This feels all too familiar. Cyrus no where to found and an interested buyer patiently waiting for him to be available to speak. Another opportunity being missed for BitsPoker and it's players. This deal might fall through.

I thought this was your full time living. Are you gone on a picnik or something?

Please post withdraws in this thread.
See if we are making this right.

Here is the text of the thread as it was posted if you don't want to go there:

"First of all I apologize that it has come to this. The site ran into a fiscal crisis. We're working on the situation, in other words finding a new owner. No drama in this thread please. I'd like to dedicate this thread to players who are attempting a withdraw at this time and are unable to do so, and it will be sent as soon as the BTC is available.

Please post with the following format:

Player ID | BTC Address | Amount you wish to withdraw in chips"

Meelvan check out the poker sites, one of them plays in doge. Might be Grid Poker, not sure exactly.
Unfortunately pretty sure nobody uses feathercoin for much of anything.
In truth I'm more pissed that someone scammed players for their own gain, or because they don't feel like their site should be their responsibility.
I would love to start a business and if it failed just take other peoples money and call it even, but you know I have that whole morals thing going on.
Definitely check out doge poker though. LOL doges playing poker. I just thought of that.

Thanks for the heads up.....pocketrocketscasino tough as others mentioned...  Gridpoker just takes Bitcoin.
But i do love the doges playing poker.. Smiley Epic play on words!  Smiley)

Well anyone who's still following the thread, I'm not certain what the deal is. I've been beaten around here like a punching bag, but either way I'm now taking the initiative to seek out a deal with interested persons. I'm working on the situation.

OK so if the site was making crazy amounts of money would you be giving it away to your players? Would your profit be evenly distributed? I guess no.
So why are your players paying for your failure. FAILURE.

My plan was to reinvest the 50% profit I took and put directly back into the site, for perhaps the entirety of owning it. I really wanted this to succeed. In fact I was preparing to only take money to buy basic necessities, if the site ever became profitable. I wanted it to have everything the players wanted and needed.

What Cyrus would do with his 50% of the profit, I have no clue.

Ok great. Well this was fun, thanks Cyrus. Wish we had taken the site more seriously rather than you pretending to be the dude doing favors while I am the guy responsible for everything.

Dumbest deal I've ever made in my life, and to think I actually spent every hour of my day for 2 months looking out for these players. In over my head, yes, scammer/liar/whatever, no.

Also, z3, prejudice is illegal so watch out. I noticed your attitude changed in direct relation to my beliefs.

I'm a fucking Catholic, which makes me Christian like you. Don't fuck with me.

And prejudice is illegal? But stealing money on an illegal poker site while on american soil is legit......
stop saying "we" when you refer to bitspoker. I didnt see cyrus on there with multi accounts scamming players. You only accused him of doing the one thing YOU were proven to be doing. Go to school

I poured money all day long into BitsPoker to cover everything so WE could get this working for US. That's what a 50/50 partnership is.

I split the offtopic replies from the other thread.

BitsPoker was indeed started by me, but for some time now a great deal of it was sold to an investor under the premise that he would cover expenses(including running expenses and promotions).
I continued working at the project(didn't get paid or anything). I did respond to most of the PMs sent to me, but am not responsible for this situation.

I didn't delete these posts, because I'm not hiding anything. But however I would really like to help with the situation in any way I can.

Well i would like to point out that i, like many others do enjoy a nice game of poker.  Its a shame that it had to come down to this, many will loose confidence in this all. Im really very sorry to hear about all of you loosing your investments.
But i would like to ask, not to give up developing projects like this. Honestly i wouldnt use bitcoins to play poker, wouldnt even use litecoins or feathercoins. But it would still be exciting for me to go all in with a whopping 30k Lottocoins or 10k Doge.  So any1 reading and wanting to make something similar, please do, think it could be one a great asset in the crypto world. But like everything, start small, build up trust within the comunity and expand.

z3, not sure why you decided to freak out. I signed on to give you a chance to talk to me and hear me out instead of jumping to conclusions, you simply refuse to listen.

That's not what happened. You just reversed it. I tried to give YOU a chance to be civil and talk normal and you were a plain psychopath the whole time.

Good luck with that. I'm done with this convo. Bravo sociopath in stealing money.
You should probably erase your hard drive. Your holding evidence.

Later bro. Good luck in life.

I had no idea you made another post here, or I would have talked about some of the things you posted which leave me scratching my head. Are you accusing me of being scooter now?

z3, when you find your brother, you can have him investigate whether or not Cyrus had the 3 BTC in player funds on the day of my involvement. I wish I did have the transcript, because I believe it was after paying him that he slipped in the fact that there was "2+ BTC" in account balances that we needed BTC for.

As you can tell, this was a disappointing experience for me just as many others, all around. I know I sound so accusative when I say this, and as if I'm coping out and avoiding the situation.

Who is we? Did you not see the post where Cyrus posted the terms of the sale of the website?
Are you even paying attention? Everyone is an idiot but you, right?
Once again who drove this poker site into the ground, and left his players screwed?

I believe the person who registered the domain let that happen.

I never said I didn't know what flippa was. I didn't know what namepros was, and finally my memory clicked. You're digging up stuff from ages ago. Get a life.

I was mostly a buyer BTW. I don't even think I ever sold in a fashion that would be considered a flip, on any of those sites. I bought a website on Flippa (which actually was Sitepoint Website Auctions at the time, before they created a new site called Flippa) and ran it for a year and a half and sold it when the market got saturated too much. It was by no means a flip, was simply done with it.

New Poll top of thread.

Obviously we have to decide what to do now with the situation before us since Cyrus still holds the domain. It's questionable as to why he never insisted on transferring it to me. I read into this over time as a sign that we are 50/50 with the site and this is how the 50/50 would play out, he keeps the domain, I manage and put my mental energy into this and surely we can avoid stupid shit like what is happening now. But some how we ended up in this stupid shit that is happening now and it's my fault and I'm owing everyone? Is that how it works?

You say this? Did you not just invalidate me as just "some domain flipper"

I even mentioned namepros and flippa to you and you acted like you never heard of it. Guess I'm not the only "some domain flipper" here.

Your lies, and deceit just get thicker and thicker. So this thread is pretty much solved and concluded just per your own actions. At least it is for me. I can't speak for others.

And and great selling history you have. The best I might have seen was SingleChatSite.com where you listed for 10k but only sold for $1. LOL

And you say that I have an agenda? You have several hidden agendas. Like I said, For me, this case is SOLID closed. It's clear who the conartist here is, who the scammer is, who the liar is.

Going back 8 years, really? What I was doing then has little to do with what I do now. Notice a theme here, although murky a little bit because I may have been hypocritical simply to initiate a possible attempt at finding a solution, which is definitely not a good habit but I can't help it maybe? The theme is, I have been an investor lately. Had shares in ASICMiner, moved to another plan as it dropped in July/Sept or whenever it started falling. This fits the bill of the honest and accurate account I'm giving. I'm an investor. In fact, I quit trading penny stocks specifically to play poker which I did for 1.5 years on Sealswithclubs. While looking for a new site to play on, I discovered a Reddit post by Cyrus, which talked about some promotion. http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1h0mjk/bitspokercom_public_beta_promotion_win_up_to_050/

From there, I logged onto the site, and like many, thought it had a future. By Sept. 20th I finally had a serious conversation with Cyrus, because I was sick of seeing the site empty and wasted, and sick of Sealswithclubs.

Now I'm here, the villain. Being picked apart to pieces by some freaks.

You know what I think?

I think bitcoin went up after you gave yours away and you started to prepare to manipulate it back somehow.

I always thought BTC would go up to $1,000 in the near term. With that in mind I consciously made the decision that it would be a morally superior choice help launch a site, something I figured was as simple as setting up and funding tournaments. Honestly with that logic, and doing simple estimations based on a successful site that I figured required some attributes that we had the recipe for, BTC would come back pretty fast. So it wasn't as if I was in shock and awe to see the almighty Bitcoin rise. I didn't care, it doesn't really affect me, and I don't see it in those terms. Again, it was the right choice at the time to invest in a business in which I expect I'd get BTC back out of while doing something good for the poor poker players who are stuck playing on that other junk site. However, you can always make up some weird scenario to fit the moldings of your little mind.
