The Bulls messed up my parlay yesterday by not covering which I really thought they would as the games have been decided by less then 8 points the past 13 games between the Bulls and Bucks so I thought the Bulls covering the +8.5 was a good shot.

Tonight I like the Pelicans ML and Suns ML but no parlay as I'm sick of one team messing it up for me.

I think it's just acceptable to struggle for one whole season as they have been dominating the NBA for many seasons too.

Maybe some would accept but some would already move to another team, I think they are now a fan of the Lakers or the Clippers but for me if I have to choose another team, I would choose a young team with lots of potential, and you know that team? its Dallas because I just found a guy who can make triple double consistently, and he was underrated thinking he is still young but he is not competing in the MVP race.

Looking at standing of the teams now, I guess many GSW fans are disappointed on how the team's run currently. I'm not a fan of them but sadly, they are at the last standing on the Western conference.

While, Lakers is doing a great run which they didn't last season. This year might not be the year of GSW and this is the uprising of Lakers and their season I guess and also Houston Rockets is having a decent run too.

I dont think that it's not surprising when you lose klay, Stephan, durant and for times Draymond for times its expected.  At a certain point I was surprised they actually fielded a team lol.  Tank this year get a great draft pick and next year you have klay and Stephen and the new high draft pick.  Worked for san antonio when they got timmy.  GS might just NEED this so they dont just stay average

Fans understand if they really know the status of the team.
Without Curry and Thompson is already a big problem in the offense for the team, they are carrying this team, and although Durant left which definitely would affect the team but its expected that he will leave and what the fans were expecting is to see the old warriors but this injury is a big hindrance to see that.

I think it's just acceptable to struggle for one whole season as they have been dominating the NBA for many seasons too.

@harizen, congrats on the win, you predicted it right, and we will see Anthony making his debut against the Pelicans, let's see what he can bring to the Blazers now that Lillard is always out.

That is expected so nothing unusual nor surprising. If those fans are disappointed, they don't understand the whole Warriors situation. They aren't really a fan. Some fans even accept that Warriors will not shine this season right back directly before NBA season-opener.

But honestly, being currently on the bottom does have an advantage to them. Lots of time for their main core to get back on shape for the next season and they will surely have a good ticket on the next year's draft pick. Give up the goal this season and those remaining Warriors should use this opportunity to somehow be used on following Kerr's system.

Everyone kept saying how it will be hard for him to mesh with Westbrook and they will have hard time and guys are second seed in west and Harden is averaging 40 ppg so everyone was wrong.

I'm one of the people here who says that WB and Harden's duo might become effective in the long run even the majority knows that these players are ball-hoggers. The reason I say that before is because these 2 know each other very well and that was one of the factors for an effective chemistry build-up.

However, I don't want to speculate early that their duo will become a success in the long run since we are just in the first phase of the season. More importantly, the way they are showing right now on those all games they played this season, there is no question raised about chemistry problems between them.

Will Melo be able to sign this year? As for me, YES. I pick YES because I think no one will bet for it based on the current Melo's situation that is almost no development or progress if some teams will still show interest to sign him. So basically, I'm the one who has the most risks here. Smiley

BTC0.005 each for first 2 who will take the bet.
This is very interesting, so this means we will know who will win by January 1, 2020?  I like to reserve that first slot then if the answer to my question is yes. I will bet against you.  Grin

DEAL. Quoted for reference.

My chances are until December 31, 2019: 23:59. Let's follow the BITCOINTALK FORUM TIME.

1 more taker open.

Hey mate. Looks like I have won. Smiley A sign, whatever the offer, is still a sign.

Carmelo Anthony to sign with Portland Trail Blazers

Anyways, we can wait until we see Melo playing actually on the court before we finished this deal so these reports and agreements are not just a pure statement.

The way Giannis Antetokounmpo shoots the ball from the long distance, it looks like its not gonna get in, i mean he is not a natural shooter so even if they keep developing him but its not really good for him, then I think it is just a waste of time.

You can look at the form of his shooting, its awful.

No, it's not gonna be a waste of time. If Giannis will improve his shooting efficiency, he'll become even more of a beast. Big men who can shoot is hard to contest, if you remember Dirk. How much more for Giannis who is an explosive with that height. Shooting form doesn't really matter as long as the player is comfortable with how he shoots the ball. If you remember Shawn Marion, he had a very awful shooting form, but can knock down 3s.
Dude is literally shooting his highest ever shooting attempts from three with 4.3, I know that is not a whole lot compared to "shooters" of the league but that is a lot for Giannis, plus he is also shooting at a below average 32% but at the same time that is literally the highest he had since his first year where he just attempted 1.5 threes per game. So, he does get better, this dude gets better every year easily, not just stats but in game play as well when you watch him whatever shortcomings he has he works on them.

However, I would give the shocking part of NBA so far to Harden who has managed to average 40 ppg since the start of the season. Everyone kept saying how it will be hard for him to mesh with Westbrook and they will have hard time and guys are second seed in west and Harden is averaging 40 ppg so everyone was wrong.

I see some value in tonight's games with the Pacers winning at the ML, I like the Bulls to cover the spread as history shows that the Bulls play well against and the games have been close so the +8.5 for the Bulls to cover is good. I'm taking a small parlay with the Pacers ML, Bulls +8.5 and Rockets ML.

Watched the game and thought the bulls would actually have covered.  Some key mistakes in the 4th doomed them.rockets are looking more and more like a powerhouse rather than a middle of the road team.  I see it rounding out with houston, lakers, clippers and nuggets to lead the west.

Yeah that's right but maybe the odds of winning this game for OKC is really less but I'm talking about game changing effect since OKC has charisma when it comes to clutch time. Chris Paul still there, I know his bit old enough to handle Kawhi and PG but at least he can lead them to win. Remember experience still matters not just flexibility. Like Lebron can somehow influence his lakers team to push it.
You should take the Thunder if you are betting as it has been officially announce that Kawhi Leonard is not available for the 3rd straight, and people are excited to see them PG played to together but the management would not risk his injury, they will rest him because they don't need him yet, the clippers are winning and last game, they scored 150 points which tells us how offensive the team is.

Yeah I can see that but the game result almost win by OKC but PG got the winning shot at the end. A very close fight and indeed no doubt CP will lead his team with a score of 22 points. PG as expected work his move inside the court resulting to 18 points but another bench player step up in the game. Harrell gives the Clippers an outstanding 28 points. Anyway, I like how OKC work out on the 2nd quarter of the game and the final quarter indeed save by PG to win this game.

If Giannis will improve his shooting percentage then he will become a better version of Durant.

That's ambitious, are we seeing an improvement already? no, because it looks like if there is an improvement in the 3 point shooting of his, he can't be as good as Durant. They are both superstar but I would trust Durant to carry a team because he can do a lot of things for this team to win, and he just gets better and better as he stays longer in the NBA.

As of now, I think the best player in the NBA is Durant, would you agree?

Durant also struggles during the early stage of his career. He hasn't get enough recognition when he was still in Seattle Super Sonics, until the team changed as Oklahoma Thunder. Remember he can't win in 2012 NBA finals against the Heat and that's Harden, Westbrook, and Durant playing on the same team. Giannis is still at his 6th season today, and you can't take away the possibility for him to improve on that area.
They are both on the 1st round pick, but there's a lot of expectations for Durant as he comes from the 2nd overall pick while Giannis was a 15th overall pick.

Sure Durant is so great that he could carry a team and can do a lot of things in the court, but being the best comes a lot of different factors. Few of them are the durability and leadership. If he wasn't injured I might pick him as the best of today over LeBron. But Bron is on his 17th season with an excellent durability and are still playing like he used to play in Miami, and guess what he's back on the MVP ladder.

It's also possible that Giannis will develop his outside shooting and he will be able to achieve more, though the competitions is tough as there's a lots of stars so the urges to keep improving is needed if you want to be on top from this league.

KD have his own version of stardom, he have that capabilities to bring spice to this game many fans notice him and support his legacy.

That's right, Gianni's has his own style of play and possibly make an effort to extend his abilities and adding a 3 point variety in his arsennal. As what you said, KD has different style so respecting both this players ability is a good way to see through the competitiveness of the league.

It’s Never Been Easier to Score 50 Points in the NBA

Four players have already dropped 50 or more in a game this season. Here’s why the frequency of half-hundred games won’t be slowing down.

https://www.theringer.com/nba/2019/11/18/20969957/damian-lillard-kyrie-irving-james-harden-dangelo-russell
This starts when the Warriors are the masters of three pointers many years ago. When the Rockets set a season that the threes they made are more than the twos they made.

They are not defending too much already and they are more on the offensive side rather than the defensive side right now. That is why we saw many teams that are having a score more than 100's and we saw some reaching 120+ already. Its easier to score now compare to the past years and those scorers will do it again for sure alongside others scorers that can also do it too.

What a game for Luka as he got a triple double against the Spurs as they win 117-110. Luka got 42 pts, 11 reb and 12 ast. Porzingis got a double double too with 18 & 10. If Luka can play like this throughout the whole season (not always triple double but good statistics), he can be a candidate for Kia MVP for sure.

He is a monster.
I played some guys who moves like him.
You think he is slow but there is agility all of a sudden.

The kid does it normally without much of an effort.
Yes, he is one of my candidates for season MVP and I bet the votes will also be for him because of his style and presence in the court.
Better than the younger days of Jason Kidd.
He might be aiming for a record breaking triple double in history of the NBA.

That's right, KD and Gianni's are different player at their respective talent. So comparing both these superstars are way out of the discussion and I think we should just respect the extent of their talents.

Let's see if Giannis will be able to improve his 3 point shooting and I think he has a lot of time doing that as most of their games, they won by dominance.

I'm a bit confident that he will. It is a smart move for him to improve his 3pt shooting efficiency at this early so he won't going to struggle that much when he's out of his prime or If a career threatening injury will happen, plus It will make his team invincible.
If Giannis will improve his shooting percentage then he will become a better version of Durant.

Duncic is expected to be this good as a player since the last season but right now, he surpassed that expectations. With the Dallas's young core, I am just hoping they will remain this composure as the season goes and the competition becomes tougher.
Looking for much healthy young dallas, Luka and Kristop combo is a good spark for the entire team they are bringing this team back to a competitive and entertaining franchise. If they continue bringing good stats and good competitions fans will be there for them same alike with how they Dirk being love when he's still carrying the team. Luka still have a lots of time to bring himself to much higher level of stardom.
