Yeah, that's true, it's my mistake for having doubts before the game starts.

August 29. I have my predictions ready for the Aces vs Storm as I think the Aces will dominate that series.
But for the Sky and Sun, it will be a close fight.
During the season, I have seen both teams coming back from a large deficit against other teams. Even a game that looks like a blowout can change.

As of their past meetings. Here is their box score. August 1 and 8.

Well, we should not doubt our favorite team, now that we are in the semi-finals I think this will be a serious game from now on, there is no room for mistakes this time, but the 1st 2 games will be on August 29, so we will be having much time to research and look for various outcomes on what may happen to the upcoming games, 1st game will be against the Las Vegas Aces VS the Seattle Storm, now looking back on the Aces and Storms recent matches there were 3 matches to date and 2 wins for the Las Vegas Aces and only 1 win for the Storms, so for me, the Las Vegas Aces surely have a chance, here while the 2nd game Chicago Sky VS Connecticut Sun there were 4 games in total for their recent games and all 4 was a close game win for the Chicago Sky, so I will be making a lot of assessment depending on player injuries but the Sky might likely can win here,

^I forgot to bet, well I did think I made the bet for the Connecticut Sun after I shared the post yesterday but checking it now, there is none. Damn memory problems.

I doubted them, maybe that's why I didn't place the bet.
The Wings did great at Game 2 which made me believe it will end in a close game and the spreads will not hit.
DeWanna Bonner. That lady is a big threat to any team. Someone in the Sky roster must focus the defense on her because they cannot leave her anywhere on the floor. She can shoot inside and also outside. 21 points. Wow.

It looks like it, the New York Liberty just got lucky now the Chicago Sky is facing Connecticut Sun next on August 29 in a best of 5 games, now with that game I think this will be a hard-to-predict game now that it is between this two teams, I may have lost with the recent games but I would surely deep research for this by looking at these two teams past games that I could compare who's really going to within this best of 5,

The result of my pick for today's game with the quarter-finals of the WNBA

Dallas Wings VS Connecticut Sun SCORE 58 - 73 - WIN

It was a tied game at the end of the 1st half, while the Connecticut Sun have an advantage at the start of the 2nd half, it truly was a great game at the start but the momentum for the Sun when Alyssa Thomas and DeWanna Bonner have managed to make that momentum for the Connecticut Sun, and that is the time that the Dallas Wings doesn't make any progress with their score, Marina Mabrey have 20 points for the Wings, Veronica Burton has 10 points, while Jonquel Jones has double-double performance of 10 rebounds and 11 points, Alyssa Thomas 13 points DeWanna Bonner 21 leading points for the Connecticut Sun,

The difference was seen in Game 2. It's like Liberty got lucky in Game 1 only or the Sky was not that ready when they faced them.
But in Game 2 it was shown how far the Sky is in strength as it ended with a blowout game.

Again, another blowout here in Game 3. And just like I predicted, Candace Parker will do her work ending with a double-double and the addition of 8 assists to help out to win their first Round.
Now we wait on what team they will face. Wings vs Sun later.

Well I have lost my bet, I thought that the New York Liberty would win this but it was really still risky, but in the following next game maybe I would still go for the Liberty, maybe they may get their revenge on their next game I don't know why but there might be a chance that the Liberty could win this next time it was another close match and the Liberty is nearly closing the gap, but I will stick to the injuries next time,

New York Liberty VS Chicago Sky SCORE 72 - 90 - LOST

I may have lost this game but the Liberty still have their chance, but 2nd quarter for the Chicago Sky surely has their momentum on the top, Candace Parker is one hell of a rebounder, always having Double-double performance for the Chicago Sky, because of that she is really a precious asset for the team, but here is my pick for the next game,

Dallas Wings VS Connecticut Sun

Stake odds are 2.90 for the Wings while 1.36 for the Sun, Still Arike Ogunbowale isn't able to play for the Wings, while the sun still has a complete team, while Bria Hartley and Jasmine Thomas were out for this season, that is why for this game I think that the Connecticut Sun should win this even if Dallas Wings has home court advantage I will still pick the Connecticut Sun winning this game,

Do or die. Liberty homecourt. This is going to be a challenging game for the Sky.
Although it will be the homecourt of Liberty they are still the underdog due to the rankings. They may win in Game 1 but the favorites don't change and the same goes with my pick. I am betting for the Sky -7.5.

I am expecting Candace Parker to give her all in this game with the goal to advance in round 2 and maybe more, the Finals.

She never ceases to amaze me aswell in both games against the Washington Mystics she both got a double-double performance, even in the game against the Las Vegas Aces I think she keeps on improving her plays, and I think this will continue until the semi-finals well if this continues then the Seattle Storm will take the win and advance, that is for sure,


Don't forget about Kayla Thornton that pretty much made a huge lead in the game, for the Dallas Wings, but I can not be so sure about that because the Connecticut Sun can surely take their revenge on the next match, and yeah you surely got lucky with your bets congrats to it,

Well, next match and this is my pick,

New York Liberty VS Chicago Sky

Right now the New York Liberty doesn't have any injuries while the Sky has Kahleah Copper with an Ankle injury, and pretty much she is needed on this team, but I guess Candace Parker and Courtney Vandersloot is enough for the Liberty but we can not underestimate the Liberty so in the absence of Kahleah Copper I think they will be having a hardtime against the Liberty so my pick will be the New York Liberty  

It was. Those two teams had been banging hard and playing at their highest level of the game.
Breanna Stewart never ceases to amaze me. Her stats was almost the same as Game 1 and she got better at facilitating their team. From 4 assists to 8 assists in Game 2.
But here comes big trouble, the Aces in Round 2.

I stopped watching at the 3rd quarter of this game. It was too one-sided. 28 points lead, iirc. McCowan was dominating the inside in both offense and defense. Then there's Allisha Gray who is punishing them shooting everywhere.

I still got lucky, thanks to Storm. 

It was really an unpredictable game at first the Seattle Storm was doing great until the Mystic has the lead drop to 2 at the end of the 1st half, then the Storm accumulated their momentum in taking the win, pretty much it was an unpredictable game until the Storm have decided to finish it on the 2nd half, they don't really let the Mystic gained another leading score,

Now here are my results for the game today

Connecticut Sun VS Dallas Wings SCORE 79 - 89  - LOST

A shocking thing happen, I thought that the Connecticut Sun will be pretty much dominant in this game but the Dallas was the dominant in the 1st quarter with a whopping 22 for the Wings while 7 for the Sun, and because of that lead on the 1st quarter the Connecticut Sun doesn't know how they can turn the tables around, pretty much the players of the Sun did their best but that lead is simply just impossible,
 
Seattle Storm VS Washington Mystics SCORE 97 - 84 - LOST

Another loss for me is pretty much the Washington Mystics can not turn back what they have lost it was really a close game anything is possible and the Seattle Storm have decided that they will not let the Washington Mystic to pass their score, so their defense was pretty much impressive,

It's -11.5 for the Sun and it's about to start. The odds were not that great because of the blowout in Game 1.
This is a risk and I don't recommend my bet. I'll take the -11.5 for the Sun for being their fan. 

I would love to watch the Mystics vs Storm though later as last time was a hell of a game. It's like both teams are a good match and the lead change happened like 10 times. The competitive spirit between EDD and Stewart is high as they are carrying their teams.

Well, these are my picks for tomorrow's games

Connecticut Sun VS Dallas Wings

Stake odds for this game are 1.10 for the Sun while 5.80 for the Wings, Right now there are no other injuries for the Connecticut Sun aside from Bria Hartley and Jasmine Thomas that are out of this season, while Arike Ogunbowale still can not play for the quarterfinals The Connecticut Sun pretty much dominates the 1st game against the Wings, pretty much the Connecticut Sun teamwork will prevail again they have Jonquel Jones, Alyssa Thomas, DeWanna Bonner to do the job done again, think the Connecticut sun will win this, I will bet -12.5 for Connecticut Sun on handicap,

Seattle Storm VS Washington Mystics

Stake odds for this game are 1.55 for Seattle Storm, while 2.29 for the Mystics, for the Seattle Storm Mercedes Russell is the only out-of-season player, while Tianna Hawkins can not play against the Storm for the Washington Mystics, this is a close game in my opinion, and it is really hard to predict what may happen, but for me, I think the Washington Mystics will get their revenge from their 1st game, this is a risk for me but I am taking it,

My initial bet was actually over but then I changed my mind to under. Should have been 3/3 but 2/3 is still good enough. Better luck next time.


Even without their top scorer, I do not think the Wings will lay down easily. They will surely show up with guns blazing. I am afraid I will stay out of this action but will see if the over odds will improve later. If it improves, I will take the over. Good luck with your bets mate.

It's another blowout game. First, the Sky did it against the Liberty, and now the Aces versus Mercury. They are done.
I should've trusted my instincts to just take the Over total score and stay away from the handicaps. I have been staring at that before the game starts and it did hit.

Tomorrow, Sun vs Wings Game 2. I think the Connecticut Sun would also like to finish this early. I hope good odds will be shown so I can place a nice amount of bet for them.

That was sad if you didn't make a bet for the Chicago Sky, their odds were totally OK and if you got to place some great amount you can still get a few bucks, but the Sky this time has bombarded the Liberty and it was a revenge for them if they can do this in the next game they will be in the lead against the Liberty, Candace Parker has a double-double performance that has to keep them with the pace, 12 rebounds and 12 points is a great to have, while Kahleah Copper mostly taking the great shot, While Liberty seems a bit off, on the other game the Aces really Dominates the Mercury, the Phoenix Mercury doesn't really stand a chance, Chelsea Gray, Kelsey Plum, and A'ja Wilson really did a great job, and remarkable tandem of Gray and Wilson was seen on the game,


That was really a shocking incident for the Mercury without those players I think their forces were depleted as well, but yeah for me it is not profitable to bet for the Aces, but still, if you got a decent amount you can pull off just like you did, I think you can surely make profit out of it, but yeah that was one dominating performance for the Las Vegas Aces no doubt they will be winning against the Mercury to push forward on the Semi,

I doubt that Mercury will be able to cover that spread. They are already depleted without their stars Diana Taurasi and Skylar Diggins-Smith, and now they do not have their starting point guard Shey Peddy because of her ruptured Achilles tendon. I am inclined that Aces will abuse this and will use the lack of defense to score more. Peddy is a good defensive player and without her, Aces will be able to score more freely.

Bro I was late, I just checked the games today and the Sky was already bombarding the Liberty. I was supposed to bet for them as I knew they will be getting their revenge from their loss in Game 1.
I guess I will just take the Game 3 bet for the Sky again.

Aces vs Mercury. I doubt the Aces will let this be a tied series. For sure they will end this now and advance to the next round.
But the spreads given were +17.5 so I think I'll just take that handicap and bet for the Mercury. I wish it will hit this time.

It is likely that the Aces are really dominant but I guess we can still give Credit to New York Liberty that likely made that win and make the Sky lives like a living hell, perhaps if the Las Vegas Aces could have a match with the Chicago Sky, the Chicago Sky can still hit a win, but for the Phoenix Mercury this is very one-sided, in my opinion, but still maybe it just that Sky is not really consistent with their win,


Congrats on your wins, for sure Breanna Stewart was really firing up, she got 23 points along with her 12 rebounds so that is a double-double performance for her, but Elena Delle Donne really did a great job aswell but it was not enough because the Seattle Storm Still wons,

My picks for the games tomorrow, for the WNBA

Chicago Sky VS New York Liberty

Stake odds for this game are 1.22 for Sky while 3.85 for Liberty, right now Li Yueru from Chicago Sky is out for the season, and the Liberty doesn't have any injuries, for me on their last game the New York Liberty just got lucky, but tomorrow I think the Chicago Sky can win this game, so my pick and bet is for Chicago Sky,

Las Vegas Aces VS Phoenix Mercury

Stake odds for this game are 1.04 for Aces while 8.60 for Mercury, right now Dearica Hamby has a knee injury and can not play for Aces, while Diana Taurasi, Skylar Diggins-Smith, and Shey Peddy can not play for the Mercury, last time it was dominating the game for the Aces,  for this game I think they will continue their domination so my pick are the Las Vegas Aces, but I am staying away from Betting because it is not profitable,

Just like that, I got it all back. 


The Sun vs Wings game was fun but not much as fun as what happened with Seattle Storm vs the Washington Mystics.
(EDD) Elena Delle Donne vs Breanna Stewart.
Stewart was on fire on every position of the floor, love that step back that she did during the 3rd quarter. EDD though answered and made her own run to keep the game close. They even had a 5-point lead thanks to her dominance in the paint. But Storm did not give up and won the game. That was the most exciting game I have seen these playoffs.

I guess the Aces are really more dominating than the Sky because they can give Mercury a blown-out game (16 points lead) while the Sky had lost against the Liberty.
Did not see that coming.
Hopefully, my next bet will be a hit.
I am a fan of Connecticut Sun so this is a bit biased. Not recommended.  Sun -9.5
