There was a mod at BCT that was involved in this account selling.
All the time I thought it was Hilarious, because he had the most to gain, but then a new event happen.
The account selling (see references mentioned by others) link was Lauda. Somebody from the east of the EU has the more to gain, the most to win, and the less to lose with it's mod position.
