France scored, was offside from Pavard I think.
Great idea not using Var.

Slava Ukraini!
Turkey win was big surprise. Their lead 2:0 after first half didn't reflected game because Netherlands played better. Netherlands made comeback from 3:0 to 3:2 when they scored 2 goals in minutes, but it wasn't enough, Turkey scored 4th goal after few minutes.
Belgium - Wales probably most interesting game tonight. But odds for Belgium win is just too low. Sames as France win against Ukraine.
Slovenia - Croatia should be interesting. Croatia are favorites, but I don't think going to win this game.
I'm betting on Montenegro win tonight @1.72. Latvia are just playing terrible even against their own level teams. Montenegro isn't world class team, but they are much better.

I wouldn't bet against Turkey that easily, I mean they managed to beat last champion France in the groups, and they managed to get out for euro cup as well, that seems like a thing that could still happen for Netherlands as well. Don't get me wrong I think Netherlands is the better team here, but I also assumed Turkey would lose to France as well but they didn't.

So that is why I think it will definitely be the most exciting game of tomorrow, because we do not know which Turkey will show up, the one that missed world cup, or the one that beat France? Both of them are different ones and that is why I think it is going to be a bit different this year. Slovenia and Croatia will be a close one as well if you ask me and Serbia Ireland game could be close as well, I just do not know what will happen with those three games, they look closer than anything else.

Bet365 has Turkey at 10/3, and Netherlands at 3/4. It is really surprising. I would not agree with these odds. The gambling sites are under-estimating Turkey. A good strategy would be to place two bets on this match. One for a win by Turkey (10/3, i.e 4.33) and the second one for draw (14/5 or 3.80). I believe that there is a very high chance for either of these two outcomes. BTW, France vs Ukraine also looks interesting.
Thank you for having share this nice value bet but please next time specify the odds in the international format (ie the continental/european one) since the beginning of your post, you did it in the middle of your post but people don't always read each lines of all posts unfortunately.  Undecided Thank you very much

I would say that Netherlands is simply finished in this match

the game ended, Is a nightmare for netherlands, turkey managed to score 4 goals and conceded only two goals, knowing that in this group they have:

Gilbraltrar (very weak)

Latvia (very weak)

Montenegro (also weak)

Norway (also weak)

I think Turkey could finish first in that group

I would say that Netherlands is simply finished in this match. Hakan Çalhanoğlu has scored and that puts Turkey ahead by 3-0. Netherlands looks completely demoralized and some of their players look frustrated. Netherlands need to be careful here. Even if they lose the match, they need to make sure that the goal difference is not that big. Because it is a tough group and in the end, the goal difference may decide who qualifies to the next stage.

Netherlands have brought the score to 3-2 in only two minutes which is really insane. Klaassen and L. de Jong scored the goals. It is really surprising that Turkey had a very big score advantage but now things have changed a lot. The competition is higher now and I wonder whether Turkey will manage to secure the win. Whatever result we see, it is going to be still a great game in the end.

Yeah.. even I was stunned by those two quick goals. But Netherlands ignored their defense and went all out attack hoping to score one more goal. And Turkey used that opportunity to take the lead to 4-2. It really going crazy. Both the teams are attacking with all their strength. The issue for Netherlands here is that they don't have much time remaining to score a minimum of two more goals. Two minutes of regular time, and maybe 3-4 minutes of injury time.

4-2 now, and everything looks over for the Netherlands. What a disaster.

The Turkish players seemed to be on fire whereas the Netherlands is known to have a strong defense just look at their match history, no one has scored more than 2 goals
And today Turkey did it even with 3 goals. Only 20 minutes left so I think Netherland lost today this is really surprising, I took a risk in the 70th minute for the Both Teams to score bet, let's see.

However, today is the first day for all teams to compete and I think it is still difficult to predict, so it doesn't hurt to try my luck in this qualifying match. Therefore, I personally am not surprised by the defeat of the Netherlands by Turkey in this first half, because I also realize the chances of winning for the Netherlands are not big so yes, I will just enjoy the match and a little bet today.

I bet on the victory of the Netherlands, although I had my doubts about it! Grin
We'll see how this match ends, but the Turks play a good game!
As I said above - qualifying matches are always unpredictable!

Dude, you are going to lose your money today.

Turkey leading Netherlands by 2-0 after 35 minutes. Burak Yılmaz scores his second goal, this time from a penalty kick. Netherlands is disintegrating right now. If they don't come back strongly after the second half, then I assume that they will lose by a big margin (4-0 or 5-0). Anyone think that Netherlands will fail to qualify for the FIFA World Cup 2022? When was the last time that Netherlands didn't qualified for the world cup? Not in recent memory as far as I know.

WTF is going on here? For Netherlands, shit hits the fan. Can you believe it? After 22 minutes of play, Turkey is leading Netherlands by 1-0. Burak Yılmaz scored the goal for Turkey, from an assist by Hakan Çalhanoğlu. Netherlands is in deep shit. Group G is never going to be easy, with Norway also competing for the top slot. If Turkey manages to win this match, then Netherlands would be in a lot of trouble.

Qualifying matches are always unpredictable! I wouldn't be surprised if Iceland beats Germany... Especially these are the first matches when the national teams haven't played yet this season and after the pandemic! I am sure it will be interesting!

Iceland have defeated big teams before and they have a reputation as giant killers. But Germany? I would love to see Iceland thrashing Germany. But it sounds so unrealistic. Germany remains one of the best teams in the UEFA region. More realistically I would expect Iceland to put up a good performance against Romania, which would give them a chance to advance to the second round.

BTW... around 10 minutes remain for the Turkey vs Netherlands match. It's going to be super-exciting!!!

yes
From tomorrow games I don't see any particular interesting game to watch on Tv.The stronger teams are playing against weaker ones so in theory they should win.I am not going to bet though as surprises have happened all the time in the qualifiers.
Spain - Greece will be a fantastic clash, though Spain has more star players. In their last 4 encounters Spain managed to only win with a goal margin 2 out of the four matches ended with both teams finding the back of their respective nets. Betting on BTTS is a nice market. Even with the fact that Sweden is in the group Greece would want to stay up a bit too.

I've not considered this before, but I wonder if Islam plays a role here.
Islam is obviously a major influence on Turkish people, and Islam considers betting to be unacceptable behaviour... so if we consider that people often bet to support their own country, we might see a lot of Dutch people betting for the Netherlands to win, and a lot of Turkish people not betting at all. Which could skew the betting heavily towards the Netherlands, which would then be reflected in the odds that are offered.

It might be worth investigating this, if no-one has already. Are teams from Islamic nations always under-estimated in betting odds?

That's not true. There are a number of matches which can be very close. Check these:

Turkey vs Netherlands
Wales v Belgium
Ukraine v France
Rep of Ireland v Serbia
Croatia v Slovenia

Obviously there are a few one-sided matches, such as Russia v Malta and Norway v Gibraltar. But this is a qualifying tournament, and therefore you can expect a certain number of such matches. The lineup for tomorrow also looks exciting, with these matches:

Greece v Spain
Switzerland v Bulgaria
Iceland v Germany
Austria v Scotland

Yes, for some reason bookmakers greatly overestimate the chances of some teams... In addition to Turkey, I would also highlight the match Spain vs Greece... Spain is certainly a strong opponent, but Greece also plays good soccer! They were even European champions in 2004... Damn, how long ago it was! Grin
In general, I think the Greeks are a strong team too...
