The problem with Game 1 on Meralco is bench production.
That probably is, looking at the rotation is most of the minutes allocated are only to their key players and the situation is those key players are exhausted with the minutes they spent on the court. I just read an article stating that this time around Game 2 wouldn't probably the same as Coach Norman Black will use his bench players more often but the probability that Durham is used as it was is likely a 100%, they can't win without him IMO.
The same with the Ginebra Kings, they can't win without Brownlee. (in the figure below, Ginebra looks to rely more on their import)
https://www.pba.ph/recap?match=1480250

The top 3 scorers for Meralco are the following :

Durham 25 points
Almazan 20 points
Newsome 24 points.

While for the kings

Brownlee 38 points
Aguilar 16 points
Tenorio 14 points
Though stats showed like that but the key players of GSM make their moves in the final quarter and make a huge impact to help lifting the team to win. Adjustment will surely be noticed in this coming game 2, Coaches will try to review and find those lapses from both sides.
Expect Meralco to bring the ball more in the hands of Durham and let him played the way he's really known.

So game 2 line is now live, what do you think about the current line?

it's the opposite of the game 1 line, does it mean the Meralco Bolts will be able to even the series?
I like to hear your thoughts about this because personally I feel after the game tomorrow, this series will be even.

For the championship, yes GSM has the upper hand but if I will bet for each game, game 2 will be for meralco and I'm sure they can adjust their plays. I think this series will reach game 6 or game 7 for GSM.
for me this is too early to tell that GSM is on the Ups for championship because we have just watch the game 1 and there are 6 more games left(if the season make up to 7 games)and Bolts is showing good as well so i think this game will be one of the best championship in PBA.

and also like what have said above me,Bench scoring is what meralco needs to develop if they want to take the trophy from Ginebra.

The thing that concerns me is Meralco is that their point guard Amer has been put to the bench I guess for the rest of the 4th quarter and that surely lacks the offensive awareness of the team. I know that he lacks the defensive capability but his help with the offense especially on the crucial seconds that they have chance/s to tie or take the lead that for sure has helped them. Well, let just see what Game 2 can bring and what are the coaches' strategies this time around.

Amer is horribly shooting at the field so Black benched him to see if others can fill the hole.

The problem with Game 1 on Meralco is bench production. Looking at the stats is horrible and unacceptable. They wasted the production of Newsome, Almazan, and Durham. If only at least 1 or 2 players coming from the bench step up they have a chance to win that game. It's only a 4 point lead. Painful loss with that kind of small lead.

As usual, they already know what to do and see if that will changed in Game 2.

I expect an adjustment in game 2, they have seen a lot in game 1 and this is a long series so we can see a lot of adjustments along the way.
Game 1 was a close 1 but we can't expect that game 2 is still a close one, probably it's still going to be a low scoring team as both teams are more focus on their defense, though I lose my first game bet but I am still thankful as I bet on the Ginebra to win the series, but it's a long series, no sense to celebrate early.

The key players for Meralco to win this series are Almazan and Maliksi. They have the experience and leadership to take the team into the championship. If Ginebra locks these two players down, the championship will surely go to the Gin Kings. But if these two performs, couple with the scoring capabilities of Durham, they can give Ginebra one hell of a fight.

That's noticeable not sure why Norman Black let him rest for quite some time, he's been cold after he returned and unable to deliver those last few shots.
Newsome played well in the final quarter but not enough to power the team up. This key players needs to adjust and be more aggressive in game number 2 in order to tied up the series.

As of now I go for GSM, even I want to win the bolts in this cup. The reason is GSM win in game no.1, the momentum is in GSM. They have lot of experience in championship, especially the import of GSM and other veterans player.
It's early to judge that GSM has the momentum because there is still plenty of time that MERALCO may change its plays on the court and judging by the last game the two teams showed great performance and it's a close game. The experience really matters here but AFAIK there are players on Bolts side that do experience finals game even Durham has that though he hasn't have any championship yet but Almazan does as well as Maliksi.

It's just game 1 though, there's still time to win back game 1 lose and I would still bet on the Meralco Bolts for game 2.

Game 2 is the best time to bet for Meralco since the Kings took game 1. Coach Norman Black for sure will make some adjustment to contain Japeth and also minimize the output of Brownlee. Series games are games of adjustments so we expect the Bolts will make up for those misses they have on game 1 where they almost won that one.
i have already bet for Bolts since i believe that Kings won't make 2 consecutive wins but i also knew the capacity of Ginebra as the fans is boosting their them to always take the momentum.

i may consider betting to Kings also for smaller amount i think.

One of the most popular games in the Philippines is basketball, and they make their organization that is the Philippines Basketball Association. One of the recent matches today is the Genebra versus Meralco. Many people support their different team bias, but the game is tough to predict because even genebra is one of the strongest team, the meralco can face the problem about that because even they looks like an underdog until they can face the enemy. Best them, they know they can win.
The genebra still conquer the game and win the first series of 91-87, and they already told that the game is hard against the mercalco but still the goal is to win against them.
This is a popular match up as this two already faced in finals 2 times already if I am not mistaken, and I want to correct you a bit, it's not genebra but Ginebra, and not mercalco but meralco, please double check your spelling before making a post as not everyone would get what you mean.

The series is a best of 7, if Meralco wins game 2, probably it could end up a long series.

Bet on Meralco in game 2, if they loses, bet on them in game 3, that's the best strategy that could probably give you a good win, there's no way Ginebra will sweep Meralco in this game, they have the capacity to win and this match up have gained a lot of crowd, so that means money.

Maybe coach Black will also talk with Almazan as he shoot 2 consecutive crucial shots in the final quarter where the Gins managed to convert those positions. It's a great battle for LA and Amer as they both have the influence aside from the two imports. LA commanded the game so well in the final minutes he took over and manage to convert.

I will definitely do that, I will double my bet so if Meralco will win, I would still end up profitable in the series.
I also like to bet on the Meralco first half because in case they will lose in game 2, at least they have a chance to win the first half and normally a team that wants to even the series are starting the game strong.

I will try to bet on the first half/full game bet if its available, I didn't notice that one in my last bet as I only put one bet.
That kind of offer usually gives good odds, for example Ginenbra is the favorites, I can take Ginebra/Meralco and that could give big odds.
