Many of 2-3 years old altcoins actually dying or already died, but new alts such as UPP, SPRK, SEELE and PCHAIN have a really bright future....
That’s horrible and sad to think that alternativecoins are dying but don’t over think and panic about this kind of situation, just think what the best you can do to survive in thisbusiness.
It is really heartening to see all the altcoins going down. Look things with a view of 50-100 years from now. In 50 years, Software would be far more advanced. Bitcoin would still be there as the same software as it is today without anyone controlling or guiding it. Bitcoin's success has nothing to do with its software quality or features. Still large amount of media thinks bitcoin to be software and compare the crypto space to dotcom era as if some better software and better transaction time would come overtake Bitcoin. They just don't get it.
This is tragic. I think the regulation going on around bitcoin is the reason behind this massive dip both in bitcoin and the altcoins. Once bitcoin is is up all the altcoin will follow.
Probably there could be something positive in it as major big investors are reluctance at the moment due to the risk of investing vast amount of cash in ICOs and altcoins. With regulation in place, one would feel a little bit more protected.
If alternativecoins are dying then it is heartbreaking to lose an investments or coins in their company but let think as a challenge that you must learn how to survive to be successful someday.

The first thing you should see is the trend. Altcoin prices in the down market are not necessarily good to buy and store. Therefore you must first analyze by using indicator. examples are often done with the SMA and RSI inkikator.

Yes, due to market situation the altcoin prices are very low in the market and this makes people to panic more about their investment. Sometime situation will be very harsh which is not in our control and for that we have to wait till, the market recovers.

Bitcoin is best of the best. I won’t be like that now is the right time to invest in bitcoin because that has gone for long now. Buying is supposed to take place during dips but majority makes opposite moves. However, it is the last chance for everyone to buy BTC at a low rate. I won’t dare to call it a cheap asset but if we compare the present value with the future predictions, this appears to be nothing. 
Its a part of market and be ready for that market will fall and this is the best time buy more in cheap price for long term investment.Dont panic yourself in this situation just hold with patience.There is another reason for losing money is bad selection of coins.Make sure select worthy coins and hold till meet the expected profit.

There is a possibility that many altcoin projects will die out in the coming years, but there will remain truly worthwhile projects whose price will be very high
The number of altcoins is always close to 1600 the last months. maybe, with time, some of these alts will really die but the other cryptocurrencies will be invented. The digital money will never extinct.
Some bad ones will be eliminated for sure. But this is not like all of the altcoins will die in this ecosystem. Altcoins will survive but some bad ones will be removed from the market. Trust me this will be better for us.

I dont think so that alt coins market is dying this cannot be possible as you can see that there are many ICO's are coming day by day where peoples are investing their money and getting good return as well. The prices are down because the fluctuations in BTC / ETH prices the market will be green soon and peoples will witness this.

Yes almost all market and altcoins are dying because of bitcoin, When bitcoin price go up or unexpected low than altcoins are effected and showing the red zone, I think due to bitcoin currently altcoins are dying,
