Altcoins just try to make a very powerful start now. In my opinion, if you will invest in some alts and hold them for a year, you would earn something.

I think Altcoin is not dying because many people are still interested and its still growing until now. Also some Altcoins have potential that's why many choose and buy it because they sure that they can get profit from it. I think they won't die those Altcoin unless if Altcoin have no potential sure it will no longer around. But since some of them have potential then surely they will last longer for more years, as long as many people are still believe to it.

Due to lack of development of some projects the main reason also is the price of Ethereum and tokens are down or dump because whales are probably behind it but it will recover if bull run exist.

I think bear market has made the prices of coins to go dip down and as such people are saying that some altcoin is dead, though some altcoin are as good as dead but some good altcoin are still doing good despite the bear market, I believe that when the market prices stats rising then the altcoin market will start to thrive.
I don't think that they are dying actually. Everything happens because of the whole situation with market... With the bull run everything will restore I think.
