Another game today, this time we have Ginebra playing in the first game. They are on a two-game losing streak, so I don't think winning against Blackwater will be a problem. I'm sure they will cover the spread, even if it's high.

In the second game, we have a very exciting match between SMB and TNT. Both teams only have one loss each, so I'm sure it's going to be a close game. I hope that Pogoy will not miss this game since SMB is a tough opponent, and TNT needs his contribution in case Williams struggles with his shooting.

I watched the final minutes of the game and if I will find a problem as to why Converge lose, it is their import. Lots of three point attempts, he aren't passing the ball to his teammates or if there is, only once or twice. When he holds the ball, he will automatically shoot it, and the worst thing is all of that are from threes. I can't blame him though if he don't want to pass the ball to his teammates, but at least let the locals involve especially in crunch time.

Nevertheless, it was a good match and I just hope that there are many people watching it on that arena, but it wasn't Ginebra so... yeah. Cheesy

I enjoyed watching it on livestream still. Converge has been on the top ever since and they are performing really well since they came into the league. SMC and MVP teams are now on the top 8 while the independent teams that is in the top 8 are ROS and Converge. Anything can happen still especially in that 6th-8th spot. There is a chance that we might see independent team clinching on top while either SMC or MVP team will be eliminated.

Most of the top teams have strong locals that are very dependable. They can shoot and guard and are very active on the court. But we still cannot take away having a good import still puts the win in the tally. The perfect example is Magnolia. They have strong local players and doing really great, but their import was lacking in their first few games. They lost all that games until they replaced their import. In this conference, having a strong local is not enough to get the wins. Teams still need good imports to win. But the scoring is more spread out and the teams are not dependent on the import to score. The locals are good enough to create and make their own shots.

Undeads.com - P2E Runner Game

Most top to mid-tier teams in this conference is averaging a 100+ total score per game. Even those low-tier teams are doing such average total scores. This is not usual to see in the Commissioners Cup even if imports are dominant.

Improve on offense? Lack of Defense? PBA is now turning into a soft league?

Either of those though, it's good to see that most teams now are not relying too much on their imports. Am I wrong here?

Well you won with NLEX as they become more active in the last few minutes and was able to snatch the win against Converge, its good to watch the game because its very intense and unpredictable all I thought Converge win take the win but the result is opposite. Where are you placing this bet? I’m looking for other site to place my bet with the good odds.

They can still bounce back and still have the chance to go to next round, its too early to say but if they want to be more dominant and have a higher chance getting into the semis, Converge should be more consistent. Didn’t place a bet on this since I’m waiting for the big game this Sunday between Tnt and SMB.

But the problem is, look at those past games that they've made. Chot isn't really giving that chance for the reserve/back up players, he's just always with those players that he's coaching in the PBA.
Well, hopefully, that will change for this window that will happen in the country. I agree with you that it's a good time to showcase the other talents that haven't been discovered yet if ever he'll give them some playing time.

Yes a big win by NLEX team and now they are in the top 3 for this conference with a record of 5-2 which is pretty good for them because we all know how hard to be in top 3 and I was surprise that they are very improving a lot and now they are willing to give us a good lineup to with the help of their import. Which pretty good and by the support of their local players improving a lot. For hope they will continue the momentum so that they will in to the quarter finals .

What an interesting outcome, I was in the impression that it will be Converge that will win the game as they are really playing well at the beginning, unlikely to say that NLEX fought back and in that close game ending NLEX shine up and snatch the win against Converge an entertaining end so for sure fans loves it, especially those who take the risk betting for either handicap or ML for NLEX! Congrats mga Kabayan!

The 53 points of Converge's import has been wasted because they didn't get the victory. It was a close match where Converge was leading most of the game, but the sequences of possessions in the final minutes of the 4th quarter was the reason why NLEX got the lead and Alas' three at the end was the dagger for the FiberXers.

Good redeem game for Selden Jr. as he scored 35 points, played very good in the paint and has 3 blocks as well, and that is after his awful performance against the Magnolia Hotshots. Alas also has 31 points, and that three of him in the dying seconds of the game was just amazing. If you watched the whole game, you will feel the intensity around it even you are just watching live. Both teams want to win, and NLEX got the last laugh. Now the NLEX and Converge are now tied with 5-2 a piece.

I also watched the first game between the Phoenix and TerraFirma, and it was all Phoenix all the way. TerraFirma can't capitalize the absence of Phoenix's import during the 2nd half. Shots aren't sinking for them. The ball aren't moving for the Dyip and mostly it was isolation plays. Just an easy win for the Fuelmasters.

It didn't happen I mean 4th quarter is a tie ball game between the two teams, Phoenix equalized the rally of DYIP like what you have said, DYIP import unable to find help with his teammates in his struggling night 3 out of 15 shots, not good for someone who likely be the main alpha for the team.

They were tied in the 4th quarter, but it wasn't enough to erase the big lead of the Phoenix. The final score was 125-100, and you can tell that Phoenix had a great shooting game due to the poor defense of DYIP. Maybe they didn't play hard in the 4th quarter anymore as they were already sure that DYIP wouldn't be able to come back.

It's anybody's ball game still, even if one team is up a double digit, as long as there's still plenty of time, the opposite could mount a come back to make it a close game.

Let's forget about that team. They are a trash team because they are only used as a farm team by big teams in the PBA. They may have some good games, but there's no consistency in this team. They lost by 25 points against Phoenix, which shows that they are not a competitive team.

Meanwhile, we have Converge vs NLEX. This game would probably turn out to be low-scoring because of their tight defense. The good import match up makes me believe that this will be different from the first game's outcome, and it should be a close game.
