you'd better do some research yourself. many people here can't fully believe it. if u are a long-term investment, you'd better choose some coins with practical value.
You can actually go for any top coin because the market have slip down a bit and is likely to gain momentum in the coming days likely But if you want to get into some i will recommend Tron or Vechain for long hold there will be maybe some serious gain keeping them due to high devs
