Q2 2016 dividends - waiting tomorrow.

I am proud of a company that honors its commitments rather than continually making last minute postponements which undermine any degree of trust that has not already been extinguished. Yet some companies continue to amaze me with the degree of creativity available to them in generating the "sound reasoning" behind each and every failure to meet their commitments. Such companies tend not to be around very long, for some amazing reason. Imagine that. I certainly hope a new path forward can be found for such companies rather than simply withering away in a slow death spiral. Smarter companies learn quickly not to offer promises which either cannot or will not be delivered.

THE NEW SCHEDULE OF DIVIDENDS PAYOUTS
Making payouts of dividends in such a tight terms that were claimed before (less than a week after determining of company’s quarter profit) causes interrupts and delays of some business processes. As a result Company loses a part of its profit.
To prevent this negative effect Company decided to approve the new schedule of dividends’ payouts.
Starting from Q2 2016 the new schedule of dividends’ payouts comes into force:
Q1 dividends’ payouts – 25th of May
Q2 dividends’ payouts – 25th of August
Q3 dividends’ payouts – 25th of November
Q4 dividends’ payouts – 25th of February
Dividends’ policy in full will be published in next few weeks.
Main changes, beside the new payouts schedule, will concern priority to higher capitalisation (higher shares value) rather than higher short-term profit (dividends).
Along with that new financial instrument (bonds) will become available soon. It will allow investors receive fixed interest on their investments every month.
These changes are just a beginning on the way of building a Company that we will be proud of.

Not yet, unfortunatelly. I think, that DEV would give us an appropriate info...Thats the second day of the delay.

It is possible that in current situation here: http://bitcoinfees.21.co/#delay it will get rejected, in which case the bitcoins will re-appear back as if you never attempted to transact them in the first place.
Also check that resend option is disabled in your wallet, otherwise returned transaction can automatically re-send again.

Q1 recieved!
Question: I did send 0.064714 BTC for paying something but the "send without transferfee if possible" box was active, so it was sent with zero Fees.
It´s unconfirmed since two days, does it go back to my wallet automaticly?

ohh.. so this payments is still in Q1 period, Q2 still not yet.
because in a spreadsheet Q2 I saw my share dividends has a value $ 130 and payment I received was still worth $ 20

Hope, that tomorrow we will get Q2 dividends. And hope, that new owner of AmberTrade will publish the new whitepaper soon. Without that, the company's trust and the price won't rise signifficantly.

This is true, but selling so much coins with worst timing. Better wait one day and then put a sell wall when q2 dividends payments roll out.
