James had another monster games against the Hawks, almost getting a triple double with 33 points, 12 assists and 7 rebounds, and six other players in double digits. Blistering start for them in the first quarter, I thought that Hawks won't score at least 10 point in that quarter.

They try to get closer when Bron in not playing inside and trim the lead, however when he return, he restore the lead again. Good win for the Lakers the score 122-101.
Very impressive appearance from LeBron and in this game there is a special guest at the Staples Center today, Kobe Bryant coming up with his daughter watched the game in front and had a handshake with LeBron during the match.
Lebron makes it more entertaining carrying 33 points and those amazing 3's. Lakers have a good blend of chemistry, they are enjoying the game
and they are sharing the ball, the system is really working with Lebron creating the play and making good space to his teammates.

That Handshake with Kobe shows respect from Lebron, And that acknowledgement from the crowd Kobe really being love by the lakers fans..

I was thinking, If Kobe is 5 years younger and still playing in the NBA today, is it possible for LeBron and Kobe to play in the same team? Specifically in LA Lakers. I mean the NBA trend today is like having a constellation of stars on one team. Teams who have 3 or 4 allstars. And if LeBron and Kobe both played in LA, can they beat a healthy 2018 GSW team?

Why Kawhi doesn't play again during the match with Atlanta Hawk? I know his injured and still has sore on his knee but based on report it was only a minor one. Good thing is Paul George made an outstanding record of 37 points on his first 20 minutes and got helped by bench players Williams and Robinson combining 46 points.

Anyway their next game is OKC and hoping Leonard will play this time.

If something was sore for Leonard, then it would be best to just let it rest a while. It's just the start of the season and forcing something so small will aggravate and might get worst. Anyway, they are still in good spot to let him rest while he has a minor injury though.

Yeah they can make that playoffs even with Leonard getting on and off the floor.
They did last year so I think it will still be an easy task for the whole Clippers team.

A new career high for Markelle Fultz.

https://sports.yahoo.com/markelle-fultz-magic-wizards-career-high-035403655.html

The kid been thru a rough road being the number 1 draft pick.
Is he back?
I want to see more with this kid. He made some good posters against Bertans.  Grin
His shooting styles looks a lot better than last year where he is trying to change it. Although it is still slow.

Exactly. Why play one of your top guys and risk making his injury worse this early in the season? You have good players anyway since PG has returned and the hawks aren't really a team you'd risk your top player on. Bottom line is, you don't play a franchise player if he's not 100 percent, regardless of how minor his injury is.

I am again impressed with the performance that Antetokoumpo displayed in the game against Bulls.
38 points with 16 rebounds he is again the MVP for Buck this season for sure. If he keeps scoring like that he will be surely the MVP of regular season and why not this time in the play offs as well.

Agreed dude is a man among boys sometimes out on the court.  When he is playing it's easy to see he is pretty much the best one on the court almost every game.  I difinately think if everyone stays healthy the bucks come out of the east.  Now matched up against one of the west powerhouses, that will be a good finals.

The Bucks is still an immature team compared to more veteran team, they will most likely choke during playoffs or even in a crucial matches. I think they will reach the finals only if they can acquire veteran players who can lead them during clutch times.

They have veterans on their team for sure.  And then they have Giannis who can take over games by himself.  I say the bucks make it out of the east.  Denver makes it out of the west.  Making for a bucks vs nuggets final.  I know most wont agree with me but these 2 team dominate the game when they want to

I remember one youtube when Giannis fire a three but it was airball and the opponents bench are laughing their ass off because of that, I can't remember who they playing with, but I
Probably this happened during the last playoff because he had a bad shooting especially when he is double as his move is very predictable.

guess that fuel Giannis to really improved his three ball and gain the respect.
He has increase his shot attempts this season, that's why.

And it's about time, many big men in the NBA today are shooting high percentage three's. 32% is not that bad, but if he can improved it his shot close to 40%, he will be a threat and that can lead to more offensive options for the Bucks.
He doesn't need to focus on the 3 point shooting, I think the staff should find more open shooters so they will become a big threat as a team.
The usual play that they are making is that Giannis will drive and if he is locked up, he will just throw the ball outside as that would create open shooters, if these open shooters are consistent enough,  they surely will make this strategy effective.

If giannis will shot the 3s, he won't be able to help in the rebound which is one of his strength and I don't want him to be more confident in 3 point shooting as he might be focusing on that more when he has no chance to drive which is not good IMO.

The bad news (AGAIN) for the supporters of Warriors, because they couldn't see D'Angelo Russell play until the end of November because he had suffered a thumb injury. The team announced today that D'Lo has undergone an MRI and as a result, he experienced a Sprained Thumb, during the match against the Boston Celtics.
GWS again and again Cry

GSW can't catch a break. Another player added to the injury list. This is truly a bad year for the warriors. Their first season in Chase Center is not looking good. That is just a few weeks anyway. Hope he gets back stronger.

Anyone else noticing that Giannis is slowly improving on his 3 pts percentage? He is 32% this season, way ahead of his 25% last season. If he continues to improve his 3 points shooting, Bucks will be a monster team offensively.

Too bad for the Warriors, I guess they won't make the playoff this year.

As for Giannis, yes he has improved a lot on his 3's. I remember we had a lot of discussions here about his shooting percentage, airball 3. And that is one area wherein his basketball critics is making fun of him. I'm sure during the break after last season, he went on to the gym everyday or probably hire a shooting coach to help him improved his 3's so that he will be more of rounded player and very hard to stop inside and outside.

Holy crap.
I was already amazed at what they did against the Boston Celtics.
I see chemistry, I see defense. Everything is there, they just need to upgrade it to a different level.
And now this.

They might had lose that game but I am seeing new players which are making names for themselves.
Maybe without DLo they could still have that kind of intensity which they showed against Boston. That is the top in the East and they really gave them a hard time.

It's really unfortunate for the warriors. They seemed to have been doomed since their superstars are out and now their reserve scoreris also out for weeks. Anyways let's see what they could pull out inthis ongoing NBA season.

I remember this happening also back in the days where they were left with 4 players on the floor. I think they still won that game with Curry around.
Players are in the bench for injury and 2 are out because of foul trouble.
Dan Nelson was the coach back then.
I dont know if it a curse or what or they are just really unlucky having a lot of injured players in their midst.

Nikola Jokic is back in good form, and his team has played a lot in recent games. In my opinion, he is the best center in the NBA, do you agree?

No I don't agree with that, for it's Joel Embiid, maybe he is next to Embiid or next to Gobert although this guy doesn't produce much points like the 2 I've mentioned.

Denver plays against the Memphis Grizzlies and a prominent player is Nikola Jokic, based on performance in the last match, I consider it an easy job for Denver.

Let's see if they can win on the road, Memphis is not as good as Denver but they are winning lately, so its a challenge for the Memphis here and hopefully they can give us a good game here.

Couldn't you agree with me that Paul George has an amazing start after he was cleared to play. Just two games in and playing below 25 minutes he is currently averaging 35 PPG, 6.5 RPG, 3.5 APG and hitting 58% of his shots oh and did I mention he is just playing under 25 minutes per game? What more if he doesn't play limited minutes, this could be an awesome Clippers team to watch with the whole team playing together. But realistically speaking I don't see him and Kawhi both playing in all games since we now know Kawhi has this load management issue which he cannot play all of the games and PG is still rehabilitating from his should injury.

It is not the same as Derrick Rose, rose was a very young player when he got injured and he never really recovered from his first injury and dude played very very few minutes for years and he came back when he was still relatively young, dude got injured when he was 23 or something and he is still around 30 I believe right now, he had some 60 games or so but got injured multiple times that was season ending injuries.

Melo is already 35 and he played a whole career worth of games so there is no need for him to comeback aside from the fact that dude really wants to play, if he quit by his own choice and decided to retire it wasn't really a bad age to retire if you ask me. I hope he is at second unit and plays against other teams second units, dude could carve up any second unit in the league.

What a season for GSW Grin Russell will miss a minimum of 4 matches and will be re-evaluated within two weeks. and now Warriors only have 9 healthy players who are active to play. too bad for GSW. and I think Alec Burks will have more playing time in tomorrow's game against Pelicans
