Playing with fake money has a way of even giving a player more chance of winning and luck than when you use real money which always gives a false impression that you are ready but non-ideally, you are just preparing to feed your money to a casino because you will lose to them.
It is not as if gamblers don't just want to play with fake money, they do but there is no joy in winning fake money you wouldn't be able to withdraw but there may be fun in trying and getting the experience of the game especially if you don't know much about it.

Depends on the purpose of a person and why he is playing gambling games.  If it is to kill time, then he can use apps that use fake money to gamble.  For winnings, of course, it is not applicable because fake money will never give us real money if we use it for gambling.  So basically the effectiveness of fake money in gambling depends on the purpose of a person why he is playing gambling games.

True because playing with real fake money removes the factor of losing.  So it doesn't matter whether we win or lose and that removes the thrill.

I mean I remember time when i played Fallout New Vegas game, and it has a lot of gambling. And yeah, I made a lot of fun with it, sometimes I even load saved games, because I wanted to re-gamble on fictional casino. This was just a game with a fictional money (bottle cups), but because I was deeply in the process I got close amount of thrill.

I get your point and that is valid, for people who just wanted to enjoy and be entertained they can resort to this kind of gambling activities but for gamblers who really aiming to win real money it won't work, there are big difference between real money and the fake one, the satisfactions of being a gambler can only be filled with real winning money.

I think some gamblers are running out of money but want to continue gambling so they try to use fake money. This may satisfy their desire to keep gambling, but it may also not be a challenge for them because they cannot taste the real wins and losses. But some casinos give users their tokens to use to gamble, which would be equivalent to using real money. But what is called an alternative to gambling using counterfeit money can still be used by anyone, including people who want to gamble but don't have enough money to start.

Also you cant really feel the thrill when you do make use of demo or fake money and its not really worth on spending your time on something which doesnt have value and this is what most people be thinking on because you cant really able to earn real money on the activity you've been doing.

You cant stop gambling addiction if you do keep yourself get involved and still playing gambling even though its fake or demo money but still it wont really completely stop the thing you do have

Stop completely if you are really that serious on quitting gambling but if not then you could always choose on what to do.

I believe gambling with fake money is a waste of time to gambler who aims to get profit for every spin.  But for the people who just wanted to look for entertainment and check the mechanics of the casino.  I believe it is not a waste of time since we are able to see the mechanics of the game without spending a dime.

Gambling is not supposed to be a trading platform or app where we can use demo trade to better our trading journey because of the risk that is involved. Agreed.  The only feeling you will get is pissed if you "bet" on a game and win you will just be mad you didn't put real money on it.  On the flipside if you lose it won't give you any satisfaction that you avoided a loss.  Just seems like a waste of time unless you are using software just to test it before you bet real money.

I don't agree with you guys because whether the money is fake or the money is not fake for gambling what want to happen will happen if you are to win the bet it is very obvious that you will win it. Yes, I agree with you on this. First off gambling with fake money won't give you the vibe and same feeling you have when you gamble with real money because you will be expecting to win or lose and your expectations will be high, especially if the game you gambled on is going well as played. No gambler will like to gamble with fake money because it's a waste of time as it is not a money-oriented investment and the gambler will not be happy whether the game is going well or not.

Well, its credit is zero and there's no value on it so obviously there's really no need to be responsible upon using it as it's a feature of the casino where it can be found.

It's not your concern to meet real players with the usage of play money. The purpose of having it is to try the games and have the experience felt despite you're not using actual money for it.

Can't really fathom why people don't really understand the risk about this fake gambling games, playing in these type of apps will just open some doors for you to play where the real gamble are because these apps will make you think that you have what it takes to win in the real gamble using the real money you value the most, and that's where the you find yourself in more risky situations as losses is really inevitable.

One of the problems with gambling with play money is similar to what happens when people trade with demo accounts, many people when they use those trading accounts in fact make money and this gives them confidence to try the same strategy in the markets, but when they try to trade they fail, and the reason is that there was no pressure at all when you use those demo accounts, but when you have money on the line those traders cannot make any money, and we see similarities with gambling, as someone may believe they have a way to beat the casino when gambling with play money only to realize they cannot do it once they try it for real due to all the pressure they are facing.
