It is impractical to invest in one cryptocurrency. All currencies have different growth rates and their own specifics of price formation. It is more profitable to buy several cryptocurrencies. The opportunity to earn at the same time much higher.

I think investing in one coin is the shortest way to big losses. If you are ready for this, you can invest in one coin.

Yes it is. Because you can't keep all eggs in one basket. You should invest in several coins and in this case you won't lose your money if the price will down

On my wallet, with the market of today, all investments have lost more than 80 percent, my patience still allows me to enter the wallet without valerian, but faith is strong! Wink

I think that we are all in the same situation here) But I believe that all will be fine and market will grow soon)

Hi,
the altocoin market is so variuous and there are dozen of interesting projects that can be supported.

But  i'm a little investor (500$) and i'm seriously thinking to put all my money in only 1 project I think is very good which curretly is in the top 40 of altcoins. I don't want to say the name because my topic wants to be very general: what do you think is the risk  by doing so? Should I invest in 2 or 3 coins instead?

Thanks

for now it is not.
if you are in bitcoin with your all money. it is the wisest thing.

Of course it is too risky what if the alt-coin goes down after you put all of your money in it,
Then there wouldn't be a back up plan for you to recover your lost it is better to always look for other alt-coin invest in as much alt-coin that you could.

The number one mistake of a newbie is picking only one cryptocurrency and investing all his money in it. It will be much better when you take your time to choose at least 10 alts and add them to your portfolio.

it is better to invest in several different coins and you will not be afraid that you will lose everything if your coin falls in price

Of course it is. If you are going to invest only in one coin and it will go down with the price you will lose all your precious money!!!

I think if you are sure of one coin, why not, because with you buying only one coin will make you get a lot of profits if you buy with large capital
It would be very nice if this investment meet the goal, but I'm afraid if it doesn't. We would lose our money in a blink of an eye and don't be surprise if that really happens. However, it's a decision he has made, if he choose in only a coin, I'm sure he has thought a lot for this issue.

I do not think it would be dangerous if you believed it. You will get great profit in the future if you think it increases. But to prevent danger, you should place orders against holes. That command will be great for you if your altcoin value goes down and you will not have to worry too much about it.

theoretically what you are doing is very risky. It's just that you have said that you are very confident in the project. surely in making a decision, you have considered everything, and even though you share your money in several altcoins it is also very risky. Because the crypto world is a risky but highly prospective

There are no projects that I can "completely" trust in this market. So, yes very risky. You should diversify your portfolio with at least two or three different altcoins.

Yes, i agree we don't have any belief in the projects because after crowdsale many companies are taking time to develop beyond the mentioned dates and this makes us to risky. So it is always good not to invest in single crypto for making money.

You have to get what you want your own way.

Yes it is very risky, you should reconsider doing so otherwise you might regret it later. As much as possible lets try to avoid going all in, just like what the pro always does, "never put all eggs in one basket" and I believe this one. Though if you're a risk taker then by all means go all in, just never invest something you can never ever afford to lose.

Yeah I would spread money over more coins, it's always better to be diversified in case if you chosen one performs very badly. But I hope all the best for your investment!

I believe yes, it would be too risky for you to try since you are entrusting your earnings in a single altcoin. What if it fails? You might lose all your money as well. You better look for another altcoins to invest with or try to find another remedy just to assure that you'll still gain anything.
