Because actually executives doesn't know on when they can resume since the pandemic is still uncontrollable by the government and if their health care official cannot flatten the curve yet might they might forfeit this season and cutting of salaries will be happen. But if they go online and play the league via online since there is nba2k available might this is fun to play and people might get interest to watch them continue to play by this option Grin

Looking at it they might not even give them a chance.
Grizzlies played 65 games while Spurs have 63. Even if they win those 2 games it wont be sufficient to get the 8th spot.
Same goes with the other 3 below Grizzlies.

I am not entirely sure if that is even possible, I mean think about it if there were machines that could test withing minutes, the whole nations would have gotten it by now, it would have been basically done to every single human, however instead we are dealing with tens of thousands of people a day right now, still a good number of course but not unlimited like this article makes the machine sound like.

In the end it is always good to see NBA working towards corona virus, they are super ultra rich and the money they are putting into this would help NBA (which is why they are doing) but it would eventually help other people as well indirectly. Has anybody heard about what the salary cut thing resulted with? There was talks about something between 25% to 50% cut for this years money, I don't know what happened with it.

This is a good idea.
But this might be another big expense for the NBA management.
It will be a good idea too if they will let the players contribute for this one since they will be the one using it for their own health.

Now I can tell that this is the good news, they will know right away that a person is positive or not, not in our country that it will take days to determine if a person is positive with covid or not, hopefully this will be available soon, US needs to use this for early detection and to minimize the spread.

Be thankful that you guys have some materials to take only days to know whether a person is positive or negative to CoviD-19. In our city we too almost two weeks for the test to show, by that time when the person is positive, he may already pass the virus to others. Our city is one of the city that cannot afford some testing kit like the USA have. Having a fast and accurate testing kit like this will help the people to slow the outbreak in each of their cities.
