And who's excited for their coming back? they're about to start within a few days.

The major effect if they will not follow is they cannot start up the season so they really need to comply what government ask to them but I believe that PBA management knows about it already and working to make all this things done. For now lets wait for the season to start again since this is good to see that we can watch again the live coverage of PBA games. Can't wait to bet for strong teams there 😁.

They are called farm teams of big teams, so their job is just to draft players, send them to their strong team if the player has already developed his skills and they don't have to think or approved as they are built that way.

As per rumor, SMB farm team is Northport and Mahinra, while TNT's farm team is blackwater.

That (Mahinra) was an old name of the KIA , their name now is Terrafirma DYIP.

These rumors will not be confirmed but we saw what is happening and we have our own opinion, and for me, I also agree that they are farm teams as they are not competitive enough to win a championship. Lots of great players from Blackwater shipped to TNT, AFAIR, we have Ray Parks and Mark G. Belo traded to Meralco which is also owned by Pangilinan.

Jio Jalalon has been on the news months ago, it was a personal one and he even have a viral video on that. He is rumored to be traded with that incident but that does not push through but with this recent incident I don't think the Magnolia management will just let this pass away, Jalalon is just too hard-headed.

Not participating in the poll as that was early to discuss. Mostly, the championship guesses are based on the lineup which is not a good criteria for choosing.

As always in every conference, want to see new teams in a different company battling in the Finals like Phoenix (like what they did in the bubble), Alaska, or Rain or Shine. I'm expecting this team to step up as these are not tagged as farm teams and I've seen them really serious in getting the title.

It will remain a rumor forever as obviously, there's no way a farm team can be determined. The negotiations are always under the table and that's what part of PBA politics. Lots of questionable trades since then with SMB franchises as the most who takes an advantage.

Anyhow, it doesn't mean that these farm teams will intentionally not be aggressive in their bid to take the title. It's just that, players from these farm teams are not improving to have a stand in the competition.

I won't say an official source but that's likely.

I agree, even though they are a strong team on papers but still they are humans and having that kind of lineup still has problems.

Just like when CStand went to SMB, many of us think that SMB will be the automatic champion as they are a very strong team on papers but it doesn't translate on the court because of chemistry issues.

But the good thing about this Fajardo-Slaughter tandem in the future is that they knew each other very well and they will set aside their ego and just play hard to win championships, unlike CStand that demanded a longer playing time.

Globalport as a farm franchise, it's easy for this team to let go of their assets, they are no longer aiming for improvement, unlike before when they still have Romeo and Pringle.

They could have traded those two easily but Romeo and Pringle stay with the Northport for a while until they got traded.
Romeo's journey is quite interesting as he was traded with TNT but eventually got traded to SMB, while on Pringle, he was directly traded to BGSM.
