The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)
Can anybody help to explain what's time?
Time fluctuates a bit every two week but if you want to check then you can use https://www.bctalkaccountpricer.info/ to check the activity period of any account.
Although, As of now it start from Tuesday and ends on Tuesday exactly after 14 days(Referred as time period)

Tuesday, August 1 2017 17:53:20 - Tuesday, August 15 2017 18:00:00
Tuesday, August 15 2017 18:00:00 - Tuesday, August 29 2017 18:06:40
Tuesday, August 29 2017 18:06:40 - Tuesday, September 12 2017 18:13:20
Tuesday, September 12 2017 18:13:20 - Tuesday, September 26 2017 18:20:00

It states what it is in the post you quoted: time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration

Simply put you can only get 14 activity points every two week period. That's all you need to know.

maximum number of activities per two weeks are 15 activities i guess...

14 activities every 2 weeks exactly

Dont we have any other way to jump to junior member ?

You couldn't jump but you could calculate the remaining days like most people here

Is there any calender where we can check when each 14 days period is going to end and our next 14 past posts bundle will be converted into activity? IS this 14 days period the same for everyone?

The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

Rough summary of what this means: If you post once per day on average, then you will eventually get the maximum number of activity points that you can get. Posting more than once per day on average is useless for increasing activity. The maximum number of activity points you can get is 1 per day, but your activity score only updates every two weeks. Therefore, it will take about 100 days to get 100 activity if you post once per day on average.

Activity is updated every hour.

The new membergroup limits work like this:
GroupRequirement
Brand New0 posts
Newbie(none)
Jr. Memberactivity: 30
Memberactivity: 60
Full Memberactivity: 120
Sr. Memberactivity: 240
Hero Memberactivity: 480
Legendaryoccurs randomly between 775 and 1030 activity

I'm not 100% sure that the membergroups work correctly. Tell me if you see any bugs.

In 3 days i made some posts but my Activity stayed at 56. But now i did understand, thank you for your info

Ah, so activity cannot decrease. Good to know.

Who told you that?
Your activity could decrease if your posts during the whole period was deleted. For example you made 3 posts during 14 days (1 period) in one topic and the admin trashed that topic so you will loose what you earned in that period and your rank could decrease also.
I was wondering as to how my activity being 294 till yesterday decreased to 280 today now I understand why that happened. Thanks for the info. I feel sad as my activity decreased but I guess it was because lots of topics are getting trashed in altcoin section which I'm more concentrating on lately. Hope I this doesn't happen in the future as I will be avoiding posting in threads which might be deleted.

The only thing to prevent the decrease of your activity is to make several posts per period in different topics and preferably in different sections.
Like that the probability to lose activity will be decreased as low as possible.

Activity can and will decrease if a conversation you have posted in is deleted. This way your posts are being deleted too so your activity decreases.
