10.81 odds on Connecticut Suns winning by 11+ in game 1 against Las Vegas Aces is tempting for me and I cannot resist it. I know it is very unlikely that it will happen, but it is game 1 of the finals. If there is a time that any team can surprise their opponents, this is the time. Having the Suns on a roll and having momentum in their Conference win over Sky, I believe they are much more motivated to win this game 1. As for 11+ points margin, if they caught the Aces off guard, they could do this. The Aces had a hard time with the Storm, and they only have a few scoring options. They will be having a harder time controlling the scoring of the Suns.

I also took over 168.5. Hopefully, my bets pan out. Good luck with your bet fellows!
Oh yeah, that's tempting indeed but I won't go that far.  Grin I am too afraid to take that kind of risk.
Over 168.5 though seems attainable, I may take that one too.
The Moneyline for Connecticut Sun will be my pick at 2.90. They won Game 1 against Wings and the same against the Sky. I wish they could keep the streak at winning Game 1's especially this battle with the Aces. It will be better to start it strong shaking the confidence of their opponent.
Defensive intensity will be the key to winning the game as both teams have weapons that could change the pace of the game.

Sky's defense is suffocating, it's difficult to imagine how the Connecticut Sun pulled out a win. Candace Parker defensively was superb and made 2 important 3's, everything is going in for the Chicago Sky, and the lead even went to 11 points.
It's almost like a win for them and yet, the Sun didn't give up.
Increased their energy to a level higher than the Sky, Jonquel Jones defense went to monster mode, ball distribution was spot on, and transition plays were near perfection.
The 11 points lead was 50-61 with 7 minutes remaining in the game. The Sky scored only 2 points, for the rest of the game.

The ball distributions are so great as we seen the offensive productions are almost identical,

nothing to say, but that tight defense brings the Suns to the finals. They are playing with full of heart inside the game
and they didn't lose hope even the Sky dominated them during 2nd and 3rd quarters.

That comeback in the 4th was superb, they are playing together synchronize with both defense and offense limiting the
Sky to create a good play and make a basket.

This semi-final series is undoubtedly entertaining. There are a lot of crazy endings and the entertainment value is through the roof. Obviously, the skills and talent in NBA are far ahead of WNBA but the entertainment value and competitiveness against each other are there. We are still witnessing very good basketball in this league.

No doubt it was, and seriously I have never guessed who's really going to win until the game ends, is pretty much entertaining at that and because of that, I will then wait for the next season after this season ends, and this 2022 WNBA surely is my best WNBA experience yet, I love the Chicago Sky, but apparently, the Connecticut Sun came prepared for them so I also great with the results, and for this coming finals match I surely know who I am going to bet for the finals,

I lost as well. I really thought that Chicago will be able to make a comeback at this game since it is their homecourt but the defense of Suns in the last few minutes of the game proved fatal for the Sky. As you said, Sky was not able to score and the huge lead was deleted.

We are now set for the WNBA Finals series between Las Vegas Aces and Connecticut Suns. This will be another exciting series and I am not very sure for now who has the real advantage. Las Vegas Aces are the top seed and have very good players that have good defense and killer outside shooting. While Connecticut Suns are performing very well. Do you think they can pull an upset against the #1 seed?

Yup! the Connecticut Sun really is great in both offense and defense that is why I may root for them for the finals, but I will still be looking at the game 1 results to further ensure that it will be a profitable bet for the Connecticut Sun,

For the upcoming game, I am also excited aswell and after this finals, it is all goodbye for this season and we are now having a new NBA season this coming October, pretty much the Connecticut Sun will be fully prepared to dominate the Las Vegas Aces for the finals,

It was really an incredible game to watch and certainly, people are still going to say there is no entertaining game to watch, but this is proof that the WNBA is worthy of Attention they surely just need to not compare the two, because it is a different excitement and caliber of play, And this is what I am talking about,

Indeed it was entertaining and they sure are worthy of more viewers. There are not many women basketball players and I guess this is the reason why they cannot stretch the possibility of making it more like an NBA type of match. A long season with long playoff games. 8 teams in the West and the same with the East. And maybe the conflict of sharing a basketball court is also a problem.

I think they can. We saw how the Storm changed our perspectives while playing with the Aces. It's almost like a win for them every game and they gave the Aces a difficult time.
The Connecticut Sun has more offensive power and their options for who will shoot the ball are not limited to 2 players.
Just looking at the stats in Game 5 against the Sky will tell how the ball was shared.

I doubt that Chicago will have a back-to-back bad performance especially since it is an elimination game. With everything on the line for the season, they will have to find their game in front of their home crowd. The crowd will be the difference maker in this game. Sky will have the support of the crowd and they will play better. Chicago Sky is a better team and they have to prove it in this game.

It is hard to predict the winner in this series but in a close-out game, I will go with the one with home-court advantage. I will go with Sky to win and also to cover the spread.

Apparently, I lost, and the Sun has surfaced the winning they really did stop Candace Parker and they have limited her in making points and it was 7 points but Kahleah Copper has made 22 points but it wasn't enough to the gameplay the Connecticut Sun has shown Jonquel Jones and Alyssa Thomas both have a double-double performance of  10 rebounds Jones has 15 points while Thomas has 12, it was a good rotation of he score that the team have made it and win the game,

Candace Parker has done her all, and focusing on defense suffers greatly for her not scoring well, but there is a proven factor that her lack of score also suggests that the Sun has immobilized her from making any crucial points, but Kahleah Copper has risen to the occasion and making 22 points leading the game, but it was not enough to the rotational scoring of the Connecticut Sun that has made a progresses lead for the game, I have lost the bet but It didn't matter because of the great game I watch, and Congrats to you for winning it,

So guys, what team do you think will go against the Aces? Sun or Sky?
I mean, there's no telling what could happen since both teams are doing great and that's why we have a Game 5. It's a perfect match.
Maybe I will just go all the way for the Sun since from the start I was mostly betting for them.

Man, I never thought that Sue Bird is already 41 years old, this is something I haven't seen and her departure was really expected and right now I think Seattle Storm needs to look for her replacement, looking forward to that,
It will be difficult to find a good replacement for her. She was something else despite her age, the agility is intact and so does the wise playmaking skill set.
On a different level because of her experience, she is like the Jason Kidd of the WNBA. (I think I already said that before.) Cheesy
Here's an appreciation clip from the WNBA page.

I watch the game 4 of this series and I see the confidence of the Suns playing at home. The good ball rotation might be

the key for this team to win and advance to the finals, if they can maintain that good outside shooting and also the ball
rotations. They have that kind of trust with each other, they just need to keep the defense tight and not to allow Sky to
gain the same confidence, a very close match and whoever wins deserves the spot, but personally I'm with the Suns here
good luck!

Well Sue Bird is really irreplaceable but I think they can manage to get one until the next season starts, watching the video I really don't have any Idea about the WNBA and this is the 1st time and 1st season I am appreciating it, and Sue Bird's departure is something every fan of the Seattle Storm will be saddened but they will surely miss her, loving her this season because this is the 1st time seeing WNBA and Sue Bird along with Breanna Stewart had got me into this game, and I will surely miss it,

The last match for the Semi-finals and just like you I am also torn between the two on who's going to win, but likely, and also just like you I am also going with the team that I pick since day 1, and that will be the Chicago Sky, on their recent game on game 4 the Connecticut Sun have prevented Candace Parker from making a huge score she only Scored 11 point I think the Chicago Sky needs to help Candace Parker at the same time keeping the whole team in making shots and getting as many players on the team gets double-digit points I think this will assure the win for the Chicago Sky, but pretty much Connecticut Sun is a team to know what they are doing, and even though the Chicago Sky have the home court advantage the Sun can likely still win this, but good luck to the both of us and may the best team wins,

The small ball played by the Aces seemed too much for the Storm. They played this strategy in two consecutive games but the Storm did not find a way to counter this. A'ja Wilson has free reign in the paint and Chelsea Gray has the ability to isolate in the perimeter. This contributes to the defeat of the Storms. Both Sue Bird and Tina Charles need to contribute to help Breanna Stewart who will certainly be guarded by A'ja Wilson again. Wilson is doing a great job limiting Stewart. If Bird and Charles can have a dominant game, it can open up the opportunity for Stewart to score.

Las Vegas will likely end the series in this game and punch their ticket to the Finals.

But apparently, it is not enough Breanna Stewart is a real monster she really wants to win badly that 42 points were really something she is the only one that is lifting the team, while Sue Bird and Tina Charles are nowhere to be found, while Jewell Loyd is the one supporting Stewart in making the score surely the Las Vegas Aces have prepared a deadlock for the Storms, it was sad that Breanna Stewart really wants this win badly but it was all goes down the drain,

I was about to say prolong the game but I was watching the 4th quarter and there are too many errors in Storm's defense. They are confused or the Aces made them like that. Chelsea Gray was always left whenever a pick and roll happens.
Aces won the game in a respectable and difficult way. It was intense from games 1-4.
On the other side, Sun vs Sky is tied in the series.

Time to say goodbye to Sue Bird. Retiring at 41 years old.
Thank you, Sue.

I was truly sad by the result and 2 of my picks lost I surely have some faith for the Storm because of how good of a player Breanna Storm is, but I guess she really needs an equal companion to accommodate her for the Seattle Storm next season, for now, Congrats to the Las Vegas Aces in making it to the finals right now they will have to wait who ever win on the next game of the Connecticut Sun VS Chicago Sky that is heating up on a series tie,

Man, I never thought that Sue Bird is already 41 years old, this is something I haven't seen and her departure was really expected and right now I think Seattle Storm needs to look for her replacement, looking forward to that,

Here is the sad result for my 2 picks and bets

Seattle Storm VS Las Vegas Aces SCORE 92 - 97 - LOST

The way that they stopped Breanna Stewart is really unexpected now that Stewart is being exposed I am confused about what the Seattle Storm could do next that the Las Vegas Aces stopped their main player, is it time for Sue Bird or Tina Charles to take over or the Seattle will come up with a plan to make Breanna Stewart effective again, I guess this is some of my questions that I think pretty much exciting for us if what may happen next, but I will now give my predictions and picks for tomorrows game,

Connecticut Sun VS Chicago Sky

Stake odds for this game are 1.83 for the Sun while 1.87 for the Sky, right now both teams don't have any injuries right now Chicago Sky is in the lead 2 - 1, right now the Sky may take their previous win as momentum to win against the Sun that is in the home advantage, or if the Sun could take revenge on their next game, for me it really is a close game that is why pretty much it is hard to predict who's going to win but I am faithful to the Chicago Sky, but both teams are really great in my opinion but still my pick will be the Chicago Sky,

Seattle Storm VS Las Vegas Aces

Stake odds for this game are 1.85 for the Storm while 1.85 for the Aces aswell, this game is pretty much interesting aswell, do the Storm will have a counter for the defense of the Aces against Breanna Stewart or will they focus more on giving the shots on both Sue Bird or Tina Charles pretty much they can build a momentum for the other players of the Storm, when there are a heavy defense for Stewart but I I guess we will need to find out on the next game, for me I will still go with the Seattle Storm

I did not watch it live but saw the highlights. That was a wild last 6.9 seconds in the fourth quarter. A'ja Wilson drived to the basket to give Aces a 1-point lead with 2.7 seconds left. But then Sue Bird made a 3-point catch and shoot from the corner that shifted the lead to Storm by 2. It was clear that there was still time left when the ball went in, so I think the referee was right in adjusting the clock to 1.8 seconds. The play for the inbound pass to Young in the paint was brilliant. You are right, they should have fouled her and let her earn the points in the line. Storms must have felt exhausted after failing to close out the game with that 3 from Bird. They run out of gas in the overtime.

Good job for the Aces in limiting Stewart to only 20 points. I think this will be the strategy again next game.

Yes, it might be. It was successful for the whole 3 quarters of the regulation. IIRC, she didn't even make it to 10 points at that more or less 25 minutes of game time. The Aces knew if they could just cripple one of their offensive player they will have the win. I am actually surprised it still ended in almost a win for the Storm if not for the buzzer-beater overtime play. Perhaps it also exhausts them while Stewart is just trusting her teammates to do the job without her getting a chance.

Overtime was all Aces, I stopped watching even when there was a minute left in the game.

What a mess.
Seattle Storm already had the win but the officials reviewed and added more time for the Aces to be able to get a catch and shoot and end the fourth quarter for an overtime deuce buzzer-beater by Jackie Young. Should've just fouled her and tried her at the free-throw line. Wrong decision by whoever was defending her.
Aces won and they successfully stopped Stewart's offensive madness in 3 quarters with a nonstop exhausting double-team strategy. Most of her points came from the 4th quarter where she caught fire.
A'ja Wilson, player of the game with 34 points and 11 rebounds.  Shocked

That OT has really caused them to lose against the Aces, they were exhausted so much that they can not handle it, and pretty much Breanna Stewart has done her all to win the game she got she got 15 rebounds and 20 points towards the game, but A'ja Wilson was really hot, she got 11 rebounds and 34 points for the Las Vegas Aces, I think the Storm needs to look further on her next time, they have a home court advantage and they blew it all the way, next game is another shot for them on their home court, they need to look further for possible mistakes they made,

Here is my pick for today's game in WNBA 2022 semifinals

Connecticut Sun VS Chicago Sky SCORE 72 - 76 - WIN

great job for the Chicago Sky, they really make it a team play for them, even though it was a close game, Candace Parker has  a double-double performance of 11 rebounds and 16 points, with Kahleah Copper getting 15 points, Emma Meesseman got 13 points and Courtney Vandersloot got 12, for the Chicago Sky in the win,

Seattle Storm VS Las Vegas Aces SCORE 98 - 110 - LOST

It turns out that OT has caused the Storm so much they are out of breath but A'ja Wilson just still playing while on the Overtime, while Brianna Stewart was shut to just 20 points but has got 15 rebounds towards the game but every player on the Storm have scored 2 digit points but it was sad that they lost this game, and Aces really amazing in my opinion,
