It would indeed be very convenient to make a separate section for the ICO. There are a lot of projects that do not always carry any load, and only 10% have something worthwhile. It is necessary to separate the grains from the moths.

Am I the only one who thinks all these god damn ICO's should get their own subforum and not be in AltCoins subforum? For me all these ICO's are a big spam, it has become so hard these days to find decent new coins that are mineable in between all of these ICO's. Some of them don't even have a proper abbreviation in the title that states it's an ICO and I'm wasting even more time on those. A subforum for ICO's please so we as a community can push ICO's to the dark pit where they belong. Over 90% of them are pure scam anyway or a quick cash grab.

I don't think a newbies should be blocked because I feel he/she doesn't know the rules and regulations guiding this site... But if they are block, it's their luck. Good day.
Spam mail? I think high they can't be allowed, they should be resisted! 
That means market section should accommodate pools that are to be advertised.

I think they should find out forum rules before comment or do something wrong and get banned for admin.
Mining pools is like solo mode just mine it there but don't advertise it.

What advert you mean? He promoting ponzi site? advertize his reff link? Or what?If he broke the rules on here, no matter what rank he is, he will get banned.

users should be helping mods by reporting, its a big platform hard to track everything
Setting some limits would be the best option.

advertising is normal, everyone wants to do now the problem is how to spam this information even more in a forum as busy as the bitcointalk in that I have already an unpleasant experience of being looking for information about a certain altcoin and every 2 messages without being issued. .. this hurts a lot the use of the forum because it messes, you are super focused and you get appear unnecessary spam ...
