my prediction are MOnero, Dash, Eth will be survive for a long time, eventhough ETH trust is going down, but the transaction volume of this coin is still high and I believe Monero can become a good alt coin, the transaction volume is rising from 2016 and it will be another shining alt coin that will survive for a long time

As in any other process, the cryptocurrencies have their ups and downs. Projects are born and die. Only the most revolutionary will remain. I do not know what else I can say about this.

Altcoins that might survive in the future is Ethereum and Litecoin. Altcoins are just like stocks,they will survive as long as they have use cases and they are pretty stable price coins in the market. As far as I know, there are many coins will survive in the future just hold and prove the worth, their chances of surviving in the future is very high.

Other altcoins which are in the top 10 coins in market cap are most likely to survive too. Coins like NEM, DASH, Cardano, Litecoin, Monero, and NEO have active development and dedicated communities working towards improving them over time. As such, I believe that most altcoins will continue to exist in the future, while some coins will be forgotten and abandoned in crypto land by their developers and communities. Just my opinion
cryptos wont be abandoned as long as there are people supporting them or as long as they have still the fund to continue to pay the expenses for the coins project. i do also agree that eth is more likely to survive in the future becuase eth is indeed lots of potential in order to suceed when compared to some other coins.
