I haven't joined bounties in 2017 but in 2018. And there is not much in them now.

Alot of bounty hunters saying that this has been the worst year and it was much better in 2017 and the problem is the number of participants has increased big time and because of that there is nothing much left in bounties now.

Is it true ? and if it is then the participants are going to grow even more in the coming years so that means the bounties will drop further. And if this happens then what will be the future of the bounty hunters and with that what will be the future of cryptos ?

I agreed that year 2018 is the worst thing happened in terms of the ico project campaign, where most of it was turn into scam or majority of them extend the duration time of their project but they didn't give an additional allocation budget for the bounty, therefore, they never adjust the budget for the bounty campaign instead they adjusted the running program of the project. However, even is like that I knew there are lot of bounty hunters believed that bounty campaign will not gonna die.

If the number of new ICOs grows over the time, will cryptocurrency be strong? It is not like that. Rather controlling fake projects will help cryptocurrency flourish. So there are regulations in place to address that matter. It is true that the number of new projects is decreasing lately. But it is for good reason. Fake projects are being discouraged. I think new ICOs will not die as long as they are genuine.

Death may be temporary. In the downturn of 1-2 years, only when Bitcoin takes off again. The cryptocurrency becomes expensive and the bounty task can be resumed. The current ICO project has been sluggish and no investors are willing to invest in ICO.

If not all bounty campaigns die, 90% of them for sure. Now you can see how bounty campaigns are slowly dying, there are less campaigns, less bounty participants, less rewards, but more scams.

Though,  the fact remains that bounties will continue, but the question is with what we experienced with many last year, can people still be interested?

Well,  i think yes! But I will still say,  the glorious days of bounty campaigns are long over.

Bounties will continue to exist as there will always be good projects on the market.

It's harder and harder to identify projects worthing your efforts and time to be involved in their bounties, but bounties will not die for sure.

Will the slump of 2018 make the ICO project disappear?
will there be no project to go on an ICO? if there will be more then bounty will never ends nor DIE.
As bounty campaigns is the mainstream media t oadvertise any project in cryptocurrency.
I think this year the ICO still exists. well, however, many people have new ideas in this matter. only, investors are decreasing. but, hopefully in some time, there will be a regulation for this, so that ICO will return to its heyday again.

Personally, I am sure that in the foreseeable future the bounty will definitely not die. You just need to be patient and wait for the gradual recovery of the crypto market. I think that we will again see a rise in prices from the middle of next year. Therefore, the work of bounty hunters will again be in demand and profitable.

2018 isn't good like 2017 for bounty hunters but bounties are still a opportune to earn. The problem is hunters must choose right ICO to join.
You says it's true that the risk are increase on 2018 because ICO's mostly are scam but people still earn money if they can pick legit ICO but it's kind of difficult to do so and people have to do some research and carefully when they decide to joining ICO and lately probably only less than 10% from the current ICO which possibly legit but the rest of them i can called scam

You may not be too far from the truth. Projects hardly list on exchanges and even when they list, there will be no buyer or tokens traded at shit price. Husters are gradually seeking alternatives to bounties that pay in Usdt, ETH or BTC or at least trading tokens at fixed rate like ProBit and Deex bounties

Bounties can not die  because more new projects are coming up and hunters are ever ready. But the recent deep in the market has made most to actually lay low for now and once the market stabilizes you see all bounty hunters back to work

I don't think the bounty will die, as long as the new project still starts ico there will always be a bounty campaign so it will never die. Bounty is still the best choice for those who don't have money but want to have tokens from quality projects.

Now, on the contrary, I see that the number of participants in this forum has greatly decreased. In addition, after the introduction of the system of merit from January last year, the movement by rank practically stopped. New forum members can achieve for one merit the youngest member, the maximum can be achieved after a certain time the rank of a member when they collect ten merit. Therefore, it seems to me that there should be no problems with a large number of bounty hunters in the ICO bounty campaigns on this forum.
ICO has its own problems, but they are temporary.

I think this is due to the fall of the cryptocurrency market. Investors start investing far less, needing project investment costs to go down and reward prizes. Prize campaigns don't survive well and challenges continue to deteriorate.

I don't think they die, bunty hunting is an old job and it is not just in cryptocurrency , there were bunty hunting in bug bounties and finding weakness of websites , bounty hunting in cryptocurrency is going to be more mature in future and some of them would vanish .

2018 was really bad man due to the market dip of which we're praying for a swift recovery, bounty participants too is on the rise making it hard to earn much but in all i don't really think bounties will die since there are a lot of problems in the crypto space and the society to address to.
I know that for now it will be very difficult to find good coins even to get just any coin is very difficult but I don't feel pessimistic, I also don't think that bounties will die because I am sure that the bounty hunter service is still needed to help the success of ico then in my opinion as long as there are still ico, during that time the bounties will stay alive

At the end of 2018, the bounty campaigns did not survive very well and the situation continued to deteriorate.
I think that this is primarily due to the fall of the cryptocurrency market. Investors began to invest much less, so the investment fees of the projects fell and the bounty rewards accordingly fell.

No, I don’t think that bounty will die, it’s like saying that cryptocurrency will die, today the market creates very big conditions to really extinguish people's interest in cryptocurrency, it seems to me that this is not just so. Because the market is waiting for big players.

Even in such a difficult period and poor market conditions, some projects are carrying out ICO and bounty campaigns. But they are getting smaller, and the profit from participation is becoming very small, so it is not known what the market for ICO projects will be this year and how the bounty campaigns will be conducted. I hope that the situation will improve and that in the future, bounty campaigns will again bring us profit.
