Personally I like android for its huge apps market place. Even their are few games which are not coded to run in windows.
And developing, customizing also makes Android a good choice for most of the people.
It would be possible for only one "gallery" is already giving android leadership. This is a standard feature in this system, which conveniently collect absolutely all the images and videos that are on your device in one place, and viewing is implemented very convenient. Such functionality is, for Windows, that's just some things not so well implemented. And developing, customizing also makes Android a good choice for most of the people.
If we compare the games on windows and android 8.1, it is still on windows is much better.

Have never used a windows phone before but I doubt that a windows phone can do anything more than what can be done on an android phone.

For me, Abndroid. I have used ipads abd iphones abd find it good. Yet, my passion in a mobile phone is gaming. Hence? I would prefer android rather than apple and windows phone. ??
for now I think android phone is much better. Windows phone need to develop more like stabilizing and for some apps. Android OS which is known for everyone is user friendly and you can find many apps that suits you or apps that you might need.

I have always been an android. I am very happy with its functionality and features. One day a friend showed me his Window phone and he seemed very uncomfortable
The Windows App Store lags behind the Play Store in terms of quantity, what counts with apps is the quality and so far Windows phones have the basic necessities covered. They are consistent, gorgeous, minimalistic and in many cases, look better than they do on Android.
Android all the way.Android has a better UI and more apps.It also allows more customization(you can even change your android device to look like windows phone).As always this is your choice but since I have owned a windows phone(Not 8.1) it did not really have anything more unique to it.Also one thing to note is that you will find more phones that are running android.
I would prefer android phone because of its wide support from developer to user I love to use android phone over windows phone. Windows have less games that why I like android.
