab that opportunity.

Without Luka, Dallas Mavericks are still doing their usual thing, which is winning.
Pacers is a good team at home but they manage to get a win and that is due to the great performance of Porzingis where he tallied a double double.

He scored 38 points and 12 rebounds and was too confident in shooting beyond the arc where he got 6-13 shooting.
Dallas will surely bet in the playoffs and can compete with the way they play, teamwork...

Draymond Green is not a natural center and he can't really be their starting center if Warriors want to contend again next year. It is also effective when everyone is healthy, but if someone of that puzzle got injured or something it crumbles down and this is what we are seeing right now.

I'm sure that when everyone is back healthy it won't be that evident, but with the current injuries and roster of GSW this season I don't think that trading D'Lo will be the answer.

I feel like D'lo would still be superior to Wiggins when it comes to GSW, not for every team, for example I would put Wiggins over D'lo in current rockets if they were up there, but for warriors system the player who has a better shooting is actually more important. They built the whole system in such a way that even Durant became a spot up shooter after a certain while, that means D'lo is more valuable to warriors specially when Klay is gone.

If I understand about basketball even a bit, when Klay comes back he might actually transition to Small Forward a bit more, with Curry at PG and D'lo at SG, he will be perfect for SF when he comes back, plus he will be a bit slower so it will be harder for him to keep defending the guards of the other team as well.

Klay don't have any difficulties playing at either SG and SF. In the Warriors system, actually this position is just a position meaning anyone here can be placed. Durant even playing SF covers the PF to Center position during his stay here.

For the rumors, I doubt Warriors will trade D'Lo for Wiggins but they can offer something. Wiggins+D'Lo will be a good backcourt duo especially when Klay and Steph got back. No need to trade D'Lo as he is now familiar with Kerr's system.

Those are some good points there.
Yeah, although I want Wiggins in but it looks like it wont happen.
There is no problem with the contract since they have almost the same cap.

But if we all do remember it correctly, they took DLo as an ace for a better trade.
Is Wiggins that better trade which GSW is looking for?
No, I don't think so. The GSW management might be looking for a superstar and will just add up some space for whoever it will be.

Good W for the Lakers and they are back.
They are certainly back making big statement on the the road.
Time to back them again, seems like the hearts are healing now and they are playing the normal game which they are dominating.

Meanwhile, games today are too early so I wasn't able to make bets on all the games on board.
As of now, all games are finished, and all Home team won.

Yes, mentally, it looks like they are more focus, it's hard to move on, but they have to do it right now.

As far as the D'Lo-Wiggins trade rumour, I don't understand why the rumour pops up, D'Lo is doing good on Kerr's system and with Klay playing next year, we will see the true potential of their combination. They should good a role player to help Green instead, not trade one of their stars.

But overall as a team they are not good, It's not the Warriors offense that we are seeing now, that's why they lose because they are not sharing the ball pretty well compared to when Curry is on the line up and he hold the position of the PG, if the defense is on him, he can easily find a open teammates, that's why they are exciting.

Though Dlo per stats are good but GSW holding the worst record in the NBA, the management should also think on how that happens.
