I'm looking after these kind of cards. Your card has got really good limits and also uing as a mastercard too. That's good.

While our direct Bitcoin funding is still under maintenance (which is about to be completed, by the way), we decreased the BTC-e funding fee to 1%. For the funding to go smoothly, you need to issue your BTC-e codes in the currency of the wallet you are funding, i.e. USD, EUR, GBP, or RUB.

We have stopped offering cards to US quite a while ago and I think it's been mentioned here as well. It's a compliance requirement of our card vendor.

Do you or your card vendor participate in AEOI (http://www.oecd.org/tax/transparency/automaticexchangeofinformation.htm) and report clients` financial info ?

Our card vendor will be participating starting 2017, but so far they don't have any exact information on how it will work in their case.

Please note that even though we have been notified that our Bitcoin provider has fixed the issue, there still have been errors in processing Bitcoin deposits. Due to that we decided to keep Bitcoin funding suspended until we are sure the situation is fully back to normal. When Bitcoin funding will be available again, we will post an update in the news.

Is available or not?

As you can see in Deposit Funds, it is not available at the moment. We realized the situation is still too unstable and errors still occur, so unfortunately we all need to wait a bit more till this is fully fixed.

Mastercard is great and all, but here in my country a lot of business don't use them. It will be nice for you to have VISA cards as well. Do you Think you will have this option in a near future?

I have their card. It comes with their unique advcash logo. Besides some issues, it always worked fine. Let's face it. This is a new business introducing a new kind of service, and all of these startup's tend to have some issues at their beginnings. so let's give them some time, cause I really believe they are doing a great job!

Just one mention for the ADVcash support:

You should at least try to be more communicative with your customers and present them with an excellence customer support. That way, you will be able to establish a more confident approach with customers. Then, they will easily cooperate and understand the problems you are trying to solve.

We are trying to make sure customer satisfaction is at the highest possible level, and the response from clients has been great so far. However, it's important to understand that we are not an independent entity when it comes to 'outside' features. Just like Bitcoin funding here, for instance. It is a third party solution, and when something out of the ordinary happens, we can only notify the provider and wait for a resolution. I wish we could solve each and every issue we and our customers come across instantly without other parties getting involved, but this is not the case. We will keep trying to improve communication and transparency for our customers.
