It's like the truth. And if you count projects that will eventually disappear after trading on the stock exchange, then the figure, in general, will become very large

Honestly there are loads of phony ICO right now and it even end up hard to know those phony ICO in order to maintain a strategic distance from them. In spite of the fact that one of the approaches to know the numerous phony ICO is to ensure we get some information about them like knowing the correct the venture is about and perusing their whitepaper to check whether it is a commendable task and worth squandering the time on.

Maybe even more than 80%, but to have those remaining revolutionary, good ones it's all worth it IMO! Same like .com bubble, a lot of shite disappeared but the great projects like Amazon remained alive.

ICO is a very dangerous area for new investors. There are traps everywhere in ico, and even many are scams. Once you are not careful enough when investing, you may lose all of yours.

Do you think market needs a tool to define/evaluate projects in a fair/uncorrupted way? To make market more transparent and clear?

I think that about half ICO. 80 is too much
but from the half that is not fraud - 20 percent simply does not even collect its minimum capital
apparently failed projects are usually seen from the very beginning, even in terms of design and objectives

Don't think so. A lot don't manage to sell many/any tokens, but they're not really scams. More like less than 5% are actual scams.

Yes, almost ICO's are scam so be careful on what ICO you will be choosing. Most of them are not legit, and their mission is to take our hard-earned money and run away. Most scam ICO, are taking the advantage of the era of crypto world so be careful on what platform you will be choosing.

sad to see if the scam ico percentage 80%, I just curious this figure is obtained from where, I think only estimates. I think the number 80% is too much, many ico on BTT is successful and went on to trade or a exchange, if it is true that investors should be more careful in choosing the right ICO.

I know, lately, ICO is a scam growing everywhere. But I am sure, there are still many opportunities that are created to get a legitimate ICO. In my opinion, the percentage you say is too much. If we can improve our insights and knowledge both in theory and practice, I am sure we can easily get high-quality ICOs and have a great opportunity for ICO to deliver high yields.

You guys calling ico scam is because you didn't get mega profits from the project after listing on exchange as expected. Sorry about that but icos are meant for long term investment and not an overnight profitable venture. Many people need to understand this. If you are still thinking of an ico to invest in then you can check out spotcoin. Very legit and also has a good initiative that rewards its holders

unfortunately yes, because in this world there’s a lot of scammer that the only thing they want or called objective is to gain profits for their own goods even
if fooling others in terms of business is absolutely prohibited.

The motivation behind why the trick ICO's rounds up to 81% is on account of individuals who encountered that the ICO's have not give them benefit as guaranteed they will quickly call them tricksters. Those ICO's that are being called tricks are ICOs who have fizzled, gone dead and some went on exchange however experienced an immense dump of significant worth. This will clarify that in the event that you solicit an individual most from them will state that ICO's are trick.

The think is probably even 70% of all ICOs are scammers. The problem is that any big money attracts scams, which then kill the ecosystem of the entire business.

I think if it reach 80%, maybe we will hard to get bounty that really pay us. Also there is many people will give up and leave crypto because of they get big losses in SCAM ICO.

Yes, that is right. But I think that this indicator will decrease with time. Now at the crypto-currency market and in each country new laws come into force, which tighten the rules for carrying out ICO projects. And I hope in a couple of years we will change this indicator in the opposite direction!

I don't exactly determined if what was the percentage of ICOs scam right now but all i know is, there are still ICOs scam and no one cant control that. Therefore in order to determine if it is scam or not, you must have to do some research of it before joining on ICO. Reading on their whitepaper and looking on their developer team is important. Many ICOs scam right now and its happen because competition on cryptomarket is getting high. So you must carefully study each project.

I do not think that this is true because despite the fact that there is a lot of scam, but there are still quite a lot of real projects.
That is right, not all of them are scam , it is just that some of them does not become successful that is why they are not continuing since there hardcap maybe has not been reached, that is why we need to support the project too.
