This is true, and I'm even guessing that more of that actually failed, and the saddest thing is that he percentage of ICos that would fail this year is likely going to bbe more than what we have from last year. This is really sad, and it is making a bad name for ICOs. Because of this, people are beginning to think that it is a very risky thing to invest in ICOs.

Death is inevitable for ICO projects that have no value. If there is an active team, it is possible to insist on holding it on behalf of the token.

at the time the OP made this topic, it was still a little ICO. precisely now there are very many ICOs that end in failures, and scams.
Some have even mentioned that currently almost 90% of ICOs have ended in scams.

This is not surprising. ICOs are no different than startups and most of those fail, sooner or later. The long correction of 2018 also has worsened the ICO misery.

I am not surprised. With this market conditions a lot of projects just couldn't keep going. This combine with all the scam projects and we should have more than 50% failed in my opinion. So 46% is not so bad.

Beside market condition, most ICOs not succsess because they have similiar project with others. Its make ICOs compete with others ICOs or compete with old coin and token.

It's true and A lot of ICO coins will be dying if this bear market continues more days! It is normal because every successful ICO hasn't enough fund for the Ethreum huge fall! I know some projects who raised below even 1 Million USD but they came into exchanges! Now, what about them? Crypto market is bleeding every day in this year, then how can a low raised ICO stay strong? I am not blaming the situation but this is the reality!

I've learned to check the ICOs team members, their projects and their coin's properties...But since I joined social media campaigns here in bitcointalk I learned to know good ICOs and scam...

It was to be expected because several ICOs lack real life applications. Suddenly enough, most of this year ICOs will folow this same bad trend. However, several others are built on good ideas and can hence stand the test of time.

i thought i could be high. i guess many more are on borderline. with the market bear for 8 months, not even top 50 coin can take the brunt.
yes, it really is, because tokens are cheaper and cheaper is not a very good indicator, many projects have already been removed from the exchange, because there is no interest from the community, it's terrible.

Today it is 46%, before the year's end, this figure may already be 70%, and in another year - 80-90%. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the ico
Part of the problem is that regulation is not yet set. The regulatory direction of token securitization will have a huge impact on the overall ICO trend. Some governments are trying to demonstrate leadership by providing proper licensing and schemes to support ICOs.

Even now, ICO is a fraud scheme. many experts have said that this year it was filled with fraud cases and many investors were harmed by this because they had invested

yes right. and many people don't invest in crypto anymore because they are afraid that they will buy scam. this is also a reason why the market is going down. i also buy less tokens . every investor has become more careful now.
