Senegal was lucky to get a win yesterday through a controversial penalty which i feel Zimbabwe was hard done by after putting in a lot of work to try get a point from the game but in the end were not rewarded because of bad refereeing. But such is part of the game and this mearnt Senegal got a perfect start thanks to Mane converting a spot kick.

Morocco did win with 2.50 odds, they have a good records with clean sheets.
All games was a total of under 2.5..... Senegal was a bit poor in terms of creativity.

I surprised to see that Napoli has announced that Osimen is well now and no longer has Covid-19 and is fit to return to Italy.

Got all the right results betting and prediction-wise, but I should have listened to instincts and not glory-betting. 1-0 wins all around, typical of the qualifier stages really if I remember, low-scoring, no BTTS and under 2.5s the way to go, and we're actually still in group stage where we should be seeing teams taking more risks.
Hope Algeria break that mould, because they're the heavy favourites tomorrow.

The next match Morocco vs Ghana will be a tough match, it's a battle between a North African against a West African country, both country equally match each other in terms of quality players, the North African countries are synonymous with playing like European countries, always play with high tempo and pacy and attacking style of play, however I trust the Ghanaians they will play with calmness and match the Morrocans with strength and deploy physical prowess I curtailing their attacks.

Morocco is slightly ahead, but both teams still can score a lucky goal which might decide the game!Guinea is ahead 1-0 at halftime against Malawi. No big surprise here, I guess they will take the win home and maybe score a 2nd goal in the process...

So far in today's matches was a lone goal galore and narrow wins an indication of tight defence in all the teams that played today while the winning teams took there chances, I hope the last match between Comoros vs Gabon will not follow the trend because the two teams are not that formidable, it's likely that both sides will score many goals but quite difficult to predict the actual winner between the two countries.

So sorry for the Zimbabwean team, i didn't expect so much from them, they were so close to getting a point at least from this game. On the other hand, is this the Senegalese team that some voted to win this year's AFCON? because i doubt that they will be able to do well against a better team if they rely on penalties to win games. The tournament is just starting, lucky win for them.... However of they decide not to improve and utilize more of their opportunities in front of goal, i don't see the Senegalese team getting to the finals of this competition.
This is the group stage and everyone knows which two teams will advance to the next stage, so the games are really relaxed because of that confidence. I think Senegal will improve in every match and by the stage of the playoffs it will show a much better game than it is now.
Besides, what's the point of discussing its prospects if we haven't seen the games of competitors yet? It is quite possible that they will also show an uncertain game.

Does anyone really believe that senegal has any chance of being champion? not even the Cameroon doesn't have a chance, in my opinion, Egypt may have a chance, there's also ghana, there's also Algeria that played well in the qualifying phase, but there are also other random teams like cabo verde or nigeria

we will see many cases like this throughout all the games, unfortunately the quality of the teams is not good and consequently the games will not have many goals either.

It's too pessimistic in my opinion to think of a very small victory for Senegal, currently Senegal has several world-class players, for example, Sadio Mane and Keita Balde. Even though the first half will end, but I believe Senegal can score at least 2 goals in the second half, we'll see later
The team is not tactically smart; they have some world-class players, but they rely heavily on their physical strength; there is little tactical work, and they will need some luck to win Zimbabwe. It's a dull game.

For the whole game still seems like a sure thing for Senegal.
I seriously was expecting Senegal to be in front in terms of goals by now with the likes of Mane in play, Zimbabwe seem to be holding them down properly, the Zimbabwean team simply need to be more bold and take the defence of the Senegalese side head on, take chances, their safe hand Mendy is not in play, goals should be able to come. In front of goal, Senegal has not really impressed, they have wasted too many opportunities, if they don't win they will definitely regret. From yesterday's fixtures, we saw enough goals, i hope today's fixtures are not short of excitement and expectations.

I think many people are going to bet on Senegal to win today and we know what happens when a REALLY BIG majority bet on a certain teams,yes it may end in a surprise result but I am also of the belief that Senegal should win today,not risking with big handicap bets as the game may as well end just 1-0 and the goal to be scored near the end of the game.
I agree it's very likely for Senegal to win and it's tricky to bet on the handicap for now since it's the opening match so basically, anything goes. For Morocco vs Ghana I think these are some of the best teams taking part in this tournament so the most likely result will be a draw here if the teams play carefully.If they play open football (highly unlikely) betting for both teams to score is the best choice.
I'm thinking the same thing it feels like it's going to end on a draw or a 1-0 win for Morocco if only the odds are a bit higher I might've taken the handicap on Ghana.
